They stayed in contact with us before work began letting us know our vinyl siding arrived and scheduled installation around our availability. When we called Feazel offices with questions, our calls were answered immediately. After hours calls were welcomed and returned within minutes. Feazels estimates for premium vinyl siding and continuous gutter was well below other competitors estimates. The installers were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. After installation, the installers left our property clean and neat. The quality of work is professional. We cannot say enough about the entire staff at Feazel. Complete roof replacement on 6/16/21. From the moment I met Bob and Ben I knew this company was different. The initial roof claim was denied by insurance. Thats when Feazel went to work. These 2 gentlemen worked tirelessly to provide in-depth reports on the condition of the existing roof along with weather reports stating when the damage occurred. A week later, the claim was approved. Once replacement was underway, work was done quickly and done right. I could not be more impressed how this company worked for me, the customer, to make this replacement a possibility. Everyone involved from the office (Amanda) to the roofers who did the install-kudos. A job well done. I would definitely recommend Feazel to anyone.

Im very glad to have selected Feazel for my roof.  Austin and Dallas identified hail damage and did a thorough job detailing this for the insurance company.  The insurance company played hardball for a while but Austin did the background work to prove my claim. My roof is beautiful and the added gutters made a big difference.  My house turned out better than expected! I appreciate their patience w all my questions. Neal stopped by on several occasions to ensure an old bay window/roof was fixed and Joe, supervisor made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Amanda was also instrumental in making sure my concerns were addressed and getting me to the right people.

The salesman/estimator was very professional. All given dates & times were spot on including Material delivery & crew. 9 workers removed the existing roof & installed all roofing materials, vents etc. 7am to 11am and they were done w/ house & garage. Very happy with workmanship & quality.

We hired Feazel only after a miserable experience with what turned out to be a criminal contractor who ripped us off for thousands of dollars. (Huge lessons learned there!) Feazel did an entire roofing replacement along with significant portions of house siding replaced, all due to severe storm damage that took place more than ttow years prior. It took about 9 months to complete all aspects of the work, with some insurance company wrangling necessary along the way. My assigned Feazel reps were always very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a series of reps assigned to me over the period, due to the amount of time passing, as well as a personal misfortune within the company. But there was good continuity of support throughout, and the new reps were always quick to get in touch and keep things moving forward. The quality of workmanship was top notch, especially with the siding replacement. There was a little bit of unexpected mess inside the house during the roofing replacement, where debris dropped in through skylight openings. But they took extra care after that point to make sure all areas were well cleaned up after each work day. There was also, in a couple instances, a little awkwardness in communicating/coordinating/scheduling the subcontracted workers.Even though Im pointing out some criticisms, the quality of work and my overall experience with them was very favorable. Feazel has a reputation as one of the best, and through my overall experience with them I understand why. Id eagerly hire them again with full confidence, and I look forward to doing so next time needs arise.

Austin came out and did a great job explaining the process and the warranty. He was straight forward about lead times and pricing. A big selling point for us is they dont use subcontractors. We had our roof replaced first. Jessie and he crew showed up when they were supposed to. They were very efficient and friendly. A couple weeks later we had new gutters installed. Again they were on time and did a great job. Through out the whole process Amanda in the office did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going on. After all the work was complete Neil came out and inspected the work. He also addressed a couple minor issues that we had, all just cosmetic issues. All in all the process from start to finish was a great one.

This is an excellent roofing company------Quality work. The installers worked quickly and very carefully. Dallas helped me decide the perfect color and Neil Laux did the final inspection with care. He told me about an area on the roof that looked like an animal possibly could have gained entrance to my attic---for me to have an extermininator check this out. My final comment is: FEAZEL ROOFING IS THE GREATEST!

Ken was prompt when he came out to quote the job. We only did a roof patch due to shoddy work done by another company. He worked with us to match shingles we already had. The crew came exactly on time and did the work quickly. They cleaned up the site very well. I recommend Feazel!

I knew after meeting with Bob Radford that we were in good hands! I was extremely satisfied and pleased with how smooth the process went from start to finish, and I have recommended Feazel to many of our neighbors. Amanda was very helpful, and gave us weekly updates on the progress of the roof installation. I also have to comment on the roofing crew as I have never seen a group of harder working young men, and our new roof looks fabulous! The siding on our home also needs replaced, and I will be calling Bob for that job!

This is our 3rd roof with Easel in the last year and theyve done a great job on all of them. The latest is a rubber roof on a commercial building. Did a nice job with the roof and cleaning up when done. Definitely pleased with their work.

I am so happy with my new roof! My house was built in the 50s and still had the original roof. It was an eye sore. After a storm one night I awoke to water dripping on my face. I called Feazel for an estimate and Bob Radford came out to my house. He was awesome. He answered all my questions and even helped me with my insurance company. Then the day my roof was replaced the crew came out right on time. They had my roof completely done by 1:00 in the afternoon. They cleaned up all the nails and my yard looked better then before they came. Then about an hour later a supervisor was out to check on the roof and talk to me about my experience. Today a week later Neil Laux stopped by for a final inspection. I have to say Feazel has the best customer service and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much Feazel!

Ben and the crew were relentless on my complete roof replacement. The weather was calling for rain and temperatures hovering over 90°. They pressed on and completed the job undeterred. I am absolutely pleased with the look of the new GAF slate dimensional shingles. Outstanding work.

