I had a very good first experience here. The salon is clean and the ladies were professional but were comfortable and laughing with customers. One of the ladies did a great job of explaining the different kinds of manicures they do, since I wasnt sure what exactly I wanted. Their prices are affordable and I felt comfortable & relaxed there. Overall it was a very good experience.

It’s been a while since I received a pedicure due to the Covid, and I was looking for a local business. Booked it today for evening, and the lady waited for me even though I was the only customer, and everyone else went home for the weekend holiday.I’ve ingrown tow nails, which I mentioned prior to appointment, and she remembered and took the time to remove the painful jagged nail that was stabbing my toe. She was humming and up beat despite the lack of traffic from the effect of pandemic.Interior was clean, polish selection isn’t immense but has basic options, and location is convenient as it’s walking distance from my home. Some nail artists were disengaged or had poor skills at some places, but I felt content in her care.We may be concerned about the virus, but I’m happy to help support a family business, and not have to do my nails at home anymore... and look polished even when working from home. She also did extra massage for the feet :)

I stopped here Saturday evening because it was on the way to my next errand and I was in a hurry. I was on my phone most of the time while I got my pedicure but she had asked me something and I looked down and noticed she was filing my nails with a used file that had red nail polish all over it!! I’ve gone to the same salon most of my life and I’m so use to them just giving me a pack of new nail supplies that I didn’t even think twice about it. By the time I realized what she was doing she was done filing. And not only that I got a French tip and the line was crooked on my left foot. I didn’t realize until the next day. They are also way over priced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them and I will NEVER go back!! This photo is from the very next day!

Clean and hygeinetic without feeling sterile. The staff here is so nice and the price is very reasonable. Comfy massage chairs and a great job on the foot massage. A friendly comfortable atmosphere with quality service makes this place a winner for sure!

All the ladies that work here are amazing. I have been coming here for 2 1/2 years every other Saturday at 1pm. Never have I left with a bad set of Nails. I bring in my own pics and ideas and Summer pulls it off every time. If you are looking for consistent quality come here!

Had my first pedicure after foot surgery and it was wonderful. The young lady who did my pedicure was wonderful. All the staff are all so kind and friendly. Very happy with my experience and will be back!

I made an apt the day before for a childs pedicure/manicure and a shellac manicure for myself. We got there 20 minutes ahead of our apt. A girl walked-in without an apt with a cracked nail. They worked her in ahead of us thereby delaying our apt by 30 minutes. So we sat there for 50 minutes in total waiting. (Obviously only 30 minutes of the delay was their fault). They did my manicure and because they were so rushed, the manicure was rushed. The tech did a good job applying the shellac, but at the end just rubbed lotion on my arms and was done. I think if they had not worked the girl ahead of us, it would have been great and we would have had a good experience, but this made the rest of our day rushed and we were almost late for the next apt we made.

You can find nail salons everywhere but if you want exceptional staff who know their craft then check out Ninas they are good with kids, they treat larger people with the same respect as smaller people, they take the time to do an awesome job, I get both pedicures and shellac manicures. Took a long time to find them and now I wont go anywhere else.

These ladies are the best. Always happy and laughing. Prices are a little steep but worth the job they do and the excellent customer service. Ive tried almost every other nail salon in the area and no one else comes close. Its best to book an appointment because they are always full every time I am there.

Best manicure Ive ever had! The girls are friendly and listen to your needs. She took her time and got it perfect. I play classical guitar and needed specific lengths for each hand and she did an excellent job! Im extremely happy with her work! :)

Brought my husband here for a pedicure for Father’s Day. We both loved it. It was his first pedicure and the girls really did an amazing job on both our feet. Plus it was a great price and conversation. The girls were all super friendly and funny. I highly recommend this salon!

Called for a last minute appointment to get a nail polish change on acrylics. I had previously gone to a different salon and my nails were uneven, thick polish, and not glued all the way. Nina’s salon got me in last minute and fixed my nails with in 20 minutes and they look AMAZING! she even upgraded my nail polish to gel for free and they look so natural! Definitely coming back! Thank you guys for helping me out!!

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT COME HERE!! They don’t even know how to talk to a customer they ruined my nails and over priced me. On top of that they were taking Sh!t about me with other customers while I’m sitting a foot away from them! VERY RUDE go spend your money else where! They don’t deserve even a 1 star!

These women are the Cheers of nail salons (full service nail, facial, brows feet...) Where everybody does know your name. The first time I went in (a walk in), every chair was full with two people waiting. Uh-oh, Im going to either be waiting for hours or they are so fast that the service and the quality will be third rate., I thought. They got to me before I could leave. I was about to learn a 30 dollar lesson.An hour later, I had the best set of nails I had ever had and they had a loyal customer. I get my brows, feet and nails done there. At Anns, They are experts in every area. This is also the firs place where they work as a team. No backbiting, backstabbing or gossiping. They are so happy to be there that the feeling is contagious. My day is lifted no matter what is going on. I almost wish NINA took longer.*The prices are comparable.*The service is the best I have experience or heard of*The stand behind their work. (when you are as good as NINA is you can afford to. I have only heard great things)

Best nail place I have ever gone to. I have acrylic nails and I am sort of a perfectionists and after trying more than 20 different places, this place done an incredible job. You should make an appt. though because they can get pretty full.

My first and last visit to Ninas. I went in for a simple gel manicure. The manicurist never baked the acrylic under the UV light; rather had me sit under a hand fan for over 20 minutes. It didnt seem right, but hey, its a new store for me. Maybe this hand fan is a miracle worker?She finally comes to look at my hands after 20+ minutes under the fan, gives me the ok, and says I need to use their ATM to withdraw money, since they only take cash. Seriously? I wonder how much of that ATM convenience surcharge they are pocketing, but Im new to the area. Maybe this is an Oregon thing?I let that go. But, while getting my credit card out of my wallet, the nail polish and gel polish completely come undone. I dont notice this until Im in the parking lot. I go back inside and tell them, and they say I can either wait and have it fixed, or come back tomorrow. Since Ive been there 90 minutes already, I opt for the latter. That night, two more nails come undone.The next morning I call them, explain that Im uncomfortable going there again to fix this and cancel my appointment. The conversation basically goes from sorry (appreciated), to accusing me of not asking for the right thing, and adopting a we undercharged you anyway, so why complain defensive posture almost immediately.UPDATE: Im amending from 1 to 3 stars. I received a nice follow up call from the store owner, offering to fix my nails or issue a refund. While Im not sure Ill be back, the gesture was appreciated.
