The people at Bruton are the best. From the initial inspection/bid through the actual install they were great to work with. The installation looks first rate, but it was just installed yesterday, so time will tell. When the owner, whos name is on the company, shows up to oversee the install you know you are getting their best effort.

Good communication with office regarding appointment time. Technicians arrived slightly early, were polite, pleasant & careful while working on my furnace. They were equipped with shoe-covers and other gear to protect my house. (Pandemic note: they were masked and careful to avoid contact).They explained what they were doing, used references to be certain of the correct parts & function of this furnace model, and made sure that it was working as expected before finishing up and packing to leave.

I chose Bruton Comfort Control to perform tune-up service and level my AC unit, and Im glad I did. While all the other HVAC companies were trying to charge a diagnostic fee, up to $145, without even looking at the unit first. Bruton was the only company that asked me to send them pictures so they could see beforehand what they were dealing with.Arthur Gomez was the technician that performed the work and he was super friendly, professional, and on-time.I was really happy with the level of service I received through Bruton and can easily recommend them for their HVAC services. I will definitely be using them for any future services.

Matt Bruton came out to perform routine maintenance on our 33 year old furnace. He provided us with sound advice on continuing maintenance to get as much life out of the unit as possible, and also with some good options for replacement when the time comes. We liked his honest approach and feel that his advice was very trustworthy. You have gained a customer for life in our house!

Terrible company to do business with. I am happy we found a better contractor who got our entire system redone for a fraction of the cost. Google should penalize companies that paid for fake reviews like Yelp does.

By an unfortunate coincidence, my heater/AC replacement was scheduled a month in advance which ended up in the middle of the infamous PNW heat dome. They came out and replaced the entire unit in very adverse conditions (115C outside), did a great job, and I could not be happier with their professionalism and results.

The folks at Bruton were very responsive, from the initial interview and proposal, through the process of getting HOA approval, and with the installation, right on schedule, of our great new ductless heating/AC system, as well as removing the outdoor component of our old system. They are great at answering questions and explaining how systems work. We are very happy and much more comfortable with the new system.

Updated Review: This company went over and beyond to address my initial concern. They have provided a solution that seemed more than fair. Exceptional customer service.-Initial Review: $25 to replace a 99 cent light switch plate??? I wish I never agreed to that. Beside that price gouge, they were professional and readily available to get some repairs done for my listing remotely.

Very impressed with their professionalism. I wanted to consider a more expensive higher efficiency furnace and they patiently explained that an 80% efficient furnace would be best for my home. They lost the opportunity to sell me a much more expensive furnace because they put my interests first - not their sales. Ill always use them for furnace & AC work.Update October 15, 2020: This was a check-up on the new furnace they installed late August. Joe was terrific! He thoroughly checked the furnaces operation, and answered our questions about reinstalling the furnace filter properly. Also, we had a concern over noise, and Joe took the time to call the furnace tech support line and was able to figure out what was causing the noise and he fixed it so we have a quieter furnace now. Were so impressed with Bruton CC!!Update January 26, 2021: Asked them to come out and check a smell at the furnace, and Arthur arrived promptly to inspect and clean. Smell is gone! No charge! Happy customer!!

We have used BCC many times over the 23 years weve lived in our home. Matt Bruton, the owner, came to diagnose the problem with our furnace and was easy to work with and very professional. We were on vacation and our 23 year old daughter had to work with Matt to see if the furnace could be repaired. It ended up being more cost effective to replace the furnace and AC.Arthur and another technician came to install the new units. Im sorry I cant remember the other technicians name because they were both worthy of recognition. Very professional and efficient and they cleaned up nicely after the work was completed.Arthur also solved an issue weve had for years regarding the heat and AC reaching the upstairs. With some tweaking he was able to get more air moving upstairs so the air distribution will be more even throughout the home.

Have used this company for years. They are professional and always on time and a pleasure to have them in our home for the work performed. This time our technician Joe not only did a great job always but fixed our outside faucet that was leaking when he went to use it to hook up his hose to clean our units.

Cost of filter was not included in the maintenance price though unfortunately and I was originally told I could get one online cheaper any 20x20x5, so I did. It ended up being the wrong 20x20x5 just slightly too big😑. They were nice enough to go get the right size and bring it same day.Just make sure you have the right filter size beforehand!

Well we had a snafu after we tried to make it work. System failure due to old parts in an old unit. This of course is right before Xmas and to their credit they have tried to accommodate to this hectic schedule. We have been very pleased with Bruton Comfort Control. Bruton was referred by a good friend and we couldnt be happier! We had them out to provide an estimate on a new AC/Furnace and because of their honesty from the owner, we decided to clean and tune up both our AC and furnace rather than worry about replacing our 21 year old system.Our AC has been fine during the past two weeks of high heat and we are thrilled to not have to replace it! Another provider told us it would take up to $1500.00 to find a leak and Brutons said there is nothing to worry about!The service tech today was on time, friendly and focused. He confirmed everything is in good shape and just needed a good cleaning and tune up! I greatly appreciate their honestly and will continue to use them for future needs and replacement when required! Great company to work with. Our A/C unit broke down and was able to get a same day appointment and they where able to complete the repair the same day also!!! The technician did not try to up sales us to purchase a new unit (the current A/C is over 20 years old. They found the problem and where able to secure the replacement part to get the unit up and running.

My mini-split compressor had become un-level due to some patio work done by other contractors (this was expected and totally okay). Bruton came out promptly to re-level the compressor as well as service the compressor and indoor heat pump heads. This is the first time I have used Bruton. The process was simple, the people were nice and professional, and the job was well done. The best part of the customer service was that the technician left the property to get the part he needed and returned shortly after so he could make a same day repair. My experience has been that other companies would turn that into a second trip and return trip fee. Not this time. If I need help again, they will be my first call.

Bruton Comfort Control is reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. We had a competitor come out to service our AC and that tried to pressure us into buying new equipment. BCC had a much more competitive quote for similar equipment but indicated repair was also a good option for us. The competitor tried to take advantage of us, BCC had our back. Will do business with them again.

Great service! They were able to make a service call the same day, on a Friday afternoon headed into a cold weekend. Difficult electronic problem to diagnose and Burton was determined to stick with it and fix my furnace.
