Great bunch of people. Fair priced. Helped me out when I needed some new tires. Shoutout to the Assistant that stayed after close to make sure I was taken care of!

In 2019 I went to them to see why my car was having problems going forward. It was convenient I was at work up the street and I used them before to do oil changes. Instead of them calling me telling me what the problem was they fixed it and said it was ready for pickup. I asked what was it and the cost they told me alternator and when they gave me the price I was upset. When I got there we went back and forth about amount I asked why wasnt I called I would have purchased the part which would have been cheaper and they do allow you to bring your own part. I was told best part for my car was offered snap assistance and an extended warranty I had him initial and date. This covered parts and labor. The following year had an alternator issue told him he told me I only had a year warranty luckily I had paperwork that said differently, reluctantly it was fixed. Year goes by I didnt want to get oil change from them cause of past experience so I went to Honda. The lady pulls me in tells me luckily I brought my car on verge of catching fire. She said oil was leaking on alternator also it was bad. Told her just had fixed couple of months prior she said they should have seen leak also this is a regular alternator not one of ours. I called them immediately he told me that he would not honor our agreement. Which is still good until next year February they are very unprofessional and didnt keep their word I was forced to get in the first place. I think they took advantage because I was a woman. I wanted to screen shot agreement but dont see where I can post.

I decided to try I&A instead of going to the Mazda dealership for service. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I could tell right away they are a great team due to how they interacted with each other and how they treated each customer that came through the door! ( I was there for a few hours and this was consistent) Very professional and honest, the prices fair for the work I needed on my suv! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, I actually stayed their until my car was done. I will be going back for other services! Highly recommended!!

Took my truck up there in April My truck was running fine for years never had any problems out of it. as soon as I let them touch my truck putting tires on it will alignment hub Bearing assembly & alignment! I’ve had nothing but problems out of my truck!! The took my rear brake pad out leaving it empty! Just caused me a whole bunch of trouble! Then owner had the nerve to try and get upset with me because I’m upset!! And want my truck fixed ASAP. Three tires were out of balance and I have been back to them twice to fix the same problem. Then they say oh no you need brakes and rotors! But you guys can’t even balance tires why would I let you install anything else on my truck! Steer clear of this place good work in disguise! Plus they have students with little to no experience working on customers cars!! Very upset I listened to a friend and took my truck here!!

Been using these guys for several years now a well ran company that is ran by some young gifted black PROFESSIONALS. I often refer them to many of my colleagues and the have come back with the same opinion. One last note, the cleans automotive shop I ever stepped into.

I was told my car was going to be done in 2-3 business days. This was April 8, today is May 4, 2021 and my car is still not done. Been getting lied to for WEEKS now. Bad business and unprofessional! Needs new management ASAP! They even overcharging me. Will be gladly reporting them to the BBB as well. Very unhappy customer.

Great shop. They are lacking in communicating. I ordered tires and also getting a wheel alignment. I was told that my tires would be ordered and that I will receive a call. Well I never received a call, I called them. Please communicate effectively with the customers. Thank you. I gave a 3 star only because of the lack of communication.

I live about 5 mins down the road from this automotive shop. When I called for a quote for my Buick Regal ls the gentlemen on the phone was polite pleasant and helpful. They did fantastic work and was quoted a great price, out of 4 quotes they were the cheapest. Took my Mercedes Benz GL 450 in on 3/01/21 had a engine oil leak, shop did full diagnostic on everything, they also did a dye test. & degrease on the engine to find leaks, test came back with 2 leaks oil pan & oil filter housing, they changed the oil pan gasket & oil filter housing & oil filter. Thermostat housing & Thermostat & And gasket, topped off with new synthetic engine oil, topped off washer fluid, Isiah & Miguel Took Good care of me they run a very reputable business shop mechanics are certified professionals, Im Satisfied with the service. my truck was ready when promised they even had a driver drop me off & pick me back up when my truck was ready that was very much need not many shops do that.

Got a quick oil change, took about an half hour and very reasonable

First I would like to start by saying I am a six year business owner. The owner of this company Isiah is very unprofessional and dishonest. I came to this company off of recommendation. After reading reviews I should’ve did my homework on this establishment. When me and Isiah first spoke I explained to him that I have a fleet of vehicles. He told me let’s build a relationship at the time I was already dealing with a bad company. At the time I had a 2012 e 150 Ford that needed a engine which the vehicle and engine was at the original shop. Isiah explained to me that he could get the job done in a week and would get it towed from the original shop. So I went along with him. I explained to Isiah the line of work I do and needed my van back ASAP. He said no problem. Two weeks go by I still haven’t heard anything from I &A so I reach out to Isiah to find out that they could get the engine from the original shop. Ok as a professional shop shouldn’t you call the customer to let them know? So he explain I’m definitely going to get it today. So I say ok. Another two weeks go by and I still got the run around when it’s gon be done. Finally two after that I get a call from the shop saying it done. So I come up a day later and pay for the services. My driver get in the vehicle and say something is not right. So we go around the block and bring it back Isiah tells me at that time oh it’s been sitting drive it for a couple days. While I did that and it still wasn’t driving right for over $2000 in labor so I took it back and I get a call the next day saying the engine is know good. I’m not a mechanic but I’m pretty sure you test the engine to make sure that it’s getting enough pressure. So when I spoke with the guy secretary on the phone he couldn’t answer any of my Concerns so Isiah got on the phone. He was very unprofessional and very Cocky. Then once I come up there he tells me how he had family problems. I’m a customer what do I have to do with any of that? All I was looking for was a honest auto shop and trust me this is not one. I understand I didn’t get the engine from you but his lack of communication and honesty caused me to miss out on my warranty. Then he said he would contact me on Monday to get this resolved and let’s just say it’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t heard from this shop owner.

