Jerry was fantastic. He helped us find the right house in the right location. He took on the process of negotiations and advised us throughout that whole process. Even after the deal was sealed and the house was ours Jerry checked up on us and made sure all was as it should be. Some garbage had been left in the garage by the previous owners including some large furniture pieces. Jerry had someone come and pick those items up on the very same day.

I rented an old home with no updates from Wright Patt for 3-4 years and during that time frame they never even came back to the house to take the key or door lock latch from the front door once rented. I had numerous calls regarding mold in the bathroom that were never resolved. They were good with easy complaints or fixings but not of bigger concerns. The communication is bad within the office and sometimes you are even ignored. It sounds like they do not provide cleaning a home or painting it in between renters and leave it all up to the previous renter and then do not want to provide any security deposit back. When you call to address the issues of no security back the owner just yelled and defensive and offensive. I am a business professional in the Beavercreek area also working on a Grad degree within Higher Education and got treated terrible. I would not recommend renting from Wright Patt or at least an older home to where they can blame issues on you. No responsibility on the owners of the home to take care or update anything.

Rented from them when their HQ was in Fairborn. We rented through them for 3 years-- they were very good landlords; responsive to problems and maintained well kept rental properties. I would rent from them again.
