We were excited and heard good things about this place, we had an appointment confirmed a month in advance and sent in all of our information. When we walked in the front desk person just looked at us never said “welcome” or anything, we had to make first contact. Long story short they never put in our appointment, front desk told us multiple time “I’m not seeing your appointment” which is fine I guess but never once apologized or asked if we wanted to reschedule. The front desk lady was not on the phone when we walked in. she made complete eye contact with us, had no phone in her hand or on her ear. Would love to see more ownership from these people. Crazy how she would lie to try and cover up.I will take this review down soon, just want to be heard by the owner, how rude this whole experience was.

Go anywhere else but here. I’ll do your dental work for free with a better attitude.

Dr Eubanks is the best dentist weve ever been to. His entire staff is friendly and personable. He has been taking care of my familys teeth for about 6 years now. We moved out of town but continue to drive into Beaverton to see him because Im confident we are getting the best care possible.He is also great with kids. He is better with kids than any pediatric dentist we have ever been to (several). My kids laugh at his jokes and he explains things to them in a super kid friendly way. My two year old didnt want to leave after our last appointment. He said he wanted Dr Eubanks to clean his teeth with the tickler (spinning brush) again.

I love everything about Eubanks Dental.Deanna is always a pleasure to work with for scheduling, billing and general questions. Chelsea, the Hygienist, is more than enjoyable to work with. She is very thorough with her procedures, mindful, skilled and clearly enjoys her job.Mr. & Mrs. Eubanks are excellent in their practice.All the above applies to them as well.In particular, I appreciate their approach to my dental plan. Helping me understand what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and the best way to get it done. Even when discussing cosmetic dentistry, they are not pushy and present options that make sense.Atmosphere wise- the office is clean, modern, comfortable and always smells good (that’s a big one for me.)In my opinion, everyone here has a positive attitude and looks forward to helping. It’s always a pleasure to deal with people like this.I had many options when looking for a new primary dentist in the area and I’m glad I chose Eubanks Family Dental.

I recommend these guys all the time! Both Dr Nguyen and Dr Eubanks are great! The whole team are so kind and welcoming. They also know their stuff and answer my many questions with enthusiasm. So glad I found them!

The whole family and myself are patient at this clinic. We always had a great experience. Everyone we encountered has been extremely professional, friendly, and caring. Dr. Eubanks is very friendly, and make you at ease while quickly and professionally does his work with almost no pain. Like someone else said, reviewing a dentist is not something I would have really thought about, but Dr. Eubanks (or Josh) was just so personable and friendly that its hard to not want to give him five stars. I have to say, that was the most comfortable Ive ever felt at a dentist. Not only was he awesome, but so was the rest of the staff...plus the office was very cushy, although I barely had to wait at all.

I’ve been going to Dr. Eubanks for my dental needs since about 2013, and it was great from the start. To be honest, each visit is Better than the last. His dental game is off the chain, and his interpersonal skills are even better. He takes the time to explain the work that’s being done in a way that’s easy to understand, and even throw’s some humor in there to break the ice. His staff is top notch as well. I moved to Salem (about an hour away from his office) and switching to a dentist that is closer to home hasn’t even crossed my mind. I try to refer people to him when ever possible. He’s that good!

I used to fear going to the Dentist, not any more. Dr. Eubanks and his team are always very friendly courteous and make you feel at ease. Dr. Eubanks takes the time to explain what the procedures will be like and makes me feel at ease. His staff are very professional and caring.I would highly recommend going to Eubanks Family Dental for any of my familys dental needs and hope that you would too.

My family has been going there for over a year now and we are very happy with them. My daughter was afraid to go to a new dentist (insurance sort of mandated this,) but after her first visit, was very happy with the change. From the dentists to the hygienists, to the office manager, they are all wonderful and help make sure our dental needs are taken care of.

It can be hard to trust web reviews but take my word for it when I say its not hard to put 5 stars down for this dentist office. Dr. Eubanks is great and the staff is super nice! Quality work on the old chompers too.

I have had several bad experiences lately when it has come to dentists. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Eubanks was fantastic. He was friendly, considerate, efficient and careful. I would highly recommend him to others. Also, his office staff was nothing short of excellent as well. All very friendly and welcoming.

Really fantastic service. Dr. Josh made my son feel so comfortable on his first visit to the dentist and somehow managed to talk my partner into flossing on a semi-regular basis! That makes him pretty much a miracle worker.

Both Dr. Eubanks and Nguyen are very nice and helpful along with the staff, had some issues with a filling I got, not sure what caused it but Dr. Eubanks helped me get it fixed quickly on his day off too thank you!

I absolutely love the whole team at Eubanks! Showed up there today in tears and left with a beautiful smile. Thankful!!

By far my favorite dentist. So glad hell be our family dentist. I have a fear of needles and he makes sure I cant feel the shots! Hes also hilarious, and knows every song that comes on and sings while he works haha

I have had some rough experiences with dentists in the past that left me pretty dental phobic. Dr. Eubanks, however, has restored my faith that there are some great dentists out there.Dr. Eubanks is incredibly sensitive to your comfort and has a great persona that really helped to make my experience a positive one.I cant recommend this dentist enough!

The best dentist Ive ever had. My entire family sees him, and my two young kids are always EXCITED to go. My 5 year old was even disappointed that I got to go to him today and she wasnt coming!

I am one of those that hates dentists. I recently had to go and went to Dr Eubanks because he was convenient. Wow! I am so impressed with his kind and caring attitude. He worked *with* me to find a plan that will work for me at my speed instead of demanding we do XY & Z right away. He answered all my questions, did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and relaxed...and no pain!I still dont like going to the dentist - but at least I will go to one now.
