Really nice staff and has a great ambience as soon as you walk inside. This is a great find as they are open 7 days a week. In comparison many other dentist offices work within business hours. Id recommended this location for anyone in emergency need or looking for routine care. Main reason, finding a dentist willing to stay late and open early is a rare gem in any city. This place is incredible. At first, the receptionist was very kind and inviting. Dr Kaufman and Katie were extremely talented and perfect at there craft. Dr Kaufman is a true artist at fixing teeth. My front tooth was chipped in half and they fixed it absolutely perfectly. Cant even tell that my tooth was ever chipped. I highly recommend this place. I thank them a million times over. The service was professional, efficient, and well worth your time and money. I highly recommend this place, 5 🌟 and 2 👍👍

They are able to get you an appointment quickly (by the next day or so) but if you are getting a filling, they will pressure you into Mercury fillings (even when you prepay for the nontoxic filling) and also leave hard edges on your teeth so you feel like there is a random new seam, or edge on your tooth. I went in twice and the first doctor was rolling his eyes when I asked him to level the filling to a comfortable level, he then told my to grind my teeth hard when they weren’t properly leveled and the filling came off my tooth. he used that to ‘prove’ I needed the Mercury filling instead. I constantly felt the need to apologize to him every time he didn’t get it right.The second doctor was much better but pressured the Mercury filling so hard I felt I was offending him. I’ll probably get the filling fixed with something that doesn’t poison me when I can afford to do it. I’m not a huge fan, I’d look elsewhere. Also, if you want to get a cleaning, they make you get full X-rays and it’ll cost you $400 minimum if you don’t have insurance because they “consider a cleaning to be a prescribed procedure and all procedures require X-rays.” My tooth also feels worse than it did than when I initially went in and it’s been more than a week. (I know fillings take time to heal, 2-4 weeks, but it’s a different tooth that hurts now, and it’s worse than the feeling that initially got me to set an appointment.

This weekend my problem tooth became unbearable with an exposed nerve. I called ETD Saturday night and was able to get in and have the tooth extracted the next day. The process was quick and relatively painless and the staff were very kind, helpful, and informative. Without insurance getting the tooth extracted didn’t break the bank, and if you don’t already have care credit you can apply in office.

I love the doctors and the assistants. Ive had 3 operations done there and they were all great experiences!

They made it very hard to get my money back, tried to make me feel bad, then could not tell me when my refund would come through, just that it would be a while. Horrible. I have no plans on going back.

So I am moving in a couple of days and I went to fix a chipped tooth two weeks prior to my move. I went in and got my filling. I found it really bizarre that my filling was stuck to it’s neighboring teeth, so I couldn’t even floss properly. 4-5 days later I woke up in the morning and found that the filling broke and that I had pieces of the filling in my mouth (and I am pregnant so what I eat this baby eats). I called and got another appointment (which was free of charge due to my filling completely coming out) for it to be fixed. So the filling is incredibly shorter than all my other teeth, to which I told them that it doesn’t look fixed and the dentist decided to grind down my tooth next to it to look even and my top tooth. All my teeth have been in consistent pain since the appointment and super sensitive. he realized that I couldn’t floss and broke off the pieces of the filling so that I can floss with an metal excavator. Now a part of that filling is breaking on the bottom of my teeth that wasn’t broken originally is chipped and I still can’t floss correctly. I feel like the dentist can’t do a proper filling and I do not recommend this place.

Just a great experience every time. Seen multiple dentists here over the years. Very honest work and good insight. All staff is great. I live across town and still book with them because I trust this place.

Had 2 broken wisdom teeth and they literally got them out within 30 minutes. Absolutely impressed with all aspects of my visits the last 2 days. Super friendly, professional, very informative and helped me save a lot of money and was real and upfront with me. Most definitely coming back for more work when needed.

I came here because they are an in network provider for my insurance and it was close to my house. I did not have an emergency but I knew I had a cavity so I was going in for a routine cleaning and a to get the cavity filled. The dental assistant who first brought me back had to do x-rays multiple time before she got the correct angles, in addition to that she was not that good at her job. When the doctor came to do my cleaning, she spent under 5 minutes (probably more like 3 minutes) cleaning my teeth. After that the doctor took care of the filling which overall went well except the doctor just seemed to do everything really rushed and in a hurry (not taking care of gums ect.). I needed a crown so they tooth the mold and instructed me to come back a week later. I come back a week later and when a new dental assistant tried to take off temporary crown and put on the new one, it did not fit at all (they ended up having to grind down a lot of the molded crown to get it to fit), on top of that, they told me numbing was optional and this appointment would take 10 minutes.... the appointment ended up taking an hour and on top of that my tooth was so sensitive. I felt like the numbing medication should NOT have been optional, they should have given it to me as a courtesy and for comfort purposes, I absolutely hated the last appointment and the crown I received is mediocre at best. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere better than this. Not to mention a day later and my tooth is still aching from all the dentist trying to get the crown to fit.

