They are always responsive to any questions or needs and are priced very fairly for the service they provide. Pablo in particular has been of great service to me and my business.

These people were so nice, always helpful. But their true colors came out, they dropped my company as a client a week before important tax information was to be turned in for forms that needed to be filed. They just wrote in their letter that dropped us, dont forget to file your forms. Personally I did not now how to file the forms, I know nothing about it. I am in such a mess.

Time 4 Payroll has been doing my companys payroll service for so many years I cannot remember. They are so good at taking this otherwise tedious task completely off my plate so I NEVER worry about payroll. Time4Payoll has been our service since we began our business almost 10 years ago. They excel in customer service in ways few companies know how to do (a special shout out to Phillip!).- Almost flawlessly accurate - For those who have used other payroll services, you know how rare and important this is because of the consequences of problems that result from errors by your payroll company.- All tax reports are filed on time and without error. When I have to deal with workers compensation, unemployment or garnishment issues, they just tell me to send the payroll parts to them and theyll take care of it.- When I had to deal with a periodic State payroll audit, T4P came to my rescue and helped to prepare most of the reports I needed. The same is true every year with our insurance audits.- I made a crucial mistake in reporting wage for a payroll, and only realized it the day before. T4P went over board and not only adjusted the payroll, but hand carried a check to my employees bank and deposited it so that he wouldnt miss his payroll for the day. Amazing!- Pricing for their services are very reasonable/low (dont tell T4P I said that!).- We have locations in two states, and they take care everything for both easily. They assure me that if we expand more, they can handle our needs in all 50 states.- When we added retirement benefits they easily accommodated our needs, and send the payments directly to our financial institution for us.- I have been contacted by multiple payroll companies trying to get me to compare and consider changing providers. I always tell them that there is no amount of money I could save, or other inducement they could offer, that would make me leave Time4Payroll. They could give it to me for free or even pay me, and we wouldnt leave T4P!Time4Payroll is simply The Best!

I have been using Time 4 Payroll for over a year now and could not be more pleased with how they have handled my account. They are always very fast in getting payroll reports to me. There was one time where I was not able to go and pick up my payroll checks and Pablo, the owner, personally delivered them to my business. Great service and great value!

Ive used Time 4 Payroll for a quite a while. I have previously used larger national companies to do payroll. Not only is Time 4 Payroll more afforable, it is just as professional as a larger company. Occasionally I get frazzled and forget to send in our numbers and they contact me with a cheerful reminder.
