Brian and his team kept checking with me to make sure I had the coverage I needed. With my busy life it took me a while to get back to them but I was able to easily update my coverage for our renters with little to no effort. Thank you!

1) I called in and asked for the reason why my next auto policy premium got raised by $200. He couldnt figure out why and said he would give me answer the next day. After more than one week, no reply from him.2) I called in again for the reason. They said they were the one who wrote my policy and nothing they cant help. They then just handed me over to another agent office. Me was handed back and forth All State agents.It made me very frustrated when I need someone to help me. .

Brian always steers me in the right direction regarding insurance whether auto, home or life. I know that he has my best interests at heart.

I have been with Allstate 3 years and when I called to cancel (due to someone else paying for my coverage) Brian was very nice and helpful. He made sure I was prepared to avoid having a lapse of coverage charge for when I need it in the future. Some people dont bother but he understands insurance.
