Had my vehicle for over 6 months. When it was ready to be picked up had 3 lights still on the dash and they still charged me $800 for what they had done. The original problem had not been fixed in the first place. Instead of getting the part themselves and fixed the problem. They left it up in the air for me to order the part and bring the car back to be fixed. Brought the part and the car back. They claim was the wrong part which was false. Just took my vehicle to the dealership to get fixed correctly. Bad business.

Best mechanic in Cleveland!As something of a lay person when it comes to cars, and as a woman, its always nerve wracking to go to a new mechanic. Im always worried theyll insist that some part Ive never heard of needs a very pricy fixing.I never have to worry about that again! Indi and his crew treated me so kindly and with so much respect. I felt comfortable with their transparency and honesty. This is the only shop Ill come to from now on.
