I love working out here! It is different every day! The coaches are amazing and the staff is very friendly and welcoming . I have already lost 14 pounds and see a big difference in my endurance. If you are looking for a great workout experience I highly suggest Orangetheory!
Currently sitting out in the OTF parking lot after another great workout.Physical fitness is incredibly important to me and critical in my line of work. However, I get bored when I do the same workout again and again on my own.Enter OTF. Motivating coaches, an innovative heart-rate tracking system, and staff that absolutely bring a smile to your face when you enter with a cheerful greeting. Also, the staff is incredibly responsive. I’ve texted the main line a couple of times with questions and every time received a personal phone call to answer my questions! That’s incredible. There’s also an active community on FB.I’ve been a member for one month now and love coming here twice a week.Also, special shout-out to Coach Logan. I’m training for a physical fitness event and I had asked her for some advice in a previous class on how to improve my push-ups. She taught me about negatives, and then today followed up with me and asked how they were going.Overall, OTF is a great investment and I’m happy to continue making it. Highly recommend.

I was previously sedentary and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to complete the class. The workouts are tailored to my fitness level, so I knew exactly when to push harder and when to slow down. I enjoyed my first class so much, and I joined as a member to take two classes a week. I feel like get the most out of workout in OTF, and I feel confident that my fitness level will improve quickly.
I am a physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has an extensive history in training and attended my first class this week, and absolutely loved it. As a person who gravitates towards resistance training and explosive sports, HIIT is typically not my favorite type of workout due to the energy systems required, but coach Tina made it extremely fun and scalable. I would highly recommend this place and their coaches if youre looking for a 1 day a week session to 5 days a week sessions.

OrangeTheory has gone above and beyond keeping the studio clean in general, but especially in regards to covid. The desk staff is awesome, the coaches are great and the workouts always leave me feeling like I’ve made progress that day.
This place is so cool! I didnt understand the hype until I went. Most intense and fun workout of my life. It went by so quickly and doing the same workout with others really motivates you to push harder.
I love the group atmosphere that helps to challenge me and the fact that I can push myself at my own pace. The coaches are great and it has had a great impact on my mental health as well as my physical to help me become a better version of myself. Even after going for a few months I haven’t gotten burnt out like I have at other gyms. I always look forward to going and I would recommend Orangetheory to anyone who wants to hear about it!
Each coach brings their own music to class it’s great to have a change with each class. The push to work harder and perform your best is always there. Great workouts!
Ive had 2 workouts here now with 2 different coaches, and its been fantastic so far. Everything is so well organized, and I love the energetic vibe. Orangetheory workouts are just outstanding. A little encouragement to the front desk staff: you do a wonderful job, but introduce yourselves to the members walking through the door. Wed love to get to know you as well! Plus it helps people feel like they belong and more likely to return.

Ive been going since the first week of Sep and I love it. The workouts are great and can be easily modified to accommodate different fitness levels or injuries. I go 3 times a week and with no other lifestyle changes I can already tell there is a difference in the fit of my clothes. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to workout but needs to be told what to do :)

The exercises are varied and challenging. Never get into a dull routine, every session is different. Instructors are knowledgeable and very motivating.

Every workout is unique and challenging in different ways. You never get bored and always get an awesome total body workout. The heart rate monitoring technology really helps you push your limits and get a workout customized to YOUR current fitness level. I have been pregnant twice while being a member at OTF and I’ve always been able to workout safely while still getting in a great workout. In addition to the workouts, the atmosphere is awesome. The coaches take time to get to know every member and encourage everyone to reach their goals. Playlists are always motivating and members support each other... I can’t say enough about how much I love it there! If you’re worried about any limitations you may have, Don’t! OTF is perfect for all ages, body types and fitness levels.

The coaches are amazing!! Absolutely no judgement on how out of shape you are— they welcome, encourage, and motivate all fitness levels! The front desk employees are very helpful and knowledgeable as well, they know everyone’s name, and even remember where you like to start your workout— treadmill, floor, or rower. The workout structure/focus is different everyday, which eliminates boredom and burnout. Overall, the extra push out of my own comfort zone that OTF provides, makes me want to continue going. It is a hard workout, but once you get through it, you already start to crave the next workout. I love OTF Beavercreek!
I love OTF Beavercreek because it is a gym experience unlike any other that I’ve tried! The coaches there are always encouraging and wanting the best for everyone in class. With their help, I’ve learned to love my body for what it can do and discovered that I am capable of more than I would’ve thought possible. I feel like everyone in my life knows about OTF Beavercreek because I won’t stop talking about it!

I love this place. OTF Beavercreek is amazing. The workouts are always fantastic. My endurance has increased since the beginning of July 1. Love that it’s a combination of endurance strength and power. The staff there is amazing. The energy is awesome. I am hooked. Everytime I walk in it feels like family!

The hours. The location. The people at the front desk. The coaches. The people working out with me. The music. The encouragement. The fact that I show up and the work out is planned for me. And regardless of how I feel when I show up, I am motivated to give it my best. The splat points which are a great motivator. The set up of OTF and the fact that every OTF looks and operates the same way. I belong to Beavercreek. Yet, when I went to Montgomery, the love, support, high energy, encouragement and the people were all the same. I leave every class fulfilled. If I didnt already have a full time job, I would love to work at OTF. My safe place.
Love OTF workouts! The Beavercreek staff and coaches are one of a kind and treat you like family! OTF is great because you get a release from life for 60 min. You dont have to plan your workouts or think about anything, you just show up, do what the coaches say and next thing you know, the class is over and youve burned 500+ calories. Love it.
Having preplanned workouts for multiple areas of the body took half of the preworkout excuses away. Once I chose the right weight/speed, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

The studio is always clean and welcoming. They take their time to get you acclimated and make sure you’re comfortable with the workout format. I’ve been coming consistently 5 days a week for 3 months, and I’ve never completed the same workout twice. The workouts are constantly evolving with options to modify no matter what level you are currently. The coaches are all amazing and do a great job motivating and challenging you. It has made me fall in love with working out again, and I am forever grateful for that.
