Months ago I scheduled a massage for earlier this month (they were so booked out) the day before they had to cancel it and reschedule, not a problem and they happen to be able to the same weekend. Then the morning of that massage I get a call that its needing to be cancelled for whatever reason, being pretty upset I didnt bother rescheduling. Then a few days later I decided to call back and try for a third time, scheduled one for 3 weeks out, just now received a call they have to cancel that one as well. All of these were scheduled with 3 different therapists which makes it even more frustrating. Not any real explanation or even trying to make it work some other way.

I transferred my ME membership to this location in May after the Murray Scholls location abruptly closed. Given how poorly that location was managed, I didn’t have high expectations. Yet, this place is just a poorly managed. Apparently the massage therapist I see changed his schedule 3 weeks ago and is no longer seeing clients on Sundays. Yet, I was never informed and fully expected to have an appointment today, which I’d scheduled 2 months ago. In addition my appointment today being canceled without notifying me, when I spoke to the receptionist, I wasn’t offered an alternative appointment time nor did they offer to reschedule the 5 months of appointments I had scheduled into the fall. “Yeah, we’re sorry about that.” is all that I was offered.
They never answer or return phone calls. The front desk is unaccommodating and unhelpful. Not worth it. Find somewhere else.
Tanasborne closed and did not inform customers who have paid subscriptions.But, now Im using Cedar Hills and they are great - esp Lindsay!!
They changed their hours of operation, but do not bother to update Google nor signage on their own doors. Seems they never call back. You can leave messages all you want.
I really like my therapist here, but the management is a real disappointment. Instead of calling me to get an updated credit card number, they referred me directly to a Debt Collection service - to collect membership dues for services they werent even offering due to COVID lockdown at the time! I was able to get them my updated credit card info and bring the count up to date right away, but eight months later I am still being harassed by the debt collectors and Massage Envy management refuses to help.
All of the therapists have quit. The management is failing.I was tresspassed by the police for replying to a front desk employee when she asked if I had heard about the legal alligations. (The general manager walked in between her asking me and me replying after meeting the manager.) Apparently they dont allow it to even be spoken of by a customer. Guilty conscience.I already put a full description into the online portal and received a canned response. I am going to talk to my friends at #0001, they have a good relationship with corporate and know my character. I lived in Scottsdale for a bit recently.

Been a member here for years. Love the variety of therapists, and you cant beat the rate. HUGE shout out to Leah. Shes been such a helpful front desk genius. She made sorting out some complications super easy. Very patient, efficient on the computer and all with a great smile.
Christa! What an excellent job at customer interface! Truly professional, kind and courteous, and fast! My big hang up with MEnvy is making appointments...........they are typically very frustrating, and take forever in person, on the phone, and the app never works properly either. Christa, rescued me without any issues, and was so helpful. She offered to schedule me out a bit so I could draw down on the 14 credits I have hanging. Thank you!

Therapeutic Massage for pain after a car crash for 40s female. Ive been going to them for several years, and while I really appreciate it, I can understand why it might not be for everyone. I do think it works best if you dont plan on this being a one time deal. My reason is I dont think you will find your compatible therapist in one visit. It took me 3-4 visits before I found the one that fits me best. We have a relationship, she has gotten to know my problem areas, and knows how hard or soft to be with me. I think its a miracle when you get someone your first time and its perfect. I have fond memories of a place in London for providing a miracle while I was on vacation!The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. The facility may feel slightly more clinical than spa like, but I dont think that is a bad thing. I appreciate the clean, fresh, and professional atmosphere. I trust this vibe over someone trying to reproduce a spiritual or romantic vibe and it turns out creepy. There is no creepy vibe here.Because I do prefer a particular therapist, I understand I have to book weeks ahead to make sure I get her for the time slots I prefer. Plan ahead, it works!If I could change one thing, it would be to relocate the military recruiting office thats next door.

