I dont have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I cant imagine the process being any smoother. The Rose Gold Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Shahin (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Rose Gold Kitchen Bath remodel is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

I cannot say enough good things about Rose Gold Design and Build and the work they did on our house. They helped us design the entire Kitchen, with an new concept and new style, as well as replacing our ugly blue carpet throughout whole house.They worked quickly and efficiently and everyone was very professional and pleasant to be around. They were always aware of our budget and communicated everything clearly about where we could save and where we needed to spend. They re-did the gas line for us, updated the electrical and plumbing, and even recommended designing and adding some built ins that we had not thought of originally. I would recommend Rose Gold in a heart beat and will definitely be using them in the future when we are ready for the next steps in our renovation. So happy to have a go-to team we can rely on!

We decided to remodel our kitchen through Rose Gold Kitchen and Bath. We made an appointment with Mindy and she helped us transform our original 1970s kitchen into a beautiful modern, rustic retreat. She was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, patient with my initially indecisive mind, and helpful in making choices. The showroom was very clean and well laid out with a good variety of options when we arrived. She was able to help design a kitchen that fit our budget and floor plan. When our cabinets arrived, a few of the cabinets had issues, but those issues were resolved quickly. We were very happy with the time frame between our initial meeting with Shahin and Mindy and the wrap up to the remodel and quite pleased at how helpful, friendly, and professional his staff was during the process. I highly recommend Rose Gold Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking at remodeling.

We contracted Rose Gold to remodel our Kitchen and 3 bathrooms and laundry. The planning meetings were well organized, details reviewed and double checked prior to the start of the project. They are great to work with.Michael our project manager did a fabulous job coordinating the subs, communicating with us on a regular basis, providing us with photos of the progress, and was at our job site daily. We had so much confidence in him and Mindy that we provided him access to our home, as we were not in town during the project.Working with Mindy was wonderful! We shopped together at her suppliers and she was diligent about keeping to our budget, she has an eye for color, texture, and product coordination and was not willing to settlebut rather continue to make sure we had the right pieces! The end result is just what I wanted and each bathroom has a WOW look.I highly recommend Rose Gold and would use them again.

Rose Gold and his crew are the best. Absolutely THE BEST. Honest and capable, reliable, responsible and careful, plus reasonable in cost. I have used him/them for dozens of projects from complete homes to barn buildings to small jobs like garage door openers and water supplies to refrigerators.He is completely trust-worthy and I never need worry about always being there or if something might go wrong. He is also very competent and knows so many things about his business. Rose Gold Kitchen Bath is highly recommended to everyone.

We purchased a kitchen remodel from Rose Gold in September 2020. They have not performed services or delivered cabinets on time and have completely stopped communicating with us for several weeks now. It appears they are stealing 20k from us.They have surrendered their contractors license and it appears the business is now dissolved. Attached is a screenshot of their CCB status and fines owed.These people are deceitful and rude. When we ordered our remodel we were under the impression they were licensed and bonded, so along with their storefront we thought we could trust this business to perform the work. Please do not trust these people or you might find yourself in the same terrible position.

TLDR: Lost their license, lied about taking classes to get it back, terrible communication, failed to finish.This company started with so much promise on my renovation and i was excited to work with them, but it was a mess from the moment it started. I have 2 pages of notes that I finally gave to the CCB earlier this year when I filed a complaint, because while they had a license when I signed my contract last June, but they didnt when they did the work (that they didnt finish) and they lied about doing the stuff they needed to in order to get their license back. I waited months for them to finish and they didnt respond to text or email, so I filed a complaint.My project was supposed to be August and September, about 6 weeks - it started in September and they were mostly done by Thanksgiving, but never actually finished because of issues with the cabinet doors they failed to deal with/never responded.They threatened to stop work if you didnt pay for things that werent a part of the signed agreement and payment plan. Straight up accepted and ackowledged in writing they were bullying and coercing payment. They had disputes with multple vendors and sub contractors while on the job; they changed constantly and communication was terrible. I paid them to manage my job and yet it felt like I had to manage my own. Thank god I didnt go away during it, because they didnt properly measure for cabinets and I would have come home to a disaster of cabinets sticking out past the edge of the wall into a doorway (which I had to fight them on, and find my own person to fix things because they couldnt get people in - same with plumbing!).Further more, the floors are a disaster - Ill have to replace the section they tore out and already reinstalled because they didnt LEVEL the floor, initially. They did such a terrible job with the replacement after leveling that its separating in the dining room in multiple places!I have a list of issues with this build, but hopefully that is enough warning for people.

