I had the best experience I could have hoped for. Kayti helped me, as this was my first waxing experience. She was so compassionate, comforting, and just a genuinely kind person. I’m plus size, I was nervous to be treated less compassionate. But she guided me through every step of the process and uplifted the entire experience with her kindness and sense of humor. 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend Kayti for her professionalism and compassion for all body types. If it’s your first experience or you’ve been waxed for a long time, request her! She made the entire experience wonderful for me.

I changed my whole schedule because they had an opening, just to show up to be told they dont, they apparently called my number once said it was disconnected, BS... it was working fine. Then tells me theres no opening until later in the week!!! The fact that I cancel and change location because they were closer to me and had an opening.. now means I cant get a wax. Waste of my time.. Apparently this is a norm for them base on reading their reviews.

Ive had a great service here before but my past waxer left this location so I tried someone new. She applied the wax in the wrong direction and made multiple passes over my inflamed bleeding skin. I asked her to leave a triangle but she took it all. She left me with random tufts of hair all over and forgot to do my lower belly strip so Im bald all over but still have a happy trail. Pretty sure Ill get a tons of ingrown hairs .She was very sweet and the customer service was great. She might need extra training on waxing though.

I had an appointment with Emma for a Brazilian for my trip. A day before my appointment I called to confirm only for them to tell me my appointment is canceled because they let Kelly go? Who’s Kelly.. I had an appointment with Emma, back to back with two of my other friends. Now they don’t have any other appointments available and will not do anything for their wrong doing to fix their mistake. I have to drive an hour to a different location now. That is soo unprofessional.. if I hadn’t called them..they would’ve probably never informed me.. CALL A HEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVEN’T CANCELED YOUR APPOINTMENT. So disappointing

This is my go-to place for waxing services! They do a fantastic job, the prices are good, and Ive never had a single bad experience. Which is saying alot since Ive been going here nearly every month for the past 2 years. (Well minus the few months that they were closed during the beginning of the pandemic)

Easy contact free check in, friendly front desk workers and professional staff. I love that they prep the skin before waxing and listen to my wants with how I want my brows done. Front desk workers (blue hair) got me to sign up for their package because she just asked when checking me out and let see their other locations to an area I am moving to soon. Good experience will be referring people to come.

I really want to give more stars, majority of the waxers are incredibly friendly, sweet and too the point and the products are phenomenal. But it almost feels as if they have a quota to meet on how quickly their sessions take place. I switched to a competitor but due to living out of town I have to schedule last minute which doesn’t always work with their competitors as they are extremely busy and their appointment times are blocked out for double the length of European wax center.I continuously leave with large missed spots, or it’s so rushed the hair is broken off and is “long” in those areas much quicker. I really wish more time and care was put into the initial waxing. I’m always offered to come in for a touch up within 72 hours but as I stated previously it’s already about an hour drive each way and my schedule does not allow for that. I really wish that my appreciation via a good tip for the service provided was noted and maybe it wouldn’t be so rushed and requiring me to get a whole separate wax from the competition not even a week later.

I went in today and had a really kind and friendly waxer. I enjoyed talking with her. The problem was that she seemed to dismiss my concerns about being sensitive to wax. I asked several questions and she answered with a short and incomplete response. It seemed like she just wanted to rush me through the process. She did tell me they were short staffed . I understand that but it is alot of money to pay for the service. She also kept pushing their products on me. I mentioned that I wasnt sure how the wax would react on my skin and didnt want alot of products for that reason. Still several times she mentioned products. She also seemed to not be very careful with where the wax ended up. It was almost in my eyelashes. When I got done with the wax she walked me out and showed me the products. And i am not entirely blame free, I struggle to say something when people are being pushy. So I let her. I ended up buying one of the products. I payed for my service and went to my car. When Iooked in the mirror i saw that she hadnt gotten all of the wax off my skin, including my lip. I had my upper lip waxed but there wasnt any reason for wax to be on my actual lip. There was also wax on my lower chin too. She also didnt get all of the hair on my eyebrows cleaned up. So I have to tweeze those myself. Overly not glad with the experience and probably wont be going back.

