This place is incredible! The best $27 per month that I have ever spent. They keep my paint perfect and shine the tires every time. The vacuums are stronger than you can find anywhere and they are always free. I highly recommend you get a membership.

Best car wash company in the area. Personal are professional and knowledgeable. The unlimited car wash packages are the way to go. With the pollen being so immense this month and the bird droppings, I have been through the wash 8 times for the price of 2. Did I mention the free vacuum and wipe off area always well maintained and would cost $3.00 or more to use anywhere else ! The locations are many and convenient. Great job !

Nice fast car wash, most the time i am pleased with the wash, a few time there are still bug guts on the windshield and front bumper. when i notice this i just run back through since i am a member, the free vaccums are nice usually clean and strong suction. my kids enjoy getting dum-dums everytime we go through, i have not tried their air fresheners yet.

I am here weekly. The place is always clean and the vacuums work great. Only problem is the flow of traffic.

After 3 washes, the same bug guts are on still on my windshield. Absolutely not renewing monthly membership.

I got the monthly deal but now want to cancel. Too many people in that line hold us up because they want to pay and they got in the wrong line. Or yesterday the people in the pay line was getting through a lot faster than the membership line. The car was itself is great. Trying to get into vacuum with Starbucks is awful

Signed up for the rather inexpensive monthly plan. Enjoy the idea of what I did today: salt on the car, drive to the wash, get in the exclusive unlimited lane and within minutes the results were a shiny car and wash thats been already paid for. What a convenience.

Great value for the money and going to go with the pay one price for unlimited visits. Well worth the money. I have used the competition in the area and either inadequate or over priced. If I dont need windows or other upgrades this is the car wash for your every time carwash. The employees are professional and give the impression they want your business from management on down.

Membership gives you a sticker in your windshield so all you have to do is pull up, gate opens and you drive in. Their vacuums are free. They have a ton. Each one comes with a vacuum, fragrance and trash can. They have different packages you can choose from. I signed up online, and then they gave me my sticker the next time I went.

I prefer Mikes.. my son likes this place better. He goes there a lot.

Had a membership for 6 months and this is sadly my least liked location. The access is horrible and congested with Starbucks customers, theres nowhere near enough vacuums, and they only have crevice attachments on the vacuums, unlike other locations that have both crevice and duckbill attachments. Have you ever tried to clean an entire car with a crevice tool? Dont.

Great place for ultimate car washes, as many as you want in a 30 day period for $27.95, veterans let them know you are a veteran for $23.95 a month for the ultimate washes! A credit card must be used for the monthly washes, but there is no minimum contract length! With the washes you also get free vacuums to use.

Quick and easy with free vacuum. Its a machine wash after all so do expect some swirls on your paint.

Has fantastic pressure and the car always comes out looking clean. But we have tow mirrors on our truck and they never stay in. Im afraid one day they will break so we limit our visits based on that.

Always the go to for a car wash. Top Teir. However Ive noticed that they pack the wash and the machine struggle clean the lower parts of most vehicles. When the wash is busy the dryers also struggle to dry or the rinse doesnt remove all the soap.

I love Flying Ace, my wife and I are both monthly customers. That being said, I probably will not go back to this location. Their vacuums and the Starbucks drive through line share the same area, so when the drive through is backed up, its almost impossible to get into or out of the vacuum area. On days when it is really backed up, its difficult to even break through the line to get to the car wash at all. Not worth dealing with those rude moms in minivans that have to get their 13 year old their soy mocha latte... Ill gladly drive down to Centerville or out to Dorothy Lane to avoid that madness.

Its a great place to get your car washed and cleaned, the staff is friendly and helpful, and at $27.95 a month you get unlimited washes, its a deal you cant beat.

Ripped the mirror cap off and they did everything possible to avoid trying to replace it. Tried buying cheap Chinese replacements but they were the wrong color and they refused to buy the correct ones because they were kind of expensive.

For what it is, this is a great place to get your car washed if the weather is rough or youre just feeling too lazy to do it yourself. The staff is very efficient and makes sure things keep moving. It is usually very busy, but even with the line going out the driveway, it still took not much longer than doing it myself would have. The wash itself is good, doesnt leave streaks and the vacuum is free. Overall, a better experience for the money than most automated wash places.

I went in with cement dust on my car. They said if it didnt wash off to come back through. They gave me a free wash. Everyone was very nice.

This is my first time to visit this location. I could say that the place is very limited the space, is not really convenient compared to the other places like in springboro pike that has a big area where you can vacuum your vehicle, a very descent place.

