I moved an hour away but kept my insurance at this state farm location because the staff is so helpful, and makes every transaction so simple. I email call or text and normally Maura or Hanna had my new policy or change done in minutes. Rates are very competitive. The only thing negative I would say is they couldn’t offer my business liability and insure my construction equipment. This is a great group of people. Thank you

Had state farm for 10 years. Moved to philly. Insurance sky rocketed. I asked the office how i could save money. Nobody could help me. Got on the phone with customer service. After 25 minutes of combing through options, he saved me $27/mo. Paid my previous balance due... only to be charged the SAME AMOUNT as before. The app doesnt work for the policy number i was provided. Im extremely disappointed in service. And would rather switch but nothing else is any better.

Bethanies office if full of great workers! They are very prompt to call me to tell me about changes to my account. When i backed into another car at work they were very prompt to help me along this process.Also when my engine went in my car they had a tow truck to me within the hour.(Thank you Maura Hoffman) I HIGHLEY recommend this agents office.
