They are SO good when it comes to dealing with young children and they have such patience. My daughter lives her haircut and is ecstatic to show all her friends!

I went in asking for my hair to be shoulder length. She started cutting and ended up cutting it to just below my chin saying she was sorry she forgot to take into account that my hair was wavy but it couldnt get out back on now that it was off. I had to stop her from cutting any more because she was just making it shorter by trying to fix it. Wont ever go back

My hair color is fading at the ends quicker than it should... It is supposed to be a permanent color. wash my hair every other day with sulfate free shampoo. I am extremely disappointed that the color did not last! My hair looks bad now! I dont think I will be returning!

Best hair cut I have had in years

I really loved my experience. I dont remember the name of the woman that cut my hair but she had red hair and bangs. She was very personable and listened to what I wanted with my hair. Now I have a lovely little bob with bangs and I am looking forward to cutting it again.

In the past I have had a bad experience at a different salon with getting my hair colored. Jordan was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I I went to Jordan. She listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. She gave me an all over color with 3 different highlights. I LOVE the way it turned out. I would highly recommend Jordan. She did an outstanding job and has a very fun and energetic personality!

Great price and nice staff! Bailley explained it was a tad different with lengths there versus salons. Very helpful to prevent a hair cut that was to short. Will go again.

Finally found someone who can do a good fade! Just seen LEAH CONKLING and she did an Amazing job. I’ve been a few other places around and I always ask “can you fade”. They say yes but I always end up with lines and crappy blends. Very happy with my haircut and will be coming here EVERY TIME!!

I was very happy with the haircut I got from Abby. I came in with a pic of a short asymmetrical bob. She gave me the same style tailored to my face shape.

I wa su able to get my hair and my sons hair cut today due to saying I didn’t want a certain stylist to cut my sons hair. I was not rude about it but the manager thought so. 20 dollars is to expensive for a hair cut that grows out and originally looks awful.

Asked for a fade with 3 inches on top, said she knew what i was talking about. First thing she does is shave the top to a quarter to half inch. I let her no her mistake and she goes on to tell me its hot out and itll grow back. Very unsatisfied

The cuts and dyes have been messed up here, so I may not be giving them another try for a while, if ever. Stylists seemed socially awkward and didnt hold a conversation. All around poor experience.

The girl with purple hair ruined my hair. One of the sideburns was clearly longer, you could tell easily. She was rushing. She didnt take her time. Also some hair was sticking out when i looked in the mirror. I thought its gonna go away when i take shower but it didnt.

The stylist lied saying she had another appointment to the end of the day. Since I was waiting at the nearby Chinese restaurant, I saw that everyone left five minutes later. Because she wanted to leave early, she refused service with 35 minutes remaining and no customers and no reservations outstanding by her own admission the second time. I called the manager the following business day. She claims I must have been belligerent and made the stylist (Leah) feel uncomfortable. Yet the manager admitted that she was in the shop the first time I entered and I was not being belligerent. After the stylist was caught in her lie and I was going out the door, I turned to ask her name. That is the only possible time my voice had an edge - after service had already been declined. The manager did not seem to care that repeat business was lost.

Every time I go here, there is always an issue. First they say check in on the mobile app. I did that today.I made 4 appointments and went in at the scheduled time. I was told that the mobile app didnt work so I should call first. I will NEVER get a haircut from this establishment again. They lost my business.

Some lady doesnt know how to do a mid fade. I wont come here again.

Had a reservation the day before but I got bumped to a later appointment and was waiting around for over an hour before that.

Didnt really get what we asked for. Kept telling the girl to shave the sides and she said ok and only used scissors and was not the look my son was going for. We didnt go back and next place gave him the cut he wanted.

Actually went in and made an appointment for a hair color the day before. And they apparently didnt even write it down. Every time I make an appointment with them there is always a problem. Showed up for my appointment and was told they didnt have anything and they couldnt so it. Never going back again.
