Krystal at Barber Anns did our hair for my recent wedding and did an incredible job. Shes talented, friendly and so accommodating. She offered great suggestions and Id highly recommend her for any occasion.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received on the phone. I was recommended to this salon, I had called and explained what I wanted (1 light streak in my hair), I was greeted with complaints on how tough thatd be, which Im aware itll be a task.. which is why I called a professional. After listening to how hard itd be to do one light streak in my hair I asked so are you unable to do it? in response I received more attitude, and was told these things dont happen over night, Ill have to see you first. In turn I said Id just call another place (because I felt like I was being talked to more as a bother than a customer) she then replied you do that, thatd be good with a very sarcastic tone. Whoever i spoke to was not in the slightest bit trying to help me, I ended up having to schedule something in fond du lac.