Cristine was awesome. I went in and got my legs done, left feeling smooth and soft. Gave me good recommendations on products, but not overly pushy. Totally sold me on the shimmer body oil.Overall was a fantastic experience with a great esthetician.

Ive had two full almost painless bikini waxs. Once a thigh waxing. The first visit was to repair a failed home attempt. They helped me and didnt humiliate me. Good job Euro adding more mens services for my male friends.

Cristine was my wax specialist for my first time at European Wax Center. She was really professional during her training. She told me about each of the products, what they were used for and the benefits of them. I was overall really happy with the results and the service.

They are navigating covid well, and, as always, customer service is amazing. Ive been a customer for over 3 years and in two different states. The quality and service does not vary between locations, it is always the best!

What an amazing experience!! I felt so welcomed the minute I walked in the door!! the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and told me that my first wax was going to be free! I was offered a cold glass of water, shown to the restroom, and told about the different packages offered to reduce the cost of each wax, which I would highly recommend!the wax specialist was very understanding that I was a little nervous, went at my pace, and it was surprisingly not painful at all!! She told me all about the different ways to care for my skin in between waxes, and showed me the products that she recommended I take home with me. I ended up with an amazing moisturizer, body was, and who even knew there was such a product to prevent ingrown hair!! Love this place, I am a customer for life.

Wow!! Thats all I can say is Wow!! When I walked in it felt like they were waiting for just me!! Smiling with a welcome to European Wax Center!! I felt so comfortable even though it was my first time getting waxed, and Savannah helped show me what I can do to my skin to make it smooth and painless for next time. It wasnt even that painful at all! They have so many amazing products, and my bathroom smells like a spa now, my skin has never felt better!! Amazing waxers. As far as overall good vibes and service from automated phone service and/or receptionist its Russian Roulette; sometimes its great and sometimes its not. Turnover of receptionist is high, so quality of service is not consistent. Wish there were more locations in Washington County.

Ive been to several EWC in California and this is the only one in Oregon. Although the turnover of aestheticians is high at all locations Ive been to Ive always received great aestheticians here. In CA I would have a couple bad waxes before I found a good one. Every waxer here has been great, quick, painless, and gets all the unwanted hair. Ill always come to this location.

Great visit. Receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in and was friendly and to the point. I was walked back the minute my appointment started and was completed in about 10 minutes. The waxer (sorry forgot your name) was fantastic and personable.The first wax was complimentary so that was the icing on the cake. Ill be going back.

By far the best experience I’ve had with getting my eye brows and my lip done. Briana Tan is amazing and just out right awesome! Maybe I’m just biased because she is my friend but this girl does an amazing job, she even takes the time to teach you how to do your eyebrows after she’s already waxed and penciled them in for you. I used to go to the asian waxing places. Where they use strips and talk about you in their language. Then I found this place. People are nice, its always one on one. They arent talking to their friends in the middle of waxing you. You have so many options on what kind of wax they use. Their products are really great. You can make appointments online, even last minute! If youre going to those old salons still using strips, try this place out. They have great deals too for people that go regularly.

Got a full-on Brazilian for my very first wax experience - I was so freaking nervous and self conscious but I didnt need to be at all. Desiree was cool as hell, super nice, and the whole thing felt totally fine. The wax wasnt too hot, it didnt hurt that much, and I didnt feel weird about having all my private bits and chub on full display. So glad I went here.

If you plan on going to European Wax Center, I recommend Teea. She is great! She is so kind and answers any questions that you may have. She helped me feel at ease since it was my first time ever getting any type of waxing done. I went in for my brows and they turned out great. The front end staff is also very friendly. I would highly recommend Genesis! She does a fantastic job and has been very patient with me. I’ve been going to Genesis regularly now for brow and lip as the waxers I had before were not a good fit. I like her attention to detail as I like keeping my brows thinner and more shaped/defined than most people are used to. She checks with me if she’s ever unsure about something which I really appreciate.

Such a great experience! Tiffany was my clinician and she was so friendly and so professional, I already set up my next appointment with her and referred all my friends. The facility was so clean, bright and cheerful. The front staff was really efficient, friendly and really helpful on the phone and answering all of my billions of questions. I was really nervous going to a new place because I was used to my regular clinician but I am so glad I tried something new! And now that there are so many locations all over the Portland area, its convenient for myself and all of my friends.

