Fast, friendly, reliable, professional quality. Fair and honest service. Really glad I called them. Good value. Will definitely use Beaverton Appliance Repair again. FIVE STARS!
Garry from GT appliance repair gave superior support and service. GE called the morning my service was to be completed and cancelled due to weather. I called Beaverton Appliance Repair and got in touch with Garry who (correctly) diagnosed the issue over the phone and he was at my house a few hours later and expertly completed the repair. Garry is super knowledgeable about his business and a consummate professional. Highly recommend you call Garry at GT Appliance Repair if you want the job done right.
Garry is great! Came out on a snowy Saturday afternoon and replaced the fan in our fridge. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Came same-day to fix my dryer and fixed it in one visit! Very affordable, and I am SO thankful that they are still up and working during COVID. Cant recommend these guys enough.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Thank you Joyce!
This is my first negative review Ive ever given. Ive never had such an experience where one type of service is advertised on the website and something completely different shows up. First of all, I think the people who work for this company are independent contractors because there was no company uniform or fully loaded truck as sold on the website. The man who showed up at my house did not act professional at all. He reeked of cigarette smoke. He diagnosed the problem and then had to call in the part. At this time he had me pay for the service despite it not being finished and was surprised when I expressed concern about it. He only took cash or check. He scheduled me in for a 5 pm slot the next day but at 7pm he called and said my part was in and scheduled another time slot for the next day. We agreed on ten. He called me at 12 (after I finally gave up waiting and went back to the office). We set a new time for 4 pm that day. He showed up at 5:30 and had a trainee with him. This made me more than a little uncomfortable, to the point that even my dog noticed and was keeping herself between me and them. When they finally got the new part in the discovered that wasnt the solution at all. And stated it would be more expensive to repair. Honestly, Im not bothered about the incorrect fix. Im bothered by the fact his was sold as a professional company and that not how it is designed at all. Please update your website and explain that you have independent contractors. Im out 200$ dollars with no washing machine repair and just an overall ick feeling from the whole experience.P.S The man that was here also used my bathroom and left the toilet seat up. I know that sounds petty but it just added to the whole uncomfortable experience.
This is the first appliance repair service in Beaverton I was able to find that services Wolf appliances. They did an awesome job!
Wonderful service! The appliance repairman they sent arrived on-time and was polite and professional the entire appointment.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. BVTN APPL REPAIR IS A SHAM COMPANY TAKING MONEY FROM YOU IN THE PHILIPPINES. I called and made what I thought was a legitimate appointment to fix my clothes washer on 9-21-19. I called their customer service number in (503) area code. My window was Sunday 9-22-19 from 12-3pm. They took my credit card information. Beaverton Appliance Repair had a pending charge of $59.95 to debit from my MC but I never got a call by 2:30pm to say the repairman would come at 3pm. No one ever showed up and I got no call back from their management. After calling their self-described Booking Agent in the Philippines, telephone agent said this was never assigned to a technician, can we schedule it for tomorrow Monday? I said No, I have to WORK TOMORROW to pay for my washer appt which was scheduled for TODAY. She said I have no other option for you. I am convinced this is NOT a legitimate business and will report it to Better Business Bureau to save some future customer from being taken advantage of next time.
