My A/C had went out on the first really hot day of the season. After waiting over 2 weeks for another company to come back out to my house to fix it, I decided to call Spartan as they came highly recommended to me. I could not be happier with the end results & great customer service they provided! They were prompt, knowledgeable, & professional. I couldnt have asked for a better experience through making my first big home repair as Im a new home owner.

We have had the pleasure of using Spartan for a year now. They came out quickly when we had a leak earlier this year and checked over the furnace to make sure it was all well and good. We set up a yearly plan to have them come out and check the air conditioner system as well. Prompt service and trustworthiness are a necessity when dealing with systems I know little about. When discovering the AC was on its last legs, I was confidant in the options offered and we choose a new system. Fantastic service. We have a home built 1910 and they were able to add a new unit for the upstairs. Two wall units with thermostat controls for each room. it is like heaven now! Their team was quick, very clean, and professional.

Jason and the gang were great. Jason installed my LP gas line a couple of months prior to me getting my room ready for a new ventless gas fireplace. He told me to give him a call back when I was ready. Couple of months later I call back and he had Nick scheduled in the very next week. Great guys, very professional, quick response and very thorough. Both took the time to answer all my questions and were happy to do so and all at very good value. ABOVE AND BEYOND! I needed last minute AC service and called 10-15 different businesses, all of which were much too busy reasonably with it being the first heat wave of the year. Spartan was also booked into the following week. I explained I had a 4 month old baby with no working AC. Jason called me back, moved the schedule around, and got someone down to my house to fix my unit. I didn’t pay any crazy fees for the last minute service and the service rep he sent was absolutely awesome. They arrived at my house within an hour and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. I will not be using any other HVAC service company moving forward!! Soooo thankful!

After adding on to our home we weren’t crazy about the HVAC options our General Contractor had offered us, so we called Spartan. Jason came out the next day, he was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through what would be the best fit for our needs. We ended up replacing our entire system with a larger one to accommodate the additional space and added additional duct work. The technicians were here to start right away at 8 AM each day and were extremely professional. I am so thankful we called Spartan Mechanical. I highly recommend them!

If you are looking for the best HVAC contractor in the area, in my opinion, you have found them.I called them during the worst two weeks of weather we have had in years. My fifteen year old heat pump decided it was done working so I decided to replace the entire unit. Jason the owner kept in touch with me during the whole process. Nick my installer was extremely knowledgeable and also explained everything to me so that I could understand. They installed a York heat pump made in the USA with great ratings and warranties.I am a proponent of reading the comments of other customers. I found the service top notch and the prices more than fair as stated by others. The service people were polite and got right to work. I am extremely happy with my new system and feel I made the right decision chosing Spartan Mechanical and will continue to use them exclusively for my HVAC needs.

Spartan Mechanical was able to diagnose the problem with my existing furnace. They gave me an estimate on replacing and repairing both, it was more economical to replace. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They were on time and finished in the time they said they would need to complete the job. They left the area clean and did a superb job. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

They were very professional and friendly. I was told everything that they were doing. They installed a new system in my home . They made sure that everything was installed probably and looked good as well. They also took care of another smaller job while they were here.

This is a few months late but I am extremely grateful now more than ever to this company. In the middle of June this year my air conditioning unit went out. I had just had a newborn and the house was SWELTERING. It easily reached 87 degrees in my house before noon and we were frantically trying to find someone, anyone that would come out and give us an estimate and prayed that it would be an easy fix. With covid running rampant there was no such luck most companies in both Bedford and Bloomington had a minimum of a 5 day waiting period. We finally got in touch with this company and they made it their priority to stop and take a look the very next day. They had both a new ac unit and gas furnace installed within 3 days of the call! And it didn’t break the bank, they were flexible and helped us every step of the way with the loan process and getting us approved for the lowest rate possible. They checked in multiple times over the phone with us and when we had a question about the system and how it was running they came by in person twice to double check! They were kind and helpful.excellent and responsive customer service! With the days being hot and muggy but the nights bitingly cold I am so happy to have a system that keeps my home in working order for such a low cost. I know that this is definitely one of the things my family is thankful for this year!

Called with issues with my heating spoke to the owner Jason who was extremely professional and polite gave me a fair and honest price. Arrived at my residence same day and quickly at that. Identified the problem and fixed it with haste his 20+ years of experience shows with his work. I dont give reviews usually, but I was so impressed with his professionalism I think the review is well deserved. I wont be calling anyone else with my heating or cooling issues. Extremely impressed with Spartan. The owners Jason & Amy are amazing and have great communication. I called for my mother who is elderly and has been dealing with this heat like many of us but she didn’t have the extra $. I finally convinced her to at least get it looked at after another company was suppose to look at it several weeks ago and never came or even called her. I call Monday early afternoon and technician Ryan was here with ing 2 hours. He went through the issue and gave advice and recommendations of what to do. I can’t say enough positive things about Spartan Mechanical, LLC. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them on 3 separate occasions. Each time Jason the owner spent time explaining the different systems and options, answered all of my questions and then walked me thru the entire process.Project 1) Installed a mini-split in a bonus room. Jason made sure that it was positioned where I wanted inside and out. They also removed existing duct work that was causing issues in the garage wall. The installation was flawless both units inside and outside are super quiet and look like they have been there all along.Project 2) Replaced/upgraded existing AC/Furnace and thermostat. They made accommodations for the special filter and blue light system that I wanted and took into account the upcoming basement renovations.Project 3) Added additional duct work and return vents in the basement.You can’t go wrong hiring Spartan Mechanical.
