Marc Broomhall was recommended to my wife and I through USAA. We realized very quickly that Marc would overpromise and underdeliver. Once we were under contract, he became difficult to get in touch with. He eventually became rude and abrasive. It would take him hours to return calls or texts. He would make excuses when he failed to meet deadlines or blamed it on others. There was never any ownership or apology. He wasn’t a firm negotiator and it seemed like he just wanted to make a quick sale with taking the lowest offer. When our house was under contract, he had us sign several extensions with the promise that the buyer was firm, only for the deal to fall through. Not only would I not recommend Marc but I wouldnt recommend this company. I spoke to his broker and the president of the company and they did nothing to help. Only after getting USAA involved were we allowed to sign a release of contract. After we parted ways I found a new realtor who had our house under contract in 1 week.