They did a bathroom remodel in my home. After weeks of poor communication and failing to show up they finally showed up hours later than we were told they would. They did not do what we had asked as well as damage our bathroom in multiple spots as well as cut a chunk out of our original ship lap wall that was not necessary. They also knocked a hole in our brand new tub and attempted to hide it. Along with the poor workmanship they did not wear masks and we’re incredibly rude to my wife. Please do not waste your time or money. Not worth the headache.

Cool people, known them for sometime, very hospitable. They are a good team who’ve been in the industry for many years and have a couple of highly experienced and certified people heading their team. They now have a store open on scholls ferry and nimbus, they’ve done many jobs, and know the trade.

Rose Gold Design and Build is on a level of their own! I have heard horror stories from people who have used other contractors. That is why when my wife and I were looking to do work at our home we were very nervous. Let me tell you that with Rose Gold there is nothing to be nervous about!1. Honesty: Rose Gold is owned and run by an amazing sweet and honest couple, Mindy and Shahin. They delivered on all their promises. The quote was the quote. No changes. No BS.2. Respectful: The crew was amazing. Always wiped their feet. Always said please and thank you. Respected my wife, my kids, and our things. Really nice guys! I miss them now that they are done. Thats how good they were!!3. Talented: Mindy OBrien is an amazing designer. Her ideas were wonderful. Always thinking a few steps ahead. She came up with things we never thought were possible!4. Clean: after every long work day they would spend extra time cleaning up the site. Even knowing it would become a work zone the next day anyway. They left it clean and safe every night!5. The result: Amazing!! I cant believe how it came out. I look around and feel like I am in a dream!!I give Rose Gold my highest recommendation without reservation because they deserve it!! When we do work again in the future we know who we will use: ROSE GOLD DESIGN AND BUILD

I cannot recommend Shahin and Mindy of Rose Gold Kitchen and Bath Remodel due to grievous failings in communication, follow through, integrity and project management. Our home renovation was supposed to be a seven week job per their estimation and calendar and it absolutely could have been done in seven weeks. It has been EIGHT MONTHS and our home is STILL not finished. They 100% abandoned our home renovation. They have had every opportunity to do the right thing and make this right and are choosing not to. For the last two months, we have received no responses to our texts, emails or phone messages. We gave grace upon grace when the project was repeatedly delayed, when their cabinet measurements were wrong several times, and when subs were doing incomplete or poor quality jobs that needed to be redone, etc. But the line was crossed when we felt threatened and when they completely abandoned our home renovation.There was seriously flawed project management if any at all. We constantly had to ask what the plan was. Their communication with each other and with us was terrible. They have no employees so the subs they brought in were an absolute crapshoot. SO many things had to be redone in part because of subs they hadn’t worked with before and in part because they were not on the job enough to manage the project and supervise the lack of or quality of work. There would be weeks where not a single thing was done in our home. I ran into them in December and to my face was told they would follow up with me and I have heard nothing from them.We absolutely regret using Rose Gold for our home renovation. It has been an overwhelming source of stress, anxiety and frustration for us. We paid a lot of money and are left with an unfinished home.

We had such an amazing experience working with Rose Gold and his crew while they remodeled my kitchen! From the beginning they were nothing but honest and helpful.They came up with a plan to help make our kitchen more functional, but when we realized that the cost of our vision was out of reach, financially, he helped us come up with a plan B that fit into our budget. Believe me, it wasnt an easy solution to come up with because our space was very limited, but they made it all work and we couldnt be happier! I cant say enough good things about Shahin and his hard work ethic, he did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. He cleaned up after each process, and he even put in extra hours on weekends make our kitchen functional. If you have a remodeling project that you are considering, Shahin with Rose Gold Kitchen and Bath is definitely the contractor you should choose. He is the BEST contractor EVER!!! Thank you Shahin, Mindy (his AMAZING wife), and others for giving my family the kitchen of our dreams!!!