Today I woke up with the worst tooth pain and I just knew it had to be pulled. I drove an hour to the Tooth Doctor and it makes me want to never go back to my dentist. The staff was friendly and I have never had a better encounter with a dentist! 10 out of 10 would recommend

I dont think that any organization in this field can surpass the performance of Emergency Tooth Doctor. I didnt feel any pain after operations done on my teeth including 3 extractions, full deep cleaning and filling done in a very short period of time (4 days). They helped me by removing some of the treatment processes that were planned for earlier after reevaluating the condition of my teeth. This helped me reduce the financial burden since I did not have dental insurance and paid out of pocket.Other dental organizations can aspire to be like Emergency Tooth Doctor as a model of excellence and efficiency.

Couldn’t be happier with my first visit.I had a double-whammy with two painful toothaches. ETD was able to quickly accommodate me, even during the pandemic.Due to COVID-19 precautions, the team was only able to address one toothache, and gave me a surprisingly affordable filling. They still prescribed some mouthwash and pain relief medicine for my other tooth, which I’m thankful for.I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, and appreciate how kind and relaxed the whole team was throughout the whole process. Will definitely become a regular patient here.

I had a problem with my top right wisdom tooth and I went to get it check with them and they told me I would need to take it out. They scheduled me the same day for 2 hours later. When I finally went in it honestly took longer for the doctor to come and see me than the Procedure. The procedure was super low pain. I never had any serious pain when they worked on my tooth. This office is doing amazing!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Dr. William Wanninger was great! Highly recommended! I didnt have dental insurance so I had to pay cash. Their prices were reasonable. I had two wisdom teeth pulled. I was in and out in less than a hour. Thank you.

I was in so much pain when i walked in to their Hillsboro location.. Thinking i had a tooth needing to be removed. The doctor informed me i had an Infection. After an hour and a half of cleaning and some antibiotics. I felt great. They are the best no more pain

Cleanliness is great, staff is friendly but the dentist did not do a great job numbing the area of extractions and his hand was shaky while administering the anesthesia like he was nervous. Not a pleasant or comfortable experience highly recommend finding out how much experience the dentist has before they pull your teeth.

Dr. Chang and his staff took such great care of me that I felt the need to share! Everybody was polite and answered all questions that I had and they were able to offer me same day treatment since I was in pain. Highly recommend!

I was surprised that the dentist did the cleaning, to be honest. Thats unusual in my book, just because they usually let the hygienists do that and they do the heavier lifting. But they were friendly and polite. I was given a list of things I could/should address, but its not like they were trying to sell me a used car or anything. Just gave me the list and told me what they saw.I even had a nice conversation at the front desk with the dentist after I was done. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

Incredibly nice staff. Explained everything so well. I was really nervous for a painful extraction and they could not have made it easier. Patient to numb me completely and extraction was less than 5 minutes!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I didnt go to this location to get work done, I went to the East location since it was rated and reviewed better. Went in to pickup my flipper at this location since I lived a lot closer. I was needing an extraction done (went in two different times to the other location but Ive learned that my body rejects anesthesia so I have to go to an oral surgeon instead). Since one of the receptionists(?) didnt immediately notice any missing teeth she was reluctant to give me my flipper and was about to turn me away?? Youre not looking in my mouth so how would you know?She decided to call the other location to find out about all this. During the phone call she was trying to instruct one of her coworkers on how to write an email. The people on the other line were just telling her to give me my flipper she was like oh alright after opposing it for some reason?? Then she took some stuff out of my box (?) and gave it to me. Just overbearing and really made me roll my eyes back so hard theyd pop out of my head.Idk, I just thought it was weird and Im glad I didnt go to this location when I was in pain lmao.

The Doctor and his tech were kind and friendly. They worked well together and the experience was nearly painless, one of the best dental visits Ive had.

I had broken a tooth on a Friday night. I was unaware that a dentist emergency practice existed. I googled and this practice came up. I made an appointment and saw Dr. J. Neil Della Croce or just Dr. Neil. He and his staff were wonderful. He explained in great detail all of my options and his staff broke down my cost after insurance. He put a temporary crown on that day and a permanent the following week. I highly recommend this dentist and will use this practice again. They also do regular dental care as well.

Fast, friendly, painless and reasonably priced. They saw me an hour and a half after I called and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The doctor was wonderful. I could not be more satisfied.

