Juan took good care of us and our 16 year old car has never looked this good. This was a birthday gift for my husband and he was so pleased with how it turned out. His car was full of old gunk and dog fur and they got it all out! Highly recommend!

The 2002 VW Beetle that I love was starting to show its age. I knew that auto reconditioning shops existed, but had assumed that the cost would be out of reach for my humble car. Not true! Martin is a true craftsman, and did a fantastic job for a fair price. Im a very happy customer!

Can’t say enough good about this place. They go above and beyond what I expected. Took my truck in to have some scratches dealt with, came out looking brand new and cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership! Very impressed and will be bringing out other vehicles here.

They did a great job cleaning out the car I had just bought. The previous owners smoked, and they removed the smell no problem. There were stains and gross stuff on the seats and they removed all of it easily. My used car seems almost new.

Had some SERIOUS scratches from driving through a narrow trail. They were able to remove every single one. And on top of that detailed the inside of my car when all we talked about was the outside. Great service.

UBad is amazing, great service and a great value. Its really nice they have a large air conditioned waiting room (with outlets). I was recommended by a friend years ago and Im still going back. Make sure to call in for an appointment though because they are usually booked out by noon in my experience. I often see late model BMWs, Range Rovers, and etc...The wax job is worth the extra money. A+ I recommend and will be going back if they can fit me in 😜

Wash, buff and wax. The majority of my car was well done. They missed the front bumper but the employee denied it and said it was paint chips, even as we both sat there and scraped the bugs off with our nails. After a bizarre amount of arguing another employee finally came over with polish and a wheel and cleaned it up in about 5 min. Looked much better!I would normally call it good and move on, but both employees shouted insults at me as I drove off. Crossed a line.

I took my car in for an exterior detailing and it turned out great! They also did an unexpected once over of the inside as well. Ill be taking the car back as needed.

Juan is always able to get the job done and on time. I am constantly amazed by how efficient this operation is. Keep it up!

They did a very nice detailing job on my Honda Civic when I wanted to sell it - very thorough cleaning at a reasonable price. Happy with their service - would return when selling a car.

Total RIP OFF! Dont be fooled by this guys overly talkative convincing con. I asked if they could remove the light swirl buffing scratches and other similar light scratches caused by using a car wash brush. I was told it would take 6 hours and they would use various light compounds then complete it with P21S Wax. Continued...theres more! Click the 3 dots!Get this! I arrived an hour and a half early and the car was done. How long did they actually work on it? I dont know, but it wasnt 6 hours. Continued! Theres more!!!Now for the big disappointment!Once I washed the car a few days later, it seemed as if most of the wax came off and exposed the same light scratches I was told would be gone. Talk about feeling disgusted and ripped off. After calling to complain, I was told, why didnt you say something when you were here.I highly recommend going someplace else or take the chance of being taken for your money.

They do great work at reasonable prices

Brought my girlfriends car in with extensive mold damage in the interior. The folks at UBAD removed the smell, removed the stains, and restored it like new all for a very reasonable price. Full marks with my thanks.
