I had a tooth break and needed a root canal. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist! Dr. Roddy and his assistant Linda were amazing. It was not as bad as I thought. I had absolutely no pain during the entire procedure. Melissa answered the phone that morning and was so sweet and reassuring when I wanted to cancel due to my anxiety. The entire office is wonderful.

Wish I could give them a zero. All about the money.Edit: He sent me a request to edit my review and asked me to remove this. Claimed I had never been seen by his office. I had to screen shot a picture to him, proving he sent me to collections over three hundred dollars worth of services I was talked into, and then lied to about the costs

My personal experience followed a visit while travelling and discovering I needed a root canal. The new office on Indian Ripple Road is very nice. A vision in design and beautifully decorated. As always, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I cant imagine a better group for my dental care.

Another routinely excellent visit. I had a periodic cleaning and Sherry found a suspicious, almost hidden, spot on a molar. Turns out that a 52-year old crown was finally showing some wear and will need replacing. Its comforting knowing that the entire staff is so well trained and observant. Weve been dealing with Dr. Roddy for 20+ years with outstanding results.

Dr. Roddy is the best! I have gone to him for a long time. I have always come away grateful that he is my dentist. He takes the time and effort to do whatever is best for the patient. To notch dentistry for a fair price in a very clean, sanitary office. He regularly checks for signs of oral cancer in your mouth and in your neck which most dentists dont do.

He knows I had traumatic dental experiences as a child (NOT with him or his office), and takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. When my family, my sisters family, and my mom all moved to the area over ten years ago, I spent a lot of time interviewing local dentists. Id lived in the area before and was sure of other medical professionals, but needed a new dental office. Between all of us we had one fearful person, one older person, and one special needs person whod never successfully had a full appointment. I also did not consider offices with policies barring parents from being in the exam room with their children. A combination of recommendations from others, and my own interview with the office brought be to Dr. Roddys office. I have never been disappointed. In fact, on several occasions, the consistent professional conduct of the staff coupled with the open line of communication has far exceeded my expectations. For an extended family of all ages, abilities, and quirks, this says a lot.