What a great experience! Rose Gold exceeded my expectation:) We did a complete kitchen remodel and Mindy was amazing at designing and putting to optimal use the space we had! We are very pleased with the cabinets and countertops. Everything went smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Rose Gold! Usually dont write many reviews but I had to make an exception for Rose Goild Kitchen and Bath, espacilay working with Shahin and Mindy. Just finished having my kitchen remodeled by them. They truly are amazing from the begining to end. From design to finished product was simply awesome. It was the experience everyone hopes for when having a construction crew in your home. Shahins crew was way ahead of schedule on completion and we were thrilled. My wife and I shopped around for almost 2 months before deciding on Rose Gold kitchen in Beaverton area. The Prices and craftsmanship cant be beat. I am a person who has numerous questions every step of the way. The owner Shahin was always there when ever I had a question. He had offered up suggestions that I would have never even thought of. If you are ever in the need of remodel I would without a doubt hands down choose Rose Gold Kitchens for my remodeling needs. No change of heart as of 5/11/19 Rose Gold still sucks IMO. Any positive review or retraction of negative reviews under my name are FAKE.Stay away from these people. We fired them. To write a review you have to give at least one star. I wouldnt even do that.First off Mindy and Shahin had there crew demo our 70s ranch without pretesting for asbestos. They only tested after they couldnt dispose of the debris. We had layers of flooring which tested 40% positive. They shattered a load bearing 2x4 removing cabinets in kitchen and swore they repaired it before sheet rock. Made new contractor open wall and verified ZERO repairs made. Even more screw ups after demo. Gas lines not installed to code and NW natural said our meter and regulator needed replacing. Gas guy chiseled through 3 load bearing 2x4s over 3/4s of the way through and damage was never repaired. Tore the sheetrock to pieces as well for no reason. Electrician installed can lights wrong. Placement put them directly over cabinets. Ceiling fans in bathrooms were found venting into attic space. Drywall work was a disaster. Sheetrock wasnt torn out by new contractor but all the joints are being redone as well as the wall and ceiling textures. We needed new underlayment installed before flooring which WE had to convince them we needed. With out it we would have had tripping hazards at both exterior doors of almost 2 in. They couldnt even install that to code. Used nails and some of the spacing between nails is almost 4ft. New contractor is ripping it out completely to replace properly. They lied constantly about what they could deliver in the quality of work . Were hardly at our house and never for a full day. And the Cherry on top. Our new contractor discovered not one permit was pulled. Buyer beware.Oh and the revised reviewon here is pure B.S. I have never had a change of heart about these people and the horrible work they did. Someone has obviously stolen a picture of us and written a bogus review.

If you want the best, you should work with Mindy OBrien at Rose Gold Design and Build. We met her last year in home and garden show and She did our Kitchen renovation and we were delighted with the work. We needed her design work because our kitchen layout included counters and cabinets inside a half-circle. She handled it all very professionally and within our budget. We highly recommended Rose Gold, They are Fantastic.

Mindy & Shahin were available whenever I had any questions or concerns, and guided me through every step of the way. We moved into our house 4 years ago and knew wed need to renovate our kitchen. It had last been renovated 30 or so years ago and even at that point, the cabinets were simply refaced using new fronts but with the original cabinets from 1960 behind. We interviewed several companies (at least 5-6) and actually almost went with another one, but once we met with the designer from Rose Gold (Mindy OBrien) we knew this was the right company to go with.We immediately liked the designer that we worked with. She seemed to get what we wanted and our style right away and she had some great ideas for how to organize a challenging space (we have a very long and narrow kitchen). She made some great choices with reclaimed wood shelves and hardwood floors and made it so that this fit within our budget. Both my husband and I work long hours, and she was very accommodating of our difficult schedules and was good at keeping us on task and making timely decisions.Once we got to the actual construction phase, our project manager was very available and helpful with any concerns we had, or coordinating contractors. The construction got done much more quickly than we anticipated, as we had heard several horror stories from friends and family that these types of projects can drag on endlessly - that didnt happen to us at all, so I guess we chose the right company!Everyone across the board was a joy to work with and really we cant speak highly enough of them. Wed use Rose Gold Design and Build again in a heartbeat, and likely will because we have plenty of other rooms to renovate.