She actually listened to me and took them time get my eyebrows just right instead of trying to convince me to go with how everyone else does their brows these days like so many other wax techs have done before. Over priced and they are more focused on up selling you then anything. The girls are nice but the amount of money I spend I shouldnt have to spend so much time directing what to do. If you dont specify they just clean them up Ill go back but only because I had already bought a package. Id rather pay 8 dollars to the asain lady across the street.

This is a great place for waxing. I love how bright and clean they keep the store. Everyone is so friendly. My first experience wasnt awesome but I said something and they did everything to make sure my next visit exceeded my expectations. I see Mystee and she is wonderful about helping me with problem ingrown hairs. No one is pushy about their products. I was skeptical at first but their ingrown products have been wonderful for me and my husband.I also enjoy chatting with Amy when Im checking out. She keeps me up to date on the latest discounts.

The front desk is so nice. Hannah gave me great brows, exactly what we talked about. I loved that she showed me how to use the products and male recommendations but I didnt feel like I was being sold to. Ill be back to see Hannah.

Shouldnt have a sign saying walk-ins are welcome and then turn someone away at 9am. Walk-ins are not welcome, even when walking in with someone who had a scheduled appointment, but you sure can come back at 5:45 this evening?! I love this location. I also really love that if a client is 15 mins late, they have to wait or reschedule. It means their waxers are always on time or early. I have been going here for 4+ years and i still love it. It kinda sucks they change receptionists all the time tho. I always get a brazillian and every waxer makes it quick and easy. Every time I visit, Im always greeted warmly and very seldom have a long wait before I get to see my technician. The staff is always willing to offer suggestions and is very helpful when it comes to working with scheduling. I highly recommend European Wax Center Beaverton as they are very attentive to the needs of the client. I have been to other waxers in the past but enjoy the time I spend here.

The BEST hard wax Ive come across over 15 years of waxing! Be critical cause the girls often are in a hurry for the next client dobt be afraid to check out the work before you leave the room.

Today I had my first appointment with EWC at the Beaverton 0196 location for a half arm waxing, but only one arm (I am preparing for a tattoo). While checking in, I confirmed with the receptionist that I would only be charged 50% of the $37 because Im only doing one arm, she agreed. After the wax, she said she misunderstood me and could not honor the discount. She called her manager who also would not honor the discount, nor charge me for a cheaper service that was closer to the $18.50 I had been promised. Im disappointed nothing could be done to compensate me after being told differently prior to the service.

Absolutely love it here. Ive been going here for a year and wont go anywhere else. All the girls are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. I recommend it to everyone!

It was my first time trying this place out and I wasnt sure what to expect. I was taken back by the lady at the front desk, she was short with me and treated me like I was an idiot. I should have walked out then. It started getting better when I went back. The lady who waxed me, Raquel, was very nice and very personable. She mentioned things I had done to my eyebrows (my mistakes) but didnt make me feel bad or ashamed. I didnt realize it was a membership type place and they will try to sell you stuff and the lady at the front might get huffy of you dont buy anything. I wont go back, but if I do I will ask for Raquel!

This was my first brazillian wax and I went in a little nervous but mostly excited. My friend referred me to the European wax center in ceder hills. My waxer Colette was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and we had easy conversation. Very professional and quick! The whole appointment from the time I walked in was maybe 25 minutes max.

I am a person who has been getting Brazilians regularly for almost a decade. I have seen the best and the worst of them, and Im happy to have found European Wax centers. They really know what their doing. My only criticism is I would like tranquil spa type music while Im being waxed, to help me relax and for those awkward silences.

They are always so nice and professional and I am always happy with how my waxes turn out. Plus, Ive got pretty sensitive skin and it reacts less to their wax than when I get waxed at other places.

