Didnt even make it past the lobby the receptionist it rude uneducated and plain unprofessional. Upon our arrival, she asked who we were there to see. We stated Jerry Martinez. Apparently, she understood and called Martin, she was clearly frustrated when Martin stated that he wasnt waiting for any clients. She was clearly angry and flustered over a simple mistake. Truly she lacks basic customer service. Maybe we have gotten spoiled by other Mortgage companies. The moment we walk in they usually offer us a water bottle and usually receptionists are super nice and welcoming. This was not the case, this employee is clearly miserable in her post. To cut to the point worst experience yet.I will update my post being that my husband and I are shopping around. We are to buy house hopefully on a few acres.
I was overcharged by 3X by Regus. Please do not trust Regus for your own benefit.
Great Office setting. Well managed with a very professional productive crowd. Very quiet and less social then some of the hip locations in modern parts of town. Super friendly employees that are always there to help. Typical set up with lounge/ refresh area and kitchen space. Would recommend highly for a professional at a desk all day with less clients.

I have a small two-person office here for my consulting business and I really like it. Im very glad that I chose this instead of an empty office where Id be responsible for providing everything. The Amberglen building and offices are very well-furnished, clean, and well-maintained. The people are great too; the Regus staff there are very nice and professional. They also do a great job at providing a Fortune 500 experience for my visitors, who always tell me how impressed they are!
We have a fairly large company with about 50 employees. Most of our employees report to our shop every day. So we didnt need a huge office space. Just enough for our 3 office staff to be able to answer phones, set appointments and do bookkeeping. Regus was the perfect solution! Its a little spendy compared to other office space for lease in town. But its worth every penny! You get so much more with Regus! We looked at 3 or 4 other places in town for office space and all of them were less expensive. But each of them were also less professional, not nearly as nice looking and no amenities. They also all had long, drawn out, difficult application process for leasing.Regus was a breath of fresh air compared to the others we looked at. The application process was simple and easy. No credit or company history checks to wait for. No long form to fill out. Just easy and quick.But it was really the ambiance, professionalism and amenities that sold us on Regus and have kept us here for 2 years now. You get so much more with this place! Nice board rooms/meeting rooms to use. Nice open waiting room with coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, hot chocolate, and more. Nice kitchen. Free snacks occasionally, nice optional social meet-ups for networking, and more! All the office furniture and shelving and desks are all provided. So that saved us a good $5000 right there! And the receptionists in front represent our company very well.What we got was an office space that makes our company look the most professional we possibly could - at a fraction of what it would normally cost us to rent a space in a building that nice with that much space and two full time receptionists.When customers or people who are looking to work for our company come to our office now they are instantly impressed! Its makes our company more appealing to work with and to work for. We went from an office space that people used to question (in regards to whether they wanted to work there) to a place where people HOPE well hire them, because theyre so impressed with our space. Same with customers. Customers who come to our office are incredibly impressed.Cant say enough good about Regus. Just come and take the free tour and youll see what I mean. Great staff too. So helpful. Trust me, if youre looking for office space, this is the way to do it!
I used one of Reguss day offices today to meet with a client. The office had a nice window veiw and was nicely furnished. The staff furnished us coffee and beautiful smiles.I would recommend using Regus to any busy professional that needs a place to hold a more private business meeting. The other reason I like using Regus is their offices are very high tech.
If you are planning on starting a small business than I highly recommend Regus. I was very impress the minute I walked in and with the friendly and knowledgable staff I know my business has a great home and excellent working enviroment.
Worst cuatomer service ever. I’m sitting here inside the building Regus. Two reception lady’s in their 50-60 seem like they hate their life’s. They’re distrespectful to my kid, asked for internet for the computer going to be used “said they’re no network” getting on the computer either way had internet access. Kid turning his chair left and right lady told him “don’t spin the chair” now if the manager reads this please get a hold of me. Or I will take this up to corpare /HR because they have to work on their people skills.
Very bad customer service at Amberglen location in Beaverton. All the building doors are locked during the weekends and if you lock yourself out of your office there will be no emergency services to give you access. You have to Waite until the regular buisiness hours m-f to get access. In addition the building does not have any handicap access. So, if you wish to see clients during weekends or if your clients have special needs, it would be better to spend your money somewhere else.
Im move from other office location to the Regus Amberglen, in Beaverton, Oregon.One of the important thing that I decide to move to this location was the services they provide give you the complete business solution. They have admnistrative team very professional, polite and very reliable easy to work with them. My business required some travelling overseas and one of the other good things about Regus that I have office space every were in the world.They are established company and the cost is fair for the place, Im very highly recommend Regus as a company, for office space, meeting space, and for any professionals. The Team in Regus Amberglen, in my opinion is the best. Excellent and profesional job. Good Location and beautiful view.The services and the company are have Excellent Quality
