Matt was fantastic. He made the whole process easy and not stressful. There were no high-pressure sales tactics from Matt. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He even gave me a little gift that my son adored (a hockey puck). Also, Ben in finance was awesome, made the whole paperwork process seamless. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
The sales reps were very friendly and informative. Most importantly they were not pushy. They gave me space to explore but they also answered questions thoroughly. They made the experience comfortable and relaxed. It is the exact opposite experience that I have had car shopping at other places.
My appointment was at 11:40, I arrived and checked in at 11:35. Was not contacted by the Service Advisor until 12:10 and only after I asked several other people for help. Once with the Service Advisor, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. First time in over 5 years of bringing my car to Kuni that the service was so poor. Perhaps the pandemic has made it difficult to hire and retain good staff?

Had such a great and welcoming experience bringing my car to Kuni. They worked to squeeze me in on a saturday, solved my problem plus found another issue that was covered under my warrantee and got it fixed super fast. it was a different story when I called another local BMW dealer that happens to be much closer to me. they told me it would be 10 days before they could possibly see my warrantied car that would not start at all. So i will definitely be returning to Kuni in the future. Thank you!
Had an extremely bad experience with a specific employee. (I will not name the employee, the dealership is aware). She was rude, tried making us feel like nitwits for asking questions, and at no point cared about our inquiries. She would say, “That’s just how it is and has always been.” Super unprofessional. I get it, this dealership has people dropping thousands on new vehicles, so our purchase doesn’t matter much, but you still have a representation to uphold and a customer to satisfy.
I really liked my sales guy Roberto! He took his time with me and was very knowledgeable. He also wasn’t a pushy sales guy. He was great to work with. Best car buying experience ever.

Kuni is a little further to drive, but definitely worth it. A very professional staff, from the person who greats & makes your appointment to the person who walks you out the door. The facility is large with easy access to their service department. Hugh windows give it a very bright & inviting feeling with a very comfortable waiting area. Kory is a great service advisor. Service advisers never returned my calls. I had to wait for help and move the car myself around to the back of the building. I was not impressed with the care I received.

We loved our experience! We met with David first and he was a dream, and then Mr. Munoz and he couldn’t have been more professional and accommodating. The final person handling the details was quick and efficient. Zero pressure. I will definitely use this dealership again. The only thing I wouid change is the car I purchased could have been a little cleaner, we found wrappers and smudges still inside but overall we love our car and had a great experience.

I am a repeat customer of Kuni. We went in Saturday morning right when you opened. I already had financing and knew what car I wanted. I knew what deal I needed. When we got there you had one salesperson/Davie who was new to car sales. There was another lady there but she did nothing to help. David tried helping both myself and another customer. Both were a mess and he stumbled over most of what he said. His nerves got the best of him. We ended up leaving Saturday because David clearly couldnt handle the deal. I spoke with him later that day and we agreed for me to come back Sunday. We ended up making a deal, not one that I am happy with but I really wanted this car. I honestly feel bad for David. He knew all the no things to say but the lack of training on how to make a deal was not there. He couldnt negoiate, he didnt even ask me about a down payment. He had to call someone for approval on everything. So as far as following rules to a T David is your guy. Customer service skills and making sales.....you all got some work to do. You are a high end car dealership youd think youd know better. I wont nor will I refer anyone to Kuni.

This was my first time looking at BMWs and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in and started working with Joe to the final steps with Scott in finance. The overall experience was so positive that we’re considering becoming a two BMW household.
I was trying to get a hold of my advisor for hours with multiple calls and Messages but no luck and no communication until the car was ready for pickup. I needed another thing to be done but since I never got a call back It never did. I recommend better communication and follow up with the clients to save time and avoid multiple visits to the shop.