I have been using European Wax Center for several years now. I was developing psoriasis on my knees (which is now gone due to diet change). I did not want to shave and aggravate and spread it more. I was going to EWC in Houston, TX. Recently I moved to Portland, Oregon and have been going to one in Beaverton. I have had several waxers over the years. All have been good and both facilities have always been great. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I like EWC and I dont go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. Every time I go to this location, I always have a bad experience. The ladies at the front desk are always kind but the waxers Ive had has always given me bad service. At my appointment yesterday I felt rushed and it was painful. First, the waxer looked disheveled, she had stains all over her uniform and a really big spot on the her right side. Then, the room wasnt ready. I go lay down and she just started putting the wax on my skin. The wax was a bit hot and when she pulled them off it felt like my skin was going with it. She did not ask how I wanted my brows and after, she just said I was done. She didnt ask if I wanted it filled in. I had to ask for the mirror! I got home and my skin was burning. Now I have red spots on my skin 🤬

I never feel the urge to write reviews about places I visit but my experience at the European Wax Center was great! The atmosphere was wonderful and I even liked how sleek and professional the decor was. I have been waxing(Brazilian) for several years now and just havent found anyone I like that is also within my budget. EWC is in my budget and Chelsie helped me have a great experience. She was friendly and quirky. The front desk was not overly bubbly- it was obvious they cared about me and my experience.The payment plan option and package options are an awesome deal! I highly recommend this place to waxers- new and old!

I went here last 3 months ago to try there Brazilian Waxing and Ive visited the place the other day again and did my eyebrow waxing. European Wax Center Beaverton always makes me feel beautiful and great, the wax services are amazing.

Every time I visit - granted not regularly - there is turnover in staff so Im constantly meeting and experiencing a new provider. Because I am not a regular waxer - you could say I am out of practice. Despite this - my full bikini service was the worst experience Ive had to date. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Multiple passes over the same sensitive areas without allowing each pass to cool and attach to the follicles for removal. That being the case I left splotchy, patchy, and in pain.They do offer free follow up but I dont think I could withstand that type of assault again.Pursuing a refund of my remaining sessions on my wax pass after continued disappointment. I will pay more for better service elsewhere.UPDATE: The manager of this location did reach out and offered a complimentary wax with one of their long term employees, Tori. She was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. I was very impressed. I asked why there could be such a difference from one employee to the next. Her response was that they all receive the same training and are held to the same expectations. I would have hoped since most walk ins are met with a random esthetician. I would advise that any first time clients are very specific about wants or needs.Now a few months into treatments with Tori I was left a voicemail that she had ALSO left the company and that I would be seen by a random esthetician. This was unacceptable considering my prior experience. The receptionist had no valuable information to provide in regards to who would be best match or most similar to Tori as she ALSO was new to the location. I was forced to cancel and am back to square one.

I go here regularly and have been to many different waxes. Diana is my usual if she is available. Its clean and everyone is friendly.

Miranda (receptionist) was the absolute worst. Customer service here is terrible. She added 10.00 to my account for the inconvenience and lack of proper communication. If I had another option I would have gone elsewhere today.

Ive been a customer of EWC for 5+ years now and Ive been to 4 of their locations in total (due to moving a lot). They are always super clean and on time with my appointments. I go to Teea, she is the best! When she was on maternity leave I saw Tiffany, also super great! The easiest waxes Ive had. Even if I move again I would make the commute for an appointment with Teea. Every one that works at this location is genuinely nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. I have really sensitive skin, the wax they use is awesome and the process is fast.

Hi,I received an email on March 1st 2018, offering a 50% off on services upto March 31st 2018. I made an appointment online and also called up the center to confirm that I will be able to avail this offer(which the front desk said was not true).When I reached for my appointment I reminded the front desk person, Kayla that I have this offer and would like to use it. This employee after this point treated me in the most hostile manner. She said its for people who havent visited us in the past 12 months. I tried to tell her it doesnt say so on the email; she said I know what email you are talking about; it is not valid for you. In the middle of the conversation she asked me to step back in order to help another customer. I said thats ok and started to leave when she said she will honor it this one time. She did not list all the services I requested for so I just completed my appointment and left. It was a shocking experience. Needless to say not going back. Plenty of wax places around! I wonder if this person is a racist because she was v pleasant to the other non asian ppl present... wish I could sue over emotional distress.
