I have been seeing Elizabeth Gordon for the past several months and she has helped in so many ways that my precious counselor couldn’t. My daughter is scheduled to see someone here and my friend also sees someone from this company and they are just as amazing. I highly recommend

Do not go here.The counselor was mediocre at best. She didnt understand some pretty basic concepts.BUT THE STAFF... I made it clear to them that I was coming so that I could get a prescription to renew my meds. They said I had to see a counselor first.So I saw a counselor. She said she would make a referral to the person who prescribes meds... nothing happened...So I called and left voice mails, which were not returned. Then I had another appointment with the counselor. I mentioned that I didnt have an appointment with the prescriber yet. She said thats odd, that she would re-submit the referal.I also started calling and leaving voicemails, which were never returned.Eventually, after a week of leaving multiple voicemails, in which I mentioned that no one was returning my voicemails more than once, someone did call me back. During the call, they said that they assumed the other person had been returning my calls. And also that the perscriber was booked until two weeks out. At this point its been a month, and I need to get another prescription the next day, so I told them to cancel all of my appointments.So, time passes, and I get a text message reminding me of my appointment (that I had canceled) at 2pm tomorrow. So, I called and left a voicemail saying that the appointment should be canceled at 2:30pm.Now they want to charge me $100 for a missed appointment.