I’ve been waiting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until Rose Gold finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and Im happy to say that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathrooms remodel. I used them last year on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but Rose Gold was with me every step of the way. Mindy designed 2 beautiful vanities and linen closets which were custom made in cabinet custom shop. I learned that remodeling your bathroom is very different from other areas of the house. There are a lot of little things to think about and so many different people working in your house, tiles, plumbing electrical. Rose Gold did such a good job managing all those people and it felt pretty seamless. I requested that Mindy be my forewoman again same as last time and was thrilled that she could accommodate. Not only is she hilarious but she really tells it like it is (in a good way) and took me out of some really dumb decisions. Im glad I waited until I could afford what I really wanted, thanks Rose Gold for such a terrific job and ending on such a high note

Rose Gold Design and build Team re-invented our 1950s kitchen and finished part of our basement to create an entirely new living space and bathroom/ laundry room. We were impressed with Rose Gold team from the start. After spending just couple hours in our space she was able to offer ideas and options we couldnt have imagined on our own. The design process was exciting and collaborative. Our designer, Mindy OBrien, took care to understand our aesthetics first and then build on them, shaping the result to fit the style of our home. We appreciated the detailed project timeline and that they did their best to stay on track and always keep us updated. They provided us a temporary kitchen and kept the work place clean and organized. We felt our lead carpenter, Michael, was incredibly conscientious and communicated with us well. Most importantly that he really cared about the work and making sure we were always getting exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend the Rose Gold Design and Build team and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Dealing with a remodel, and contractors in general, is a pain. Having said that, Mindy was amazing! Id welcome Mindy back to do work on my home anytime. Mindy is conscientious, detailed, and demonstrated fine designer in remodeling our kitchen and bath. The best thing about working with Mindy, is that she is a women of character and integrity. Not only was she available, made great recommendations, and executed within our timeline, but she went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied and the work was completed to my expectations. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

I am writing this review because I think that Rose Gold Design and Build deserves it more than any other contractor that I’ve ever worked with. In all honesty, the moment I spoke to their Designer, I felt very comfortable but had so much difficulty pulling the trigger because of all the contractor horror stories out there. Mindy (owner) is the real deal. She runs a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. She’s the most honest and thoughtful contractor you’ll ever meet. She will ensure that you are fully happy with the process and the end result. The entire team was awesome and made this experience such a breeze. They explained every detail of the process so that there weren’t any surprises along the way. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. I was pleasantly surprised with the timeline and they really went above and beyond my expectations. Mindy made sure that his team took the extra measure to clean up and keep debris to a minimum so that it wouldn’t impact my asthma. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone worked hard and made my dreams come true. Each of the these wonderful people took the time to explain everything they were doing during the course of the project and were always professional, patient and courteous. Some may think the cost is higher but you get what you pay for. I am thoroughly happy and satisfied with how my Kitchen renovation project turned out. I look forward to having them work on my second bathroom (a master bath). I will forever be a devoted customer. And, as much as I didn’t want to write this review for fearing that their clientele would grow to a point where I couldn’t hire them again, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor. Mindy is a contractor but more importantly she is very Professional.We used them to remodel our house. They were organized, courteous, punctual, up front about costs, honorable, detail oriented, concerned about my satisfaction. A lot of GCs just want to get the job done and then move on - these guys wanted to get it done right. Mindy pushes his crews and keeps a tight schedule. The best of their subs were top notch and concerned about every detail. The worst of the subs were held to a standard higher than what they were used to - as it should be.Would I use them again? Yes. In fact we are already discussing another project.

Mindy OBrien Farokh designed the most beautiful kitchen for me. I now have roll-out shelves, soft-close drawers and doors, a tall bookshelf, an island and gorgeous granite countertops. She was wonderful to work with and she stayed within my tight budget. Once I figure out how to upload pictures, Ill show off my favorite room - my kitchen. Thank you, Mindy!

