We needed a 4am shuttle to PDX last minute. They called us back right away on a Saturday evening and got us a driver. Very friendly and reliable!!!

Great communication. Nice, clean vehicle. Courteous, friendly driver. Came all the way out to the coast at 7 am to pick us up. Even went out of their way to get the car seats we needed.

The website does not have a virus unlike what Anton N seems to say... I think they may just be dumb and downloaded a virus a different way. My ride was great and I reserved perfectly fine through the website.

So I made a ride request for tomorrow night to be picked up at the union Station and they agreed. This morning I got a text saying that she overbooked herself and she canceled on me. Dont accept appointments you cant keep. Thats bad business practice.

The best ride service! They always arrive early and help me with my luggage. I use this service every time Im in Portland. Ive taken group trips to Dundee for wine tasting and always feel comfortable and safe.

It was an overall great experience, the driver was nice and I was picked up on time and arrived to me destination earlier than I expected! I think I was a bit annoying but he wasnt bothered by that at all. 10/10 experience, recommended to my friends, they basically said the same thing!

I utilized this service during a recent business trip to Portland. I found the driver very courteous and service very professional. I ended up having an earlier pick up back to the airport than I anticipated due to a family emergency, but the communication in advance was very appreciated. The fare was very reasonable and the vehicle was very maintained. I even noticed that the driver was a very courteous driver rather than being a stereotypical, overly aggressive city driver. I will absolutely use this service the next time that I am in the Portland area.

This is by far the best taxi service in Portland! I have used them a few times now and every time the drivers are very friendly, courteous and efficient. Early morning trips to the airport are much better with nice, conversational drivers rather than the rude, crazy drivers from other companies. They are on time every time--super reliable! They are experienced drivers who know the area very well and the best routes to take. Great rates too! Especially given the great service you get.Im very impressed by this company and will continue to use it whenever I need a ride.

I travel to Portland on business trip often and I dont write many reviews, however the amazing customer service that was provided by PDX shuttle service was amazing. They trully are kind, friendly, and know the area very well. The car was very comfortable and clean, the drivers are always friendly and very professional. I dont trust many people when it comes to driving me around but I know I can rely on these guys to get me to my destination on time and safely. This was absolutely a terrible experience. I asked for a pickup in the morning and they were 40 minutes late. I had even called and confirmed time and address the night before (because they didnt). It wouldnt have been this bad had the driver or dispatch had called me 20 minutes after the pick-up time, but he didnt and I had too. After confirming they were late, the driver still took 20 minutes to get to my house. Consequently, I was dropped off too late to get on my flight. This caused me to lose my flight completely, miss a critical business meeting, and I had to eat the airline ticket cost. After calling them about my displeasure, my only consolation was a free ride to the airport next time. I didnt even get a refund on the $50 for the ride to the airport. This whole experience was completely unprofessional in my opinion and the backend customer service left much to be desired.