Had a great experience here. Isaiah was wonderful. He was up front and straightforward about costs, what work needed to be done, and the condition of my car. I got a great quote from him for new brakes, springs/shocks, stabilizer links, and a tire pressure sensor. He explained a lot to me about my car and the repairs, was friendly, and got the work done fast in 2 days. The price ended up being less than half of what I was quoted at Mr. Tire.

Car broke down Friday late afternoon. I & A was able to fit me in to take a look at my car. I really appreciated them getting me in since I was on vacation several hours from home. I took my car in yesterday morning and it was done today. 🙌🏽 I appreciate how quick they move and although I need to come back to get a couple more things done, my car feels and rides SOOOO much smoother. Did work on husbands car without his permission when only diagnostics and oil change were supposed to be done. Charged $450 and the check engine light is still on. All of the other positive reviews are because they give a discount for them.

I have many vehicles and I drive quite a bit for a living. Without a way to get around, I am out a lot of money. With I&A automotive, they have done SO much for my needs. Not only did they fix my car and schedule according to parts availability (rather than keeping my car for 3 days unnecessarily while a part is en route) but when they DID have to keep my car for more than 24 hours, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. NO CHARGE! That is unheard of. Sure dealers who have an entire showroom of cars to loan out may do this but not all of them do it for free. Also they charge at least DOUBLE any of the invoices Ive gotten from I&A. I shopped this place and I cannot find a better value anywhere. They are also in a great location only 10 minutes from my home and only 15 from my work! I send all of my friends and family here. The owner is a mechanic and does work himself. They take pride in what they do and Ive been around this business as a customer since about 1980 and Ive never seen a shop like this one willing to go the full distance for the client. A+ Highly recommend.

Im sitting in the waiting room for the third time within a month. I paid them $400 cash and that was after the discount. All the reviews you see on here are bought. The owner makes you write several reviews on several different sites before he tells you your total. You dont even see if your car is working. I was told it was my radiator the first time. Didnt even have my car back a week before the same problems I initially had surfaced again. I went back I was yelled at by the owner in front of his entire staff as well as the mechanic who worked on my car. I have no doubt in my mind if I hadnt fought back I was going to have to pay for them to fix my car again. That time I was told it was the actuator (today I was told they were wrong and it was the heating core.) They kept my car for a week. Get it back and again the very same problems resurface. I was on the freeway driving and I noticed my car overheating a lot I had to hurry up and pull to the side of the side of the freeway. Called the shop again they told me to come up. This time the problem.. my engine. They said its because my car kept overheating. In the beginning. The moment I noticed my car was overheating I took it to them that same day. They would just have me sit in the waiting room while they let my car run for hours. This has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. $400 gone and now my engine a 2006 Honda civic with 160,000 miles on it isnt good. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere with integrity.

Im keeping myself anonymous, as I fear for any confrontation, but someone needs to know about this place. The service is good, the mechanics are good, but the owner is a preying monster. He uses your phone number you put on your profile at this shop to text you and try to get you to come to the office when no one is there. When you express that you would hope the repair is not pocket breaking, he offers to take care of some of it in exchange for a favor. Please be aware and be careful. I am not lying, nor am I just saying this to give them a bad name. I was a big advocate for I &A until this happened. To any women who go here, please be mindful and pay attention.

The owner Isiah is very friendly & helpful. I came into the shop to setup an appointment and ask about the financing program. I didnt think they will look at my car the same day and had the repairs fixed the next day. They also gave me a loaner car. Very pleased with the service and work done on my vehicle. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Mechanics are great however the Owner/Manager is somewhat condescending in his demeanor and needs better customer service skills or they need to hire someone at the front counter to represent them that does have customer service skills.

Fast friendly and do great work

I had a recent repair. When it wasn’t fixed the next day, because the parts were waiting to be delivered. Miguel made a special trip taking me and my fience to work. Probably drove 60 miles for me round trip. They are awesome people, out of all the mechanics (and I’m 46) I’ve been to by far this is a friendly, quality business and they value thier customers enough to make sure I got to work ok. I wouldn’t go to any other place!

The shop staff was professional and timely. They were courteous and explained to me what needed to be done and why and how it would keep my vehicle running in good condition. They even spoke to me about my vehicle so that I could understand what was happening and were very patient with my questions-not all past mechanics have treated me in such a kind manner. The estimate was accurate and I even got a better deal on a better set of tires for the same price, way to go above and beyond for your customers. Will definitely be returning when needed for maintenance. No pressure to have it done or get extra work done and was even offered a way to finance if needed. This car place has a very bad habbit on adding work on peoples cars that was not approved I took my car in and said I just wanted front pads I come back and they did all of my roaters and pads front back and still wanted me to pay . when they didnt call to ask if u finace anything here they will scam yur price up good service but beware he is a black man being greedy through offering finace but over pricing

I went into I & A Automotive yesterday because my car started shaking on the freeway. I told the mechanic what I was experiencing...he told me he would inspect my car to see what was going on and to make sure nothing is loose. After I waited a short period of time, the mechanic returned and told me I had too much frozen snow in my tires and it was throwing the balance off. After he removed the snow he sent the other mechanic to test drive it on the freeway to see if my car was still shaking. When the mechanic came back, he told me everything was good! I truly appreciate the experience and the honesty!!! I WILL BE BACK 👍👍

This is a great auto repair shop! They have diagnostic equipment usually found only at dealer repair facilities. They repair emission control systems, among other things. My check engine code was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Loaner car was a great bonus.Thanks for keeping my car running and our air clean!
