Walked in without an appointment after my cable box died on me. Was greeted at the door very friendly young lady (EM) very professional. answered all my questions I was in and out in 10 minutes was very pleased was far better than the customer service side expected do the other reviews I have read. So if you live in Greene County and need to replace your cable box give this spectrum store a chance and write your own review you will not be disappointed.

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First of all, the wait time was very bad, because the guy working was on his phone instead of helping customers. Then he was assisting me, he told me that he is not allowed to give me the 2 piece router and modem. I was fine with that, but the the thing that didn’t sit right with me is when he was processing my info. First he tells me that I don’t have any correct info or am a current customer. I showed he all the info but he still said he can’t help me. Then I told him to recheck even though he didn’t want to and it worked. He then blames it on the website. Next he was watching whatever was going on the tv as he was processing as if he was not engaged in the process of helping me. I’m so surprised that a big company like spectrum will have employees like that. Today I’m returning that equipment he gave me that defected at a different location.

They certainly are an improvement over Time Warner. The 1st person we talked to reverted back to Time Warner days however. We had to go back home and pick up a document we had forgotten. When we got back, we got a different person to help us. She was pleasant, took care of our request and then some, and even helped us with some things we hadnt thought of. We left pleased.

Went to this location and signed in at the front. An employee asked my name and what services we needed. After we stated we wanted to add a phone line to our internet she stated she couldn’t help us and would have to wait until the other associate could help. We waiting for 30 minutes only to find out this employee REMOVED MY NAME FROM THE WAITING LIST! Not wasting my time to wait in line AGAIN. Terrible service. Not going back to this location again.

I spent two hours at this store just to get internet service. I came home, installed it, it works for 15 minutes and now it doesnt and I have to wait a few days for a technician to come out. Frustrating.

One employee working with 4 people in line and shes moving so slow that shes only seeing new people walking in with appointments. Talking leisurely with customers, not hurrying at all. Im just trying to swap out a defective modem, this stop that should have taken less than 2 minutes has taken over 2 hours.

A technician was sent to my new home on June 27th because I was sent the wrong equipment after I moved. He came out to my house and I asked him if I could just use my modem/router from the old address instead of using a separate modem and router and he said that the separate ones he brought were faster so I agreed to have him use the new ones. I asked him if I could return the equipment I wasnt using to him since I was told they could send someone to pick it up and wanted to save someone an extra trip. He said yes, he would return it that evening after he returned back to the office. He said once he scanned in the serial number, it would show that the equipment was registered to my old account. Two weeks later and I got charged $59 for the same equipment that I handed him that day. When I called Spectrum, I was on hold for over 2 hours only to be told that the technician must not have returned or I was lying and there was nothing I could do but pay for it. I have been a customer for many years and this was how I was treated. It would be so easy for them to verify this with the technician that came to my house on June 27th but they refused. Worst company ever! I am cancelling after many years and going with AT&T.

Drove 45 minutes here because westchester never has stock and was sold a broken phone at westchester. Was told it was an even exchange get there they want $150 more out of my pocket when I was told by customer service it was an even exchange. Say ok just cancel my service its been daily problems since I started service with them a week ago and Ive had internet with then fir 2 years. They wanna charge me a $50 fee for refund because they messed up.

Customer service was terrible.We spent over an hour and a half there and finally a senior customer rep approached and asked what the problem was and was able to get us what we needed in just a few minutes.We will never go with Spectrum Mobile again. So many issues!

Extremely toxic/hostile environment inside the store. The company doesnt even try to provide a good customer experience, and I felt like I needed to constantly stay on guard to avoid getting ripped off. Left as soon as I could after getting what I needed.

The one star is absolutely too much for the store. Absolutely the store and managers cannot be represent of Spectrum. Disrespect people, very low knowledge, and terrible communication... all are in the store. Drive more and find another store but never stop the store. May you will lose gas or time but you will save your health They can sell a phone or service but if you have issue do not ask them, they cannot help you, just they can show the exit(Yes, honestly at this point they can help you because finding the exit will be so hard, when you get shock with talking the people to find a solution for your issue. They will show the exit.) I really suggest the Spectrum to closed the store as well as if there are similar. Stay away from the store!!!

After your “promotional period “ is up they Jack your bill up and you have to pay as they conveniently don’t have another promotion for you even though they send massive amounts of JUNK Mail!! Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Spectrum has always had the worst customer service and the new Beavercreek store lives up to that reputation. I went in there this past weekend to return a modem/router and they did not want to give me a receipt for returning it. Since when do they not give you a receipt for returning merchandise? I told them I was not leaving without a receipt so one of the guys finally got a receipt book and hand wrote a receipt for me. I told them I was not going to get charged a month later because they said I didn’t return my modem. I have dealt with Spectrum for years. I know how they treat their customers. They do not care about long term customers. All they care about is getting new customers with “specials.” Once they have you then they don’t care and consistently raise your rates every year. As soon as I find an alternative to Spectrum, I will be leaving them. Not that they care.

Horrible customer service in the store. Three employees present but only one actually helping customers, causing quite a backlog. When I asked one gentleman if he could help customers, he stated he was the manager and could not help...I wish I would have traveled further for better service.I am only leaving one star because google forces at least one :/

What ever you do DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get the mobile through spectrum it is beyond ridiculous the things you have to go through to not get the phone or anything you want!! And if you have their mobile I wouldnt get their protection plan because you pay all that money to be told if your phone gets broken what ever they send you is what you have to deal with!!!

Only needed to pick up a cable box and due to this being a cell phone store, I am in que waiting for people that are buying phones which takes entirely too long. This business model is flawed and they will lose customers when something that only should have been a walk-in and walk-out transaction, took way longer than it should have. I should have just had the box sent to my house. We are getting the box because their app sucks and constantly cuts out. Do something about the app! Dont get spectrum TV, Hulu live is way better!

This was the first time I went to this Spectrum location. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee. She asked me how she could be of service, I told her I wanted to pay my bill. We walked over to the payment machine, I gave her my check, and she entered it in the machine for me. I thanked her, and was on my way in no time at all.

Marketing department makes this already terrible reputation (cable isp companies) even worse. You put these hidden costs/fee instead of just quoting the actual price which is fair anyway, only leaves a bad taste and makes me not want to give people with this type of business practice. And to have the representatives belittle you as if youre blind and dumb for not reading the 0.01 font size at the bottom of the advertisement doesnt help either
