I had went in for a pedicure this past week. The lady that did my nails was super nice and very gentle. I had left for the beach 3 days later. While on vacation half of my gel came off my toes. Very disappointed in the quality. I thought they would last about 2-3 weeks. Paid $70.

Both times I have went to this nail salon I have not had a good experience. I first went to this place back in September. They took me straight back and started on my fill-in. After they were through they had me to wash my hands. I went back to the sink washed my hands and grabbed a towel to dry my hands with and placed it in a basket that had a sign saying “place dirty towels here” with an arrow pointing down. As I placed the towel where the sign said one of the ladies yelled at me in front of everyone and said that’s not were dirty towels go could I not see the sign and pointed to a basket BEHIND THE SINK hidden where no one could see it. I swore I’d never go back 1. Because of the horrible costumer service and 2. My nails were very bubbly and was still showing half of my real nails on the sides. Today I decided to give them another chance and took my sister to get a full set and myself another fill in. We were told they were busy, to come back in 40-45 minutes and they could get us in so we went to Starbuck, waited the 45 minutes and returned. They had 2 other costumers in the store and the same rude lady that yelled at me previously, again yelled at us and said they are closed come back some other time and walked over waving us out the door and locked it behind us with costumers still inside. I understand if you close early on Sundays, but telling us they would be able to do our nails in 45 minutes and then saying they were closed when we came back was very unprofessional and took time away from us going to another salon that would have gladly taken us in. I will never go to or recommend this place to anyone I know ever again!!!!

I showed the lady what I wanted from Pinterest. Honestly it would’ve been fine if she’d gotten anywhere close to what I showed her, but it couldn’t have been further from it. The worst thing is the shape! They’re shaped like teeth! Stumped and almost bell shaped. Not flattering at all!!!! And the thickness! I was a little worried when I saw how much she was putting on, but I figured she knew what she was doing and I hate to be the kind of person to mention something right before they’re about to do it. But she never did...I haven’t had my nails done in so long...it was such a disappointment and waste of my hard earned money.

Today was my first time getting my nails done there & I have to say they did an incredible job! I drove 45 minutes to get there & it was well worth it! The service was fast, and the staff is super friendly! I would definitely recommend going there & I will be going back for sure!!

This is awful. Worst nails I have ever got. My best friend and I both ended up with all crooked nails. We asked them to fix it and she wouldn’t. They are all more thick and short than we asked for. They needed to be fixed and we still had to pay over 100$ Never going back.

I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. My best friend recommended I come here with her. I also brought my grandma to get her nails done too. I had a great experience there. Our nails looked beautiful and everyone there was so nice. I will definitely be going back, so is my grandma. They helped me out a great deal for a bride in distress. Love them

They did a great job on my nails! Very friendly staff. The guy that did my nails was very friendly and did an amazing job. I had 2 young children with me and the staff was very patient with them. My daughter is 6 and her nails were also painted. I will never let another salon touch my nails again!!! Thank you for a great experience!

I usually wait on my wife when she’s getting her nails done. Great service. Very friendly. Very professional and the interior is very nice. Highly recommend. My wife loves this place.

My family is always pleased with the service nail boutique provides and the store is always clean. My grandmother loves going here to get her pedicure, she is diabetic, so she’s picky you have to be really good for her to let you touch her feet. My daughter will only let Emily do her brows, she is excellent! I give nail boutique a 5, highly recommend!!

I have been here quite a number of times and the staff is excellent! They are helpful, professional, and understanding. The building is beautifully set up and very clean. They will always be my ONLY choice when getting my nails done, eyebrows waxed, and facials.

They did wonderful work, however, the price was outrageous! I got french dip powder on my real nails (nothing else but that) and then a French pedicure and my total was $115. They charged me $65 for my nails and then $50 for my pedicure, when I chose a $40 pedicure!

Wasnt happy about my 1st experience and contiplated on leaving a bad review. But after coming in a 2nd time, she fixed my nails and did an amazing design and i cannot stop looking at my nails. I love when someone makes it right and has a friendly personality towards u at the same time. Very satisfied customer.

Favorite place for a pedi

A couple of my friends and I went here to get our nails done before a school dance. Now this is only speaking about the woman who did my nails,my friends received wonderful service from other employees, but my girl was incredibly rude. I paid $55 for her to slab on some paint that didnt remotely look like what I had asked for. After my nails were finished, she went and complained about me to another costumer (which was one of the girls I came with!) Here we are 5 days later and my nails are already chipping, even though Ive been very careful with them. Overall, my friends and I will not be back after the behavior of that employee and we highly recommended you spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent place. As a man, I got a mani and pedi a few times a year. This is the best local place. My wife loves this location.

Got a french tip dip manicure and it turned out beautifully! She did such a great job and will definitely be returning

Favorite nail salon in Beckley! got my nails, toes, & eyebrows done for a wedding I went to last week. They looked fantastic along with AMAZING service! Always friendly whenever I go in. Thank you guys

This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. The service is always so personal and so professional. I have been a faithful client for the last 5 years and will not go any where else. 💙💙

My sister and I both got our nails done & it was horrible quality. The man only applied 1 layer of gel polish to my nails, so they will not last long. My sister’s full set is mediocre... she left with glue all over her hands, poorly shaped nails that she didn’t want, and uneven colors from the dip polish.. I wish it would let me post pictures! we will not be back

I went in and had my nails done with the soak off gel nail polish. It hasnt even been a week since I had them done and every bit of the nail polish has come off my nails and my nails are horribly weak. I paid good money for that manicure and nail polish and my nails look worse now than when I went in. Very disappointed I was promised this polish would last at least a month before it would start to peel off.

I have been to this place a couple times due to their location. However I have never been pleased with any of the services they have provided. The store is dirty, staff is not professional or nice, and their nail services never last beyond a week (even their pedicures). Also they have a section of the store dedicated to kids, so if you are looking to relax I would advise against this place.

I love my nails, he did a fantastic job!!

Not very good at acrylic nails, I got a fill in there and the acrylic were two different colors which I understand but the lady ripped my actual nail off and you can see the blood through my acrylics....

Not only did they CUT my finger, I also paid DOUBLE what they told me the price was, and one of my nails were crooked.

I got the dip powder and my nails were super thick and the top coat wasnt even covering my whole nail. Never again
