Professional and clean atmosphere. I trust they give me honest feedback about my families teeth. I feel comfortable they arent price gouging me or my insurance. Its a great office with a ladies. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I use to go here as a child and just recently started going back. I highly recommend. The facility is clean, the workers are professional, and the service was excellent. I had to be seen quickly because my family has orders to move and they met all my needs/expectations!

I have gone here for years and have always been satisfied! The dental hygienist I see every visit is incredibly kind and I have never been in pain during a cleaning. Every filling I have had has been pain free as well, and everyone here is welcoming and respectful.

All the staff is careful, welcoming and watchful as we are served at the waiting room, then further in the dental areas. Colleen is a wonderful hygienist and Dr. Shelly is friendly and careful as she checks out work. A pleasant and clean office with every effort taken.

The staff was fabulous and Dr. Reichly provided me with great advice and recommendations.. I was so pleased this was not like a corporate dentist where they try too up sell services..I was gearing up for the hard sell which did not materialize!!. Also, the dental hygienest was very good.. I have sensitive areas on my teeth. She was very careful and had no pain at all!!.. The overall experience was perfect..

Dr. Reichley is so sweet and really took her time with my nervous 15 year old today. She listened to her worries, explained the process and made the repair painless. Dr. Reichley also spent alot of time making sure my new bite guard was comfortable.

Dr Reichley is awesome! My whole family has been going there for 10+ years. We started when the youngest of my three children was 2 yrs old and she takes care of everywhere no matter how young (or old). We have never had an issue with her, anyone in her office, or with billing or scheduling. I cannot recommend Dr. Reichley Dental more highly!

I have been going to Reichley Dental for 35 years. The transition from Dr Joe to Dr Shelley was seamless. The entire staff is professional and caring. I have excellent dental health and Dr Shelleys care is a large part of that. I highly recommend them. I would not go anywhere else.

I stopped in about a month ago to see if they were accepting new patients. I was happy to find they were and submitted my insurance card and completed the paperwork. The appointment book was filled up for a month so I just told them to call me when someone canceled.I was given a call and given two days notice of an afternoon opening, great! I came in, was seen on time, enjoyed the conversation with a skilled hygienist, Colleen. That was where I ran into trouble. The receptionist came in to say that my dental insurance considered them out of network and refused to pay.Now I kept my cool, but I was very upset when I learned I could leave or pay for the exam and cleaning. Having a tough travel schedule the next 4 months, I said screw it and decided I would suck it up and pay out of pocket.I know the receptionist empathized with me and told Dr. Reichley what had transpired. When the Doctor came into the room, she was pleasant, and immediately told me that the bill was taken care of as the mistake was on her team for not verifying they accepted my insurance.Dr. Reichley explained the work I should have done in the next few months and treated me very well, showed she takes customer relations seriously.I look forward to November when I can dump my current dental insurance and select a plan which considers her in network.

Great group of folks! Laid back. Kind. I met Dr. Shelley when my dog had chewed up my bite splint right before a vacation & I was panicked to find someone who could make a replacement. I was not a client at that time. When she heard the situation she worked me in that day. Made a new one. Got me back in the day after for adjustment. And I left the day after that. I would not recommend Reichley Dental. I went in for a small piece of filling that had cracked off. After looking at the x-ray Dr. Shelley said I would need a crown. Out of the 5 people in the office, Dr. Shelley told 4 people including me that they needed a crownThey put a temp filling in which did not last for even a day. I decided to get a second opinion so I went to see Dr. Dodd. They also took an x-ray and said it was an easy fix, just looked like a small part of the filling came out. They filled my tooth and off I went. 7/31/18 Called in and spoke with the manger to ask about a past charge. She said she would send into insurance which they did not do in the first place. She said she would send it in right away and the proceed to bring up my nasty review that I left online. Not professional at all.

Excellent! Greatly appreciated a prompt appointment to deal with an old crown that came off. They glued it back in, in no time.

The entire staff is excellent and our family considers both Dr. Reichleys our friends because of the decades of excellent service weve received.

Always 5-stars. Theres a funny little sign in the office that says Painless dentistry practiced here. This is the only place I have EVER been that such a statement could truly be made. Dr. Shelley was taught old-school dentistry, so she knows how to do it right. She cares about her patients. When my insurance changed, I looked elsewhere for as good a dentist. I ended up coming back and paying out of pocket to get good dental help. My mouth was a mess when I came twelve years ago, but its smooth sailing now, and I know it will be as long as Im here.

I had chipped my front tooth over the weekend and needed to be seen immediately. I wasnt even a current client of theirs, but they squeezed me in on Monday morning. And while I was there, they found some other issues. Within a few weeks, I was good to go. I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable even though I had obviously neglected my teeth for years. I would definitely recommend.

Great comfortable service with no pain!

I made an appointment for 9AM on a Monday. The office receptionist called and said they could fit me in at 12PM instead but, they never updated the schedule. Monday morning the receptionist Pat, called me at 920AM asking why I missed the appointment. I explained the situation and they responded with the “Well it was moved to 10AM and you missed it. We don’t reschedule new clinics, you should find a new dentist” then she hung up before I could say anymore.

Our whole family of 5 goes to this office.My 3 kids have been going since as early as 1 year old.They are currently 14, 12 and 9.They have seen the 9 year throughout her cleft work at Cincinnati Childrens starting when she was 1. Mainly to get her comfortable with getting her teeth cleaned etc. She started out very afraid of anyone wearing rubber gloves and now asks if we can drop in for a cleaning when she sees that we are close by. LolNot only is their dental care and bedside manner perfect, but the office staff is very patient with all the crazy insurance challenges since we are out of network and we have coverage with 2 insurance companies.I highly recommend this office for anyones dental needs.
