I love the Centerpointe Research Holosync Program as well as the LPIP classes. I have been using the system for over 15 years. I have used this program for ten years. So many psychological benefits, I dont know where to begin. I will begin with the physical benefits because they can be backed up by data. My hearing improved after a few years use, demonstrated by actual hearing tests. Next, I reached the end of my program and stopped meditating. Oh goodness did I ever notice! When once again I felt my life was careening out of balance, I started again. Even though I cant always shut the list off in my mind, my heart rate is measurably lower. I go into a deeper state then I often do when in my deepest sleep. The data shows the days I do my meditations from Centerpointe, my AVERAGE daily rate has dropped. Thats great news for an older, hardworking person.

I have been using Holosync for 15 years. It has been a journey form high anxiety and panic attacks to a deep sense of self and a gratefulness for having discovered it.I am also a chronic pain patient and Holosync has been a big help in controlling my sense of despair. Having done my share of therapy in my thirties, I found that as I moved from disc to disc I would spend a week or so feeling off kilter. Just like therapy. However I would then find myself grounded again after that week. As the levels came and went, the grounded feeling just got deeper and deeper. Love this program! I have a broken ankle and am using the level 1 daily. This helps to make me feel happy and healthy despite being laid up. I am focused on creating my life and feeling like I have the power to do so. Highly recommended!!

I received the demo cd and downloaded it. There were three selections to download so I downloaded all of them. There were two selections on each section. One of the selections said Jazz. Am I supposed to hear Jazz on the cd? Im not hearing anything...Enlighten me, please.

Very disappointing program, overpriced with poor results to that of which are claimed, many of which are contradicted on numerous levels or completely exaggerated to the point of fantasy and fail to manifest with its continued use, also received defective materials that were unsatisfactorily replaced, proceed with caution and at least check for many other now available meditation program s of a similar if not better results, that also offer a money back guarantee which Centerpointe do not !!