I would not hire. From the start Mindy had a great impression. I wanted to go with a local company as opposed to one of the bigger guys. From the moment we sent them a check for a kitchen countertop and sink remodel everything changed. We chose then because they gave us a 10-12 day turn around as opposed to other companies who told us much longer. Mindy and Shahin looked us s straight in the eye and said we wouldn’t be without a kitchen for more than 2 days. We had to plead with them to hook up the sink while we waited for the fabricators. That should’ve been a no brainer to do since they did tell us it would be no more than 2 days. Multiple scheduling conflicts resulted in a month long remodel (which was simply a countertop and sink redo which they did not have to do any design) Every time it was someone else’s fault that resulted in the schedule changes. Mindy and Shahin should not be in business together. They consistently contradicted each other and we got different answers from each of them. When I asked Shahin why the changes, he had the nerve to tell me “it’s construction” then continued to blame the fabricator AGAIN. At no point did this company take responsibility for themselves. We had to track down and call them for every update. They really couldn’t have cared less about our time. A 9-10 window meant 12-1 and we had to find that out every time. Felt like I was dealing with the old cable companies. This has been a rough company and process to deal with. I’d understand if I was the one adding work to the job or changing things, but that wasn’t the case. Not once did anything change to the original quote. Another thing to note is that they don’t have credit terms with the major fabricators which in my opinion most likely means they don’t do this work enough, or don’t pay their bills. If you have endless amounts of time, don’t need your sink to work then perhaps these are your guys. After the job was complete, they never even followed up with us to see if everything was good to go.Horrible communication. The only credit I would give is to the fabricator who actually did the work

Rose Gold Design and Build is the only company I use for cabinets & remodeling! They are very professional, and have awesome customer service. Their end quality is amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Towards the end of last year I posted a poor review for Rose Gold which I have apologized for. As we mediated what happened I realized they did all they could in the matter. They were a contractor for Lowes and really were set up to fail with all the garbage they had to go thru with them and really it is Lowes that was at fault for our job not going the way we wanted it to time wise and many other details which was not the fault of RG. Rose Gold works with great and knowledgeable subs and really has a great crew of people on staff. If we could do it all over from start to finish, I would leave Lowes out of the equation and would have loved to hire RG directly. Hopefully on a future project we can do this! I would recommend Mindy and her team. She is great to work with and we really enjoyed her.

We hired Rose Gold for a complete gut/remodel of the kitchen, replacing all of the baseboard trim throughout the first floor of the house, and painting the entire first floor of the house, including all of the crown molding and window trim. We had received many bids for the project, but Rose Gold was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Mindy, and in the end are very happy that we chose Rose Gold. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project. Mindy said “no problem, we will remove the soffits and deal with whatever we find at no additional cost.” Shahin was our project coordinator and Michael was the foreman on the job. Both of them were very easy to work with, and very responsive to our inquiries. Michael and the crew did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. When we discovered that there was actually some wasted space in one wall, Michael reframed it to minimize the wall and we were able to expand the cabinet and counter top by almost a foot. We liked the fact that the cabinets were included in the Rose Gold price, and the quality of the cabinets was by far superior to what other companies were offering for a similar price. We also installed cabinets for which Michael built custom made upper shelves in the recessed area on both sides of the fireplace in the family room which opens up to the kitchen. These custom made “built-ins” tie the two rooms together by using the same cabinetry and they look great. After they started on the painting, we realized that we should have included painting the stairwell and upstairs hallway, as well as replacing the old interior doors and baseboard trim in the upstairs hallway. We talked to Mindy about adding this extra work to our project. She gave us a reasonable price, and we had them do the extra work. Although the project ended up taking a few weeks longer than expected, it was worth the wait. There were some minor things that needed touching up or adjusting, but Rose Gold took care of them. They paid attention to the little details, and we believe they truly cared about giving us a finished project that we would love. We definitely recommend Rose Gold (Mindy Obrien) and we look forward to working with them to update our bathrooms in the future.
