This is the best nail salon around! They have plenty of staff. They have people just to answer the phones and to do other things during busy times so they aren’t distracted. I HIGHLY recommend, Trixie. She’s very kind and all I do is show her a picture and she can do it! She also has great ideas. The pedicures are amazing, they have several different kinds, and the prices are well spelled out. Best of all… you can grab Starbucks before you go in because it’s right next door! Go see them! All their nail techs are awesome! If you’re on a time crunch call and make an appointment! They are waiting on you when you get there!

Finally I went to get my nails done! Every time I get my nails done, I come to Elegant Nails! I love the atmosphere, how nice everyone that works there is. Also they always take there time! I have no complaints at all! Also I will be going back again and again.....♡♡♡♡♡best place I know of by far! Definitely a 10♡♡♡♡

Katie and David are ALWAYS on point. This nail salon is more than just a basic salon! They take their time and pay very close attention to detail. I have NEVER had to return for nail repairs or faded color. The price is very reasonable and affordable. If you’re not getting your nails done here… you’re missing out!

Went in for a set of acrylic nail I waited for about 40 and it was getting close to closing time. Then one nail tech was finished and was told to help me next he was not happy about having to stay and you could tell I trying telling him with I wanted and there was no communication he was slamming things and breathing hard! It was to the point I didn’t know what to do cause I felt like whatever I said would set him off

This is an awesome place to get nails done in this area. Im really happy with my wedding nails. Only complaint is the flower could have been done better/prettier. I feel like the tech felt the same way but didnt want to start over. Theres also a weird flaky residue left around my nails but I think if I scrub hard enough itll come off...

I arrived early at 12:10 pm for a 1:00 pedicure appointment. I stupidly sat there until 1::55 pm, while 6 people were called before me. Some without appointments.The pedicure was nice, but I shoiuld not have been made to wait that long when I had a scheduled appointment. Particularly when there are so many other nice, or nicer salons. In the area.I will not return and cannot recommend this salon.

This place is ok. Its clean and quick. They have a lot of choices in colors and are willing to do designs. However, pay attention to your design as theyre doing your nails to ensure accuracy. Of course the image isnt going to be exact but if its something that needs specific details, maybe save that for another place. The reason stars were taken off is because the skin around my daughters nails on several fingers was damaged to the point of bleeding by the rough filing.

They made quick work of my heals and made me feel comfortable being there.

Terrible customer service. Making faces at a special needs child and taking people ahead that didn’t have an appointment also wouldn’t stop about me using THEIR atm machine

I love all the folks at this location. They take their time and get to know what your likes, needs and wants. The atmosphere is awesome, clean and relaxing with good music. They have lots of choices in colors as well as packages and services. Highly recommend! Been here several times now and love going here. They also accommodate to latex allergies! Just make sure to ask for latex free :)

I was in today and as I was in there getting my nails and my special needs child nails done I looked over and seen the worker rolling her eyes at my child and it wasn’t playing with her to make her laugh

They started and then left me before even they were even half way done then I sat there for 30 minutes. did not get the shape I wanted. I had no say in how long I wanted them. Price was outrageous!

They were very rough with my fingers they left me sitting there for 30 minutes and didn’t do the right colors on me. The prices were outrages. They said it was only 35-50 and then charged us 65 dollars. They would be on their phone instead of working in the nails too.

I have never had any issues when having a manicure or pedicure at this business. I have had my gel nails done by different workers there and have been pleased each time. I know to set aside a couple of hours because they are popular, but they work you in as quickly as possible. The only time people get pulled in front of you is if they have requested a specific person. They are always friendly and professional.

I went with a friend to get acrylics. They were AMAZING. Very gentle with my fingers and very friendly. She understood exactly what I wanted even though there was a bit of a langauge barrier. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing. I will definitely be going back here for my future fills!!!!

Dust from my fingernails fell on wet toes and left a mess. Didn’t notice till I got home. Went back the next day and they reluctantly removed polish and repainted. Dust still there! I won’t go back!

Me and my daughter had fake nails and pedicures. Our fingernails look deformed because they are so thick and wide. At $203 it was a total waste of money!

They done a horrid job of my fill in. Could still see the end of my nail line from how far they had grown out. And when they were done with painting the tips were all over the place and didn’t match up to the other hand and when I went to get them dried something went wrong and there were bubbles all over my nails. I’m pregnant and the place is most certainly not properly ventilated, so for pregnant women I advice not going there. Pathetic if you ask me. I know I won’t be back.

They done a great job on my nails

I was there at 9:30 am. There were 3 ladies ahead of me. At 10 am when the other associates came they all took the 4 customers after me. I walked out. Cant say I would recommend this salon

Friendly atmosphere but my polish cracked on 4 fingers in less than a week . It was 3 days in and had polish start chipping and cracking . Disappointed 😔

My nails look great!

Wanted $43 for a fill-in and cut down after I ddisagreed with the price n told them I didnt want gel polish the tech was real rough with my hands filed the top skin and all an real disappointed in my paint job only did 1coat of polish with 2 coats of top coat 😡😡

Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Slowest service . Rudest people I have ever met . Preferational service. Never ever coming back here .