I took time off of work to drive and apply for a car I was interested in, the night prior I inquired about it, an hour after I had spoke with someone and made arrangements to come in, they raised the car $1000.00, I still came in the following morning as I said I would, drove the car, and told them I wanted to buy it and had cash for the down payment. I was told by one of the sales men Jay, as long as I applied for the car it would be held for me but he would be able to send me a link to fill out an application online at home but it would not hold the car, I repeated the information back to him to clarify as well, and stayed longer to fill out the application to hold the car. I brought up the price difference and since I had inquired about the car prior to the price change, I would be able to get it at that price, so they said. I was contacted that evening by the financing place, answered their questions, and received a text stating he may have some good news and would let me know first thing in the morning. After no contact, I reached out to Jay and he told me he sold the car, and tried to offer me something else. When I confronted him, he was short and rude, he at first denied saying the application holds the car, and then only said Misunderstanding. He completely dismissed me, and had not a care in the world for wasting my time, gas, and money. Then he sent me a text telling me my loan was approved. I am beyond frustrated that I waisted my whole day, missed time, and money at work just to be treated so poorly. Integrity is a big deal when it comes car dealerships, if you want to be misled, lied to, or disregarded, then this is your dealership. I would encourage folks to go down the street to Kuni Lexus where they treat you as a person, they made getting a car a comfortable, hassle-free experience, I was approved and signing documents within an hour.
Test driving experience was very simple and easy! The staff were all friendly but the salesman had to split his time between customers due to weekend rush to look at cars. The finance staff person was amazing! She was fast but patient as I read contract and helped me understand each document. It took about 3.5 hours from start to finish but I am a slower person and I did not feel rushed. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the whole process.
I have bought many cars over the years I can honestly say my experience at Kuni has been the best. From start to finish Kuni made the experience hassle free and enjoyable. The staff was very professional and did not waste my time.

Up until the day of delivery, the entire experience was handled through e-mail. Communication was great, very responsive. I was looking at cars at other BMW dealerships but Kuni was always on top of the process. I bought my first BMW three years ago at Kuni, and will never buy another car at a different dealership.

COMEDIANS AND MECHANICSRecently rescued a 2004 e46 325Ci convertible to keep as a collector’s item.Kuni is the closest dealership and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but certified BMW technicians to start restoring my car.Scheduling is a breeze through their website and prices are just average: $99.95 for oil change as an example, and free inspection with a video the mechanic sends over email or text.Comedy is not their strength: Mr. Dailey joked about how $520 would “cost more than the vehicle” and when I asked about restrooms he also mentioned that I would find them “right after the new cars, which I should consider looking at”. I wonder if sales of new and electric cars are down and now the Service department is trying to motivate customers. This tactic wouldn’t work though…On the other hand, the video I received from Mr. Hammond was excellent, representative of the quality I expect from BMW.#ruizmedina⭐️

Overall as always reliable service, however i was told that the car in the wash while I was on my way to pick it.The car was not washed or vacuumed as it usually have been done in the past. Kind of a special treat for a taking it to the dealership instead of the local Bmw shop.Allen advisor, was great, very accommodating with the loaner car.

Getting this place to answer simple questions and to provide any iota of customer service is nearly impossible. Ive spent the last 3 days trying to get in contact with the one finance guy (Treven) they have available and no response. Ive talked to a half dozen sales guys who transfer me to nothing. Just to get an answer on whether or not the car I want to purchase is eligible for extended warranty. If I could Id give this place zero stars. This place used to be solid but this last week has been a absolute disaster. Not sure whats happening here but its extremely frustrating.

Traded in a car almost a month ago (tomorrow will be a month), and have yet to receive payment for the difference between the balance of my loan and their value of my trade. No communication from their end, and calls to the finance department go unanswered. In this time, they have lowered the price of my old car at least twice and have the transmission listed incorrectly on their website. All this to say, their customer service is lacking, they overprice their cars, and theyre holding thousands of dollars of my money for no good reason. If youre looking to buy a BMW, go to BMW Portland, BMW of Bend, BMW of Salem, BMW of Eugene, BMW Northwest, BMW of Tri-Cities or BMW of Seattle. Quite literally anywhere but here.
My son just bought a 340i. And we worked with Andra I think that’s the spelling? The only female car sales there. She is outstanding and found the perfect car for my son. We would buy another car from her when the time comes.
