Terrible!!!! Gave them so much money and the internet was forever out and nvr worked and cable only when it felt like it!!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!

0 stars. This service sucks. I began service 3 weeks ago and I have had internet maybe 3 days out of the 3 weeks. People have been out to my house 3 times for which I have to take off work to be here for and they claim to have fixed the issue but it is not fixed. When I try to call I have to jump through hoops and one guy even hung up on me. I tried to call back and they are closed so I am without internet on a Friday night AGAIN. They have charged me a total of 130 bucks and I have nothing to show for it. I plan on getting a lawyer involved if they do not let me out of the contract. This is ridiculous.

Great customer service! Although I waited for 10minutes, Madison made sure that I was attended well.
