I visited the Take 5 in Solon first the employee was very rude he approached me like I should have not been there. I was the only African American in their line after waiting for like 10 minutes I left and went to the Take 5 on Maple Hts where I normally go and they were very nice. I should be able to go to any Take 5 without feeling like I should not be there because of the color of my skin.

Tony was great, I just went in for an oil change but theres been a rattling off and on for a while under my truck. Turns out it was the heat shield on my exhaust, he adjusted it while he was under there draining the oil and now theres no rattle. Oil change was quick price fair for the service. Very satisfied
I pulled up today Sunday Oct. 3rd 2021 at 2 pm to the Bedford Heights location and a worker comes out to the parking lot to tell me that Take 5 Oil Change does not change oil on Ford Mustangs and foreign vehicles. I find that very weird and strange that this company supposedly has a list of cars that they dont change oil on. Im not sure if its the company or the Bedford Heights location but your company is trash if you cant even change oil on a 2017 Ford Mustang. Complete waste of time, I suggest customers use the Valvoline at Emery and Warrensville Center Road to service their vehicles oil needs, Valvoline also gave me a military discount towards my oil change.
I love this place. The oil change was over just as quickly as it started. The mechanic was nice and very efficient.

The oil I requested was not in stock. They couldnt check air in my tires because the machine was broken. Technician failed to put oil change sticker on my windshield. At $70 for an oil change, I expect far superior service.

I took my car for an oil change and was told by a mechanic (Ed) that I didn’t need one. Shortly after, my car started misfiring, which led me to take it to the shop. I was informed that my engine was on the verge of blowing because I didn’t have any oil! If it weren’t for my computer system my engine would have blown. This is completely unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!!! SAVE YOUR CAR, TIME AND MONEY!!! DO... NOT... GO... HERE!
Good service. Reasonable prices. The only place that I know of that gives a 25% discount for veterans. Lots of locations and always easy to find.
There’s about 10 people when I pulled up in line so I thought I’d be there for a while but they were pretty quick and get everybody through I only waited about 15 Minutes or so and had my oil changed the guy performing the service was amazing Fair pricing all around great service

A guy named Jean took care of me; he was excellent. Fast, professional, polite. Importantly, he wasnt pushing products on me. They were running a 50% off oil change coupon and there were no catches. It was actually half of what I normally pay when I go there. Got me out of there in about 10 minutes.

They remove the oil from My vehicle before they verify that they had the same oil that my car required mobile one $10,000 to the oil change. So I had to pick another oil because they remove the oil from the engine for my car in order for me to drive to another station which I thought that was just unprofessional the moral of this story is do not remove oil from a vehicle until you verify that we have oil in stock now I have to see if this oil is compatible to the mobile one thank you concern customer this station also doesnt have working equipment to Grease the chassis underneath your car they told me I would have to go to another station to get that done
The guys that work here were very friendly and professional. they discovered that a jiffy lube I visited had put too much oil in my car as well as put on the wrong oil filter! they corrected the errors and made me promise not to go back to another jiffy lube again :) overall, Id recommend them for servicing your vehicle.

The Store Manager his self did my van, the 3 guys who helped was professional, and clean about there job. I was surprised to see the Manger come from the pit,but it let me know it was all= there and everything and one flowed smoothly.
The customer service was great from all employees besides i think his name is (ED) He gave me an attitude because I didnt want to get an air filter and replaced it on my own then lied about checking my tires. thankfully Moses and Tony were there and he checked my tires for me and apologized for ED being rude and inconsiderate. i will not be coming back to this location while Ed is there.
1 hour until my car was done from the time I arrived. They forgot to reset check engine light so I had to drive back. Cost wasnt competitive (75$ for more than 5 gallons of synthetic oil). And they didnt inflate all my tires, they left one tire cap off and the tire deflated to 15 overnight. Will not return again.
Employee got an attitude with me because I didn’t want to buy an air filter. Compared to me doing it myself and saving money. Never going there again.

New to Cleveland and googled places to have oil changed. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Showed up at 1:15pm (on a Saturday) and was out by 1:35pm. If I had gone to a competitor I’d still be waiting. Inexpensive for the services required. Oil change and flushing fluids. You pull up and stay in your car which is very convenient and they give you a complimentary water. Taylor (I believe is his name) was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I arrived to the facility at the hands of a very funny cashier. Definitely a people pleaser and making it more comfortable for a first time customer. I was able to apply a coupon I had for an inexpensive yet effective job well done. I received my bottled water just as the commercial shows. Only thing is that the oil change light wasn’t reset on my car, so there was some confusion when I went to get my car serviced. However, was an overall efficient process.

The absolute WORST experience. The assistant manager Clarence was extremely rude from start to finish. He asked what oil change I want even though he claimed he knew what I wanted. I advised I had been there before so that information should be in the system. He stated it wasn’t so I said just give me the cheapest one and he proceeded to say he knew that’s what I wanted implying that was all I could afford. I then asked if the other gentleman that was there could just service me and he said no. If he couldn’t service me no one could and I could just leave. I then asked who the manager of the establishment was. He said he was. I said I thought you said you were the assistant manager he said he was the manager on duty. He would never provide the store managers info. We argued some more and he tried to put a sticker in my window. I told him I did not want the sticker and he put the sticker on the outside of my car. When it was time to pay I gave him my card. He scanned the card then threw it at me in my half cracked window. The overall experience was absolutely horrible and I will NEVER go there again!!
In & out service I go there all the time for both of my cars
I prefer the one on Turney in Garfield but I swear the one on Northfield in Bedford didnt even change my oil 😒 I can tell because the engine working to hard when I leave from Turney my car runs nice and smooth and its quiet Ill never go back to the one in Bedford

I went to the Take 5 they refused to honor their own coupon and tried to sell me a higher priced oil change.Northfield Rd. honored their coupon AND even gave me FREE bottled water!I will be coming back here!They ALSO checked and advised me of issues I needed to address even though they dont do them in addition to topping off the fluids!Id give them 10 stars but there arent that many!!!
