To be completely honest, I have been with this agency for over 20 years. 3 years ago I became very ill and I strongly feel at some of the most trying times of my life that these employees were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. They are very high in cost compared to other companies offering the same if not more coverage. Furthermore I feel their constant unneeded reminders can be intrusive and awkward. I have worked my entire life and never missed a payment (or obviously I wouldnt be here 20 years later to review them).

They are very helpful and will do whatever they can to help with your insurance needs

My agent, Melissa Seltz, was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! Unlike a lot of other agents at other agencies, she didnt push really hard to try and sell me coverage for things I didnt need or want. She made helpful suggestions based on my situation and needs that I really did appreciate.