Well they fix the gutter leak but the move the down spout to the other end of my house, and didnt tell me at first. Im still missing a down spout on the front. Not sure if this is a good thing. But I will know in the future.

They never showed up to do my estimate on my roof! I made an appointment on a Tuesday for Friday, after the no show i called them back to reschedule and i never heard from them again!! Smh

Came and inspected storm damage. Easy to set up appointment on line. Replaced the roof and then the gutters. Had an issue this winter with a backed up downspout and they came out and replaced with in two days.

Would highly recommend them!!! They did a fantastic job and it looks fantastic. Special shout out to Ben Caplan for coming back and doing some final touches!!! He was very professional, polite and very thorough!!!! There the best!!

I was at work when they came to my house. When I got home, everything was finished and clean. Very professional.

I had seen commercials on tv for Feazel and was so excited to work with them. They seemed to be an excellent company. Now, my husband and I are first time home owners so we needed someone to guide us through the process and Austin and Amanda were very good with that. However, the roofers that came to the house were unprofessional and not thorough. When they came to the house, no one came to the door to introduce themselves and let me know they were going to start working. Im a stay at home mom so luckily I had an idea that they were coming. We were scheduled for install on 12/1/20 but because of weather, they came on 12/2/20. About an hour or so after they started working, one of the men knocked on the door saying they had to get in the backyard but couldnt because the gate to the fence was locked. I gave him the key and told him he could leave the gate unlocked, which he didnt. He also barely spoke English, I had to ask him to repeat himself at least 3 times. Now, I have no problem with him working on my roof but really? You cant send a worker who speaks English to talk with your customers?! Thats not professional at all!! Lastly, the men left nails and boards and unused product in the yard and driveway. We have a 3 year old son! What if he had gone outside and stepped on those old rusty nails?? That would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. My husband took pictures, Ill be glad to send them to you. The guys didnt even tell me they were finished! I thought they left for lunch since the dump truck was left in the driveway. My son didnt get to take a nap until 3:00 because I wasnt sure if the workers were coming back or not. I cant in all good conscience recommend Feazel to anyone.*Update: After leaving the above review, I was contacted by Ben who came out to the house to retrieve the leftover materials and pickup the old rusty nails. He and Austin were thorough and conscientious about everything. Thank you for coming out and making me feel better. I now feel much better recommending Feazel to family and friends!

My home needed a new shingle roofing and new siding after a very strong storm had passed thru Dayton Ohio. They did an excellent job on both and cleaned up when the job was completed. the price was right and so is the company. I strongly recommend Feazel Roofing for your next job provider when needed.

They took care of a wide variety of things for me, from the roof, the gutters and sides an additional room on the back of the house, as well as, re-roofing both barn structures on my property. My whole street had hail damage, my neighbors used a local company that honestly did a $hit job on all their homes, from chimneys blowing off, vents and chimneys mounted crooked, leaking porch coverings etc..I have had -0- issues, my house stands tall with the work Feazel performed. Their contractors cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant to deal with and honestly worked hard to make sure I as the customer was satisfied, the crew leader asked several times if certain work was to my expectations and if I wanted running changes made for aesthetic purposes.My only complaint is that I didn’t get a 4’x8’ sign for my front yard to advertise for them. They did an outstanding job, it is closing on a year since completion and I am still stoked that they cared enough to make everything they touched nice, then I look at my neighbors homes and wonder why they even paid those companies any money.All in all, these are the people to deal with if you care about your home, if you just want something cheap and fast, those companies are out there, Feazel will make your house into a home.

The pricing is competitive. The end product is good but there were some bumps getting to completion. Do not permit the job to proceed without a project manager

The gutters and downspouts were very professionally installed and work beautifully. The only issue we had was the workers did not clean up the area and left nails and debris around the house, especially in the back yard around the patio.

Dallas was the sales person who came by my house to give me a quote. He was great and really worked with me. I was quoted on Aug 26, 2019, my roof was replaced on Sept 27, 2019. This was the time frame that Dallas estimated it would take for them to get to me. The roofing crew was supposed to be at my home @ 0715, they arrived around 0900. I was told they had trouble finding my home, not a big deal. The crew worked until it was dark. They did a great job cleaning up after the job. The next day I noticed a few minor details they had missed. I called Feazel about my concerns. Joe was my project manager. He is a real friendly guy. He came back out to my home on Oct 10, and wrote up a work order to have the items corrected. The items were all corrected on Oct 22. Feazel was running a Labor Day promotion for veterans when my job was quoted. They cost a little more than some of the other quotes I was given. The deciding factor for me was that Feazel has a lifetime warranty on shingles and workmanship. Everyone else only had a 5 year warranty on workmanship. My roof looks great, I would go with Feazel again!

Great work and craftsmanship. Employees were fast, efficient, and did a pretty good job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely have them back. My new roof and spouting look and function great, and the price was very competitive.

The crew arrived early, got right to work, worked hard, and finished and cleaned up the area by 3:45 pm. They stripped off the old roof, repaired 5 soft spots in the deck and put on our new shingles. It is a beautiful job and they were all polite and friendly. They did it exactly the way the sales rep said they would. We are quite happy with Feazel.

I almost blew off the salesman, Kal, but he was so personable and understanding, I gave him 5 minutes and he gave me a beautiful new roof!!! Well, the real workers did!!