I dont typically write reviews, but I love this place. Im a ride share driver and have a monthly subscription and it is well worth the $19.95 I pay. They are always busy, the vacuums have great suction, they provide drying towels in the office, the staff is lovely and even when they are busy the line moves quick. The only thing that I wish it had was a machine to clean my cars upholstery and that the car wash cleaned my tires a bit better! Other than that I am pleased as punch! Thanks for your great service!

This was two lines of madness that turns into one and some people need to lo earn to drive their vehicles here my car was clean but it wouldve been nice to get the back hand dried due to the run off left spots even with a spotfree dry.

They constantly update the car wash with minor improvements and recently added cones next to the Starbucks drive through line. The cones were needed as Starbucks customers would not be mindful of customers using their vaccums.

Not a bad carwash for the price. Attendants 50% of the time dont guide you in and can results in slight damage to your rims.... I bought a membership this year, always auto renewed on the 19th, this month it did it on the 11th, a full 8 days early!!!! Im guessing to get another month out of people before they canceled due to winter weather. Guess next year Ill be back to hand washing, dont like scummy companies that steal from customers.

This is the only place I go to get my car wash! Family owned. Super clean and always professional! The employees are usually teens and young adults and always so nice and helpful! My favorite part is the free vacuuming after you have washed your car! Prices are absolutely reasonable! Check them out!

Went thru the car wash with a tire full of air came out of the car wash with my tire completely flat! They said it was my fault my tire was damaged before entry! Complete LIE!!! I tried to explain this but unable to get thru to Mitchell because his mind was made up, Let me say he did admit my tire was FULL OF AIR ON ENTRY !!! But it’s not their fault it’s mine!! And a near by auto shop in Kettering said the same day this incident happened to me, 3 other reported damage incidents were made from people that went thru THIS car wash before me!!! SO THIS ISNT NEW FOR THEM TO DENY PAYMENT FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE. I’m disappointed I thought they would have been reasonable an made things right but no I’m riding around on a donut! Oh I forgot to say this, I had to sit and change my tire to a spare in front of them by myself for about 2 hours with minimal help from a drive by citizen eventually. Not one worker there helped me. An I had 3 small children with me. They missed all there doctors appointment because of this incident. The only thing that was my fault was going thru this car wash. Rated one star because I am unable to put none!

Reason why such a low score? I have never used this car wash but I keep getting a monthly charge. I spoke with a man several months ago about this and received a refund for past charges. However last month there was a charge on my account. I dont understand why they cannot stop these charges. Not happy about this!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! If you’re not satisfied with the 1st wash...they’ll let u go back thru until you’re happy! The free vacuums are GREAT & they even supply soft touch rags to wipe your vehicle down afterwards. All of the attendants have always been great!

There are many things to like about this car wash.Convenient location.Reasonable monthly fee for unlimited washes.Towels (clean) available to wipe down after the wash.Friendly staff (usually... theres one gal who became unreasonably angry because someone honked their horn... unreasonably angry as in angrier than one would consider to be reasonable. Who ever you are... dont honk your horn anymore. I thought her head might blow clear off her neck - morning of 03-01-2019).Great hours. They open early and close pretty late.But the three stars is because unless you have time to clean off the excess soap once you are out you end up with a car that doesnt look washed.It doesnt rinse very well and it definitely doesnt dry well.The day I took this picture I didnt have time to go wipe off the car. An hour later this is what my freshly washed car looked like.

This is a descent car wash. The biggest limiter to the quality is that they recycle their water which means they dont use a lot of water during the process. The rinse is pretty minimal so there are still suds on the back of any large vehicle like an suv. The other issue is the front brushes seem to always miss the front left bumper area.The free vacuums and microfiber towels along with the economic process keep them in the game.

I feel like a kid again every time I go through a car wash. How is it they’re still so fun?? Now, as an adult, I also appreciate the product of a clean and shiny car. It makes my husband especially happy. We got a monthly pass (you can ask for the military discount if it applies). It’s nice to be able to drive through every day if need be. And in the winter, that’s basically what we need to do. LolEven when the line is long things seem to move at a great speed. And after the wash, take advantage of the vacuums and really clean your car!

I really like these Flying Ace car washes. I think it does a very good job of cleaning your car - better than most of the other ones available. They only cost a little more than other car washes that dont have as thorough a cleaning system as this one. Even when the line is long, you can still get through the wash quickly because the cars can go through orderly and right behind each other. There are several wash levels to choose from, depending on what you think you need and how much you want to pay.

We currently have monthly memberships on our two cars. 5 stars for the staff, pricing, and convenience! Also, military friendly. We do spend the time after to hand dry our car, and vacuum when we came. There have been occasional times when the vacuums have lost suction, but theyre usually fixed by the time we get back. I see no reason why Ill be ending our memberships anytime soon.

It does a decent job. If the rear of your vehicle is super dirty you might have to go thru a few times.