My first appointment here was great, so great that I decided to sign up for a monthly subscription. Joy was my massage therapist and I would give just her 5 stars. They encourage you to schedule out for a year so you have better odds of getting the person you want. My first appointment was a gift but they charged me for it anyway. I chose not to make an issue out of it. My second appointment was great. I would love to tell you about my third and fourth appointment but I didn’t have them. I did not get a reminder call for either appointment even though it had been 4 months since I made the appointments. After the second no call, I asked why this keeps happening and the “customer service” agent April informed me that she called me the day before. I had ZERO missed calls and ZERO voicemail messages from this place. This is what they said the month before, basically calling me a liar or someone who likes to throw money out the window for appointments they won’t show up to. I asked April if she in fact was calling me a liar and she put me on hold. She comes back to inform me the manager is busy and I tell her that I would just like to cancel my membership. Upon hearing this, she hangs up on me. I called back to repeat my request to cancel my membership and still have not heard from any “management” person. Save your money and don’t subscribe to this joke of a business.
Holy Cow! Ive visited many branches of Massage Envy in the past few years and the Cedar Hills Massage Envy is my favorite by FAR. The therapists are professional and amazing. The office staff is so nice and accommodating. I couldnt be happier. They are always looking out for the customer and it shows in everything they do. I love this Massage Envy. I also wanted to mention that I was a member here during my last pregnancy and they were everything I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
This place engages in illegal business practices and Im getting ready to sue them. They wont let you cancel less you fill out paperwork which limits your ability could massage to 60 days after you cancel. The problem is if you live in an area where there is no massage envy your totally out of luck. Then when you contact your bank and have them stop paying on your credit cardmassage envy sends you to a collection agency, But only since notifications to an old address I dont know about it for months after the fact. Massage envy has been the subject of many class action lawsuit, and given the experience Ive had with this place it comes as no surprise.
Basic, dependable massages at affordable prices, with a monthly membership. Each therapist is different so try several and then settle in with the ones that suit you best. The firm also offers facials and other services.
I sent the Massage Envy an email a full 24 hours before I requested an appointment. I had gotten the confirmation email stating they got my appointment request and someone will reach me soon. By 8:00 I had yet to hear from them, so I made my appointment with Hand and Stone, they where able to get me in the next afternoon without hesitation. That was a week ago, and I have still yet to hear from Massage Envy. Im now a happy member with H&S and I plan to tell all friends and family to go to H&S.
Great selection of masseurs. But front desk is too pushy trying to sell addons products to meet their sales quota & not providing proper info to customers on account balances.Repeat - Do not buy the prepaid service for 6 months at $60.The front desk(used car sales) will try to confuse you as to how many massages you have left. Just pay as you go. Very unsatisfied with the front desk service.
My wife and I came here for Valentines day a couple years ago. Although the price was very good, my wifes masseuse ended up treating the session as more of a sports medicine tutorial. He subjected her to various stretches and muscle manipulations when she just wanted to relax and enjoy a massage. My massage was okay, but was nothing memorable. The front desk woman was very persistent about ensuring we include a gratuity.
This place is nice I got a Facial for the first time it was nice but this Very nice lady talked the whole time she Tried to sell me on her products and thin also told me how Badd my skin was The whole time I dont have terrible skin but not great but I wanna day very nice relaxing no talking experience

I booked myself a 90 minute massage and had been looking forward to it all day. Unfortunately, it ended up being the worst massage Ive ever had. He spent 45 minutes on ONE SPOT. I was face down for over an hour. He never even touched my lower half. I was visibly anxious and in pain. He even acknowledged my discomfort, but continued on saying he was almost there. He also made moaning sounds the entire time and chatted on about his interests outside of massage. The next day the spot he worked on for 45 minutes was sooooooooooo sore. I could barely move it.
4th time Ive tried to schedule a massage, and no one is available for well over a week. Maybe its time to develop a staffing plan so you can utilize your online booking system more effectively.
Wasnt very impressed with my massage.
The very first massage I got at this place was really nice so I signed up to get monthly massages. Thats when everything went downhill. They lock you in and do everything they can to up sell you and get more money from you and they have terrible customer service. They are also not very understanding when it comes certain circumstances, like moving across town.. oh no they wont transfer your subscription. Everything about this place is terrible.
Excellent work, very good communication. A fantastic experience with a very strong massage therapist who got the the core of my injury and worked the issue with skill and great care.
Management here is the pits. They do not inform their staff of polices and procedures until its to late and that usually turns out to be at our expense. I have to say Sarah is an amazing therapist. I will miss her. Hopefully they realize that the people in charge are a bunch of disorganized idiots.
After two days of driving with the kids, I booked my wife and her best friend for sorely needed 90-minute massages at this Message Envy location. I made sure that they received female masseuses, which both preferred. However, both massages ended after only 50 minutes. True, they were only billed $39 each for the introductory one-hour rate, but the bigger issue was that the masseuse never even touched my wifes lower back, which was what she really needed. The massage she did get on her upper back and arms was so light as to be virtually ineffective. Rather than ask for the other 30 minutes, both decided to just leave and get pedicures. A big disappointment for everyone involved.

This is the worst place ever! Customer service sucks! Management refuses to return a phone call regarding reoccurring problems with cancelations. They cancel appointments made months in advance and are unable to accommodate rebooking as there are no available therapists--then once they cancel they charge your card for the full price of the massage! As far as I can tell Massage Envy in Cedar Hills is a Scam! Do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere.

What did I like about it?? Nothing. Especially the NO AVAILABILITY, ever. Go ahead, call them. See if they have any openings. I dare you.This is an update of previous review. Unfortunately, things arent better. I lost my debit card and told them that it will be appt two weeks to get a new one. And guess what they did? They suspended my 8 year old membership all the while I have a ton of prep aids and no availability or opportunity to use them.I believe that they are due for a lawsuit. Many times I tried to end my membership, but then my 11-15 prepaid massages would go to waste, and this place just gets my money. I am going to look for an attorney to ask for advice.

Attempted several times to make an appointment by calling phone number listed here and no one answered. Generic voicemail with robot so I hope I called the right place?!?! Frustrating when you want to spend money and a business wont take it. Too bad, my back is killing me today ;)
They have over sold the subscriptions and it is impossible to ever get an appointment. Very frustrating to be told day after day sorry we are booked out until next week

The people are great, but I bought a year membership only to find that theyre booking 6 weeks out. You can use credits for planned special occasions, but you dont plan tension or soreness and cant go in because you really need a massage NOW!
