My condenser was not sounding right, and being concerned with having a problem I called Just Right, who I have been using for many years, and they came right away. Sure enough the compressor was about to fail, and they promptly replaced the unit. Great service at a fair price with never having to worry about being taken advantage of. Derrick has been to our house each time to work on the a/c units. He gives us the our options and is very down to earth and straight forward on what needs to be done. My lnstall was challenging, my system is located in the attic up a pull-down ladder. The four man crew was very skilled and professional, and my quote was extremely fair.The crew arrived just when they said they would.The business owner, Doug Patterson, was on site throughout to ensure the install was done to the highest standard.They were very careful to see that no damage was done to my hardwood floors, and cleaned up afterwards. The entire crew was courteous and very professional, and took the Covid precautions of wearing masks.They did the install in one day, returning to complete the electrical hookup of one exterior unit the next day because it had become too dark. This guys came in this morning and told me i needed to replace my entire condenser unit at a cost of $3600 (just like my neighbor!). Well, i sought a second opinion only to find out i was low on freon and a $10 disconnect box fuse. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel like i should get a refund for the service call charge.

Simply excellent job, down to earth and an awesome guy to work on your system.My heater was down last night (Jan 2015). It was below freezing outside, and the temperature inside kept dropping. I waited til the morning, and contacted Mid Cities AC to come over. The guy fiddled a bit with my furnace, determine that it was the control board that was broken, and quoted me a ridiculous price. I kindly showed him the door after paying the not small dispatch fee. Since I do not have any knowledge about HVAC, I started using MidCities ACs diagnosis to shop around for a better price. Doug, The owner of Just Right Air, quoted me the lowest, but he was skeptical about the diagnosis, and want to diagnose it again for no charge.He came over very quickly, and not only did he found out that the first diagnose was wrong, and quickly fix the issue, he also charge a very reasonably fee for the work.Ive worked with many technicians before, and I know a lot of them will just charge you through the roof because you do not know any better. Doug was not one of them. He has been in the business long enough, and I can tell that he is genuine.Needless to say, he will be my go-to guy for any HVAC problem from now on.