Got childcare and took a lunch break to get someone here to look at my wisdom tooth which is erupting and impacted and painful. I was told there was nothing that could be done. So after waiting for TWO HOURS to be seen by a dentist who seemed confused about what I was asking/which tooth I wanted her to look at and kept wandering out of the stall room to work on other people, I left and I paid them NOTHING. Told them to find me. Which I am sure they will but there is no way I am paying one dollar for being treated like that. Dont go here, its a racket.

Got cheated FOR BEING LOYAL FOR 2 YEARS.IT IS EMERGENCY MONEY MAKING DOCTOR. Also not recommending this. I was faithful and loyal for almost 2 years. But recently had bad experience in terms of treatment charges. They lost loyality of our family. I went for yearly cleaning with my wife and it was covered under my insurance. But for next appointment they gave me some estimation which was not high. Me and my wife went there happily had our deep cleaning done. But for our surprise after treatment they gave us a bill of more than $ 100. for my surprise $50 per person was deductible and it should have been part of the estimate during our first appointment. I felt cheated. Checked with my insurance company and lodged complaint and I knew nothing gonna happen. Even the doctor who did the procedure god only knows what he did.Cathy called me and just for namesake apologised and told you are done mister, nothing doing you idiot already payed the money. Indirectly told me to go to your native country and get the procedures for cheap.I WOULD RECOMMENT NOT TO GO THERE. PATHETIC SERVICE AND VERY RUDE ON PHONE. IT IS EMERGENCY MONEY MAKING DOCTOR.

Well they were wrong. Went here and was told my insert scratched the roof of my mouth. Paid 100 bucks. A month later problem is much worse. I went to another dentist to find out that there is something shoved between my tooth and gum so hence infection. Not to mention my first visit back to this business.... Which was horrible :(.

We went to the Emergency Tooth Doctor when my husband broke a tooth in half on a Friday night. That was approximately 7 years ago. Our whole family has been coming here because they are the best around! Dr. Pham is great with the kids and gentle. He is also extremely thorough! After we moved away, we still drive 45 minutes just to come here!

I have actually been twice for a front tooth that had been knocked out for a total of 3 occasions!! I am very thankful and pleased with the work that was completed, especially since I am in sales.

She developed an abscess on a Sunday, and I called the Emergency Tooth Doctor’soffice. They were so kind and got her in immediately. They treated her with tender care and prescribed an antibiotic. The cost was amazingly reasonable, cheaper than a regular dental visit! I can’t say enough good things about this office!…

The hygienists are a group of the most friendly, patient, helpful and lovely ladies!Dr. Nguyen has been our family dentist for 7 years. Hes very professional and personable. We cant say enough awesome things about him.Dr. Pham should be awarded with the Best Call-back Doctor of the USA. For as long as were with this office, Dr. Pham has ALWAYS, ALWAYS called us back promptly after missing our phone call. One time, I called the office at 11:20 PM to cancel an appointment of next day due to a medical emergency in the family, worried that it was way too short of a notice for a cancellation, but Dr. Pham called me back at 11:22!!! Cancellation successful!I only met Dr. Mosley once but he helped me in an incredible way that time. He was already off work and ready to go home when I called with my sons sudden toothache. He stayed in the office for an extra hour just to treat my son. Thank you, Dr. Mosley!I dont think I need to say more.

Got a bridge replaced which went fine. Couple of months later it breaks while eating a sandwich when it stuck to the bread and came up and shattered when I bit down to chew. Not open on Sun as advertised. No longer accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

I took my teen daughter here for an abscessed tooth. It came on quickly and she couldnt get into her regular dentist. The evaluating doctor was nice, prescribed antibiotics to help with the swelling and scheduled for a root canal the following week.Antibiotics didnt help with the swelling. Called 2 days later. Refused to give any pain meds for here​ even though she had​ her prom that evening. They scheduled her for an appointment the morning after prom. Still swollen, they wanted to do the work on her they said they couldnt do 2 days prior because of the swelling.Dr. Thomas Mosley started the numbing injection and after long she was wailing in pain. He said that tooth pain can be like labor pain and she was just going to have to deal with it. He was not sympathetic at all and offered no suggestions or solutions.She couldnt handle it any longer and wanted to leave, so we did. Dr. Mosley was snarky and rude as we walked out the door.I took her straight to urgent care where the physician was​ horrified by how the dentist had treated her. He switched her antibiotics, prescribed some narcotics to get her through the weekend, and is buying us some time to find a decent endodontist to do the root canal and not some low budget dentist who thinks its ok to work on a kid whos bawling in pain.Ive never seen any kind of patient treated so poorly.

My roommate was able to schedule a wisdom tooth removal within 2 days of his appointment. The name is a bit misleading because this place is great for non emergencies as well.

They have choosen a great name and one should go their for this purpose only. I did a mistake of going there and not a regular dentist... Not recommended.
