Great experience and staff, far less hassle and BS than other dealerships give you. They still push the warranties but it’s part of what every dealership does so I do not hold that against them. There were no surprises with price or added accessories to the vehicle that weren’t advertised (like every other Honda dealership I dealt with) overall I am giving them 5 stars. My vehicle arrives in a couple of weeks so I will update as soon as I pick it up and everything is 100% done.

My husband and I came in last week to look at one of their SUVs and van’s (which they didn’t have the van model we were looking for, but that’s not the reason for the 1 star; we understand there’s a shortage going on), but the sales person we had to work with (also not the original person we scheduled the appointment with over the phone) was very sarcastic and could care less about our car shopping or experience. He didn’t take us seriously as potential customers and I was appalled that we received the treatment that we got. He did let us test drive the SUV we were looking into, but my husband and I did not appreciate the way he talked to us the whole ride with him. I am not mentioning any names because he might have been having a bad day and we were the unlucky ones to receive that treatment that day, but I expected a lot more from this Honda location given the amazing reviews it gets. This sales guy we had to work with lost us as potential customers and he really shouldn’t have treated us in the way he did.We ended up later going to the Hillsboro Honda location that same day and wow, what a difference of how we got treated! Everyone treated us so kindly there and took us serious as customers at the Hillsboro location. I don’t recommend coming to the Beaverton location (if it can be helped) given the customer service we received, but I’ll definitely recommend the Hillsboro location for existing/future Honda customers.

Our entire experience was refreshingly different from working with other dealers. Our salesperson Kyle was excellent at straightforward communication and trying to help us achieve what we wanted while also saving money. The store gave us a generous price for our trade and their fixed pricing for used vehicles also eliminated so much of the usual stress and games of car buying. We found the vehicle we wanted online, and live 2 hours away, but they held it for us on a busy weekend. Overall, highly recommended.

Best customer service in Beaverton.All the members are nice and kind. Reasonable maintenance price compare to other private repair shops. Even if you change only engine oil, they are going to do the general inspections for free.Also there is no such a discrimination. If you live in US, and if you are foreigner, then you would feel some sort of discrimination feeling like you dont belong in this country. But there is nothing like that in this service center. Im surprised how good people they were.If you have Honda cars, and need a maintenance. Then do not waste time in other places and just visit here.

I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. I was so glad I didn’t have to deal with the dreaded “manager in the back office”, Kyle had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour!I also had an amazing experience with the Honda parts department. I wanted all-terrain tires and a lift put on before I took the car home and Ron, Parts Manager, went out of his way to get the tires and parts here by the next day! Overall my experience during the buying process was good. The vehicle I purchased had an A/C issue and I understood that when I purchased the vehicle however because it was certified I was promised the vehicle’s A/C would be fixed early the following week. That was fine for me however now I’m being told they’re completely booked and cannot fix the A/C until next week. In the future please set proper expectations with customers. Best way to avoid problems in the first place is to prevent them from happening.

Angel has done a great job with helping me get the service I need for my Honda Civic! He works so hard and is a very friendly, kind person to work with.The only reason I docked a star was because of my general experience at this dealership (with nothing to do with Angel). I brought my Honda in the fix the AC a couple months ago, but then it broke again this month. Unfortunately, the part to fix it is backordered until further notice. It’s a pain to drive in the recent heat waves without AC. The service team also left my car in pretty significant disarray (large plastic electrical panels were not re-attached after servicing, leaving the internal mechanisms exposed). My car is not only a PITA to drive this summer, it also looks like someone tore it apart on the inside. Huge bummer.I am really hoping Honda Beaverton can make it right.I love Angel though! He’s amazing!

I’ve been taking my Hondas to this location for service since 2012. Earlier this month, a distracted driver totaled my beloved 2008 Civic and I knew I’d buy a new car at Beaverton Honda. I didn’t even shop around. Ty Adams helped me with the purchase of my new 2021 Civic Hatchback. He was patient and answered all my questions. (I’d never purchased a brand new car before so I had a lot…). I never felt pressured at any stage in the purchase. A few days later, I went to drop off my down payment. My car insurance wasn’t helpful with my rental reimbursement, and I asked John (Ty had the day off) if there was any chance I could rent a car from the service department while I waited for my car to arrive. It was an unusual request, but John and Don set me up with a rental anyway. I’ve had such a crummy month and I wanted to give John a hug when he told me they’d help me out! It was a huge relief. When my car arrived (5 days earlier than anticipated!), Ty showed me all the features and helped me adjust a few settings. Can’t recommend this location enough. They have a wonderful team. I’ve always felt well taken care of at Beaverton Honda.

My wife and I were looking for a particular model and trim (and color.) I feel bad for the guy manning the internet sales phone as I called him probably 3 times in one day asking if he still had the HR-V in stock. We were working with another Honda dealer and they said they couldn’t find the car we were looking for anywhere, yet Beaverton Honda claimed to have had the exact model.Long story short; Kyle the salesperson was able to get me from inquiring about the car on the phone to driving the car home in about 3 hours..and we’re about a 30 minute drive to the dealership! I was impressed at the efficiency of the operation and the price was reasonable (and also hundreds of $’s less than the other dealership was asking for the same make and model.) Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all questions I had about the features and the various costs associated with the transaction.I would highly recommend Beaverton Honda and Kyle if you’re looking for a new car.

Absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. Mellow, the guy who helped us out, was incredibly nice and walked us through all our options. Super great personality and not pushy at all. So my bad experience was changed there was a ghost problem with a wire harness the dealership cant put in for a fix if the problem isnt always present or present when you bring it to them with no code. People at Beaverton Honda advocated for us to Honda to be able to have the repair done without an extreme cost to us they listen to the issues that we had and where able to take care of things even tho when the problem finally presented itself it was after after warranty! They care about people and making things right! Extremely helpful to accommodate families and made things super easy for a wife with three kids just trying to take care of life. Misleading information about trade-in values and poor customer service quality.The KBB estimate trade-in value of my car is around $28.8-29.1k.But the sales person came back and told me theyd give me $27k.I told him I cant do that.If they were to offer me a fair amount on my vehicle I would have walked away with a brand new vehicle today. Instead they just let me walk. Not a very good shopping experience at all despite the fact that I was looking for a purchase of 3rd new vehicle from them within the last year.

In 40 years of car ownership (most of them Hondas) I have never had such a bad experience with the service department at a car dealership. I live out of state and specifically scheduled the service appointment for my daughters car at the dealership so that I could trust the work that was done, even if it was more expensive. They had they vehicle for 3 days running diagnostics. Communication was terrible. There was never any clear explanation as to why they were keeping the vehicle for so long or when it would be ready. My daughter would call and get put on indefinite hold. I would call and talk to the appointment schedulers who were nice but really didnt know anything. We were expecting them to have the car for one day and were very fortunate to have other means of transportation when they had it for 3. When my daughter picked it up they had done an oil change (as requested) and that was it. She was told they were trying to replicate the weird sounds and couldnt but there is no reason they would have needed the vehicle for long to do that. Very needlessly stressful experience.

I ended up working with two different sales people because of limitations with my own availability, and they both provided an easy, supportive experience. I had already used this dealership for years for maintenance on my previous car so I knew I preferred to buy through them this time.

Adam was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, was able to explain details in a logical, translatable was and was patient. I was not planning on purchasing a car today, but it was such a pleasant experience- I was sold.

Had a very fun day getting a car. Was completely honest and they tested me with respect for being a first time car buyer. They respected my decision to not go with a lease, they knew I was from bend so most of the extra add-ons were taken away. Eric helped me through the whole thing and I would totally recommend him to any one looking for a car.

Anytime Ive test driven a car, they mostly talk about whether I am financing the car rather than giving me information about the car. I am not sitting down with you at your office, why are we even discussing that? They also make the test drive really short so you cant really get a feel for the car. Not once was I let into a short freeway drive to see how the car functions. If you already know what you want and just want to buy the car, then it might be a good experience but forget about test driving. One of the guys named Miguel was silent the whole time I was driving and kept talking about how many cars they sell everyday at the end of the ride. Its like they have zero incentive to care for customer satisfaction. What makes this place so special? absolutely nothing compared to other dealerships.

Overall a good experience. But dont expect the sales people to listen! I told them a few times I just wanted the car and no extended warranty or any extra goodies... looking back over the paperwork later, it turns out they snuck in over $750 worth of extra coverages, like windshield sealants, and other extraneous items. Be very careful if you go in, but they are friendly

The customer experience at Beaverton Honda was absolutely amazing. They really knocked it out of the park.From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with patient, kind, engaged and courteous service.Even though we were there to buy a used vehicle (and a Toyota! Great experience working with Kyle. He was the least ‘salesy’ person we’ve worked with while purchasing a vehicle and that was so refreshing. He didn’t overstep and let us make the decision on our own on the best vehicle for us. Would definitely work with him again in the future!

This was my fiancé’s first car buying experience, and it was not only disappointing, but unprofessional. She walked in knowing her exact price range, and explained her expectations. We were in turn met with pressure to buy out of price range, pressured multiple times to lease because of the price of the vehicle was above the spending limit due to unwanted packages that we specifically turned down multiple times (a total of 6 times). We were firm on our requests and when Nick (salesman) couldn’t get us to agree to leasing, extended warranties and superfluous clear coat and sealant packages, he then sent a manager over to attempt to persuade us to again to lease the vehicle. When we refused for the 6th and final time Nick returned with our paperwork and finally removed the extra packages and had the contract set up for a finance. His frustration showed and made for an uncomfortable experience.In total we were there for a total of 3 hours. We had to have new paperwork printed because during the ordeal of them trying to sell us on the extras he did not listen to us telling him that our home address and cell phone numbers on the paperwork were incorrect.While we understand dealerships and employees have an incentive to push extended warranties and different packages for purchasing a vehicle, it was very disappointing to have our time wasted, when we stated clearly multiple times what we wanted to purchase. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a hassle free buying experience.
