Needed a new shower door after remodeling my bath. Got several bids from various glass companies in Beaumont and very pleased that I chose Action Glass. Charles answered all questions and recommended the door that I needed and wanted. The installation crew did excellent work and were very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this glass business for any and all of your glass needs.

Guys came a few hours after I called. Even though they were only equipped to do auto glass, they had extra time that day and came to see if they could out in a few windows panes. And even though they didnt have all the tools, they made it work and got it done anyway, quickly. They cleaned up and I was happy with the price. Highly recommend.

Our 2005 Winnebago has a dual pane window above the drivers door that the seal had let go on. The previous owner had apparently duct taped it in and we had to use gorilla tape to keep it in place until we could get it looked at. We called and they got us right in. They removed the window and the old caulking cleaned off the tape residue and reinstalled the window (also making a template with all the glass information which they gave us) and had us on the road in about 2 hours! Very professional and very helpful to travelers! So glad we got it fixed there! Highly recommend!

Not so pleased with windshield replacement. Got there on apointed time to pickup my Tacoma and noticed missing parts of the seal around the glass which took back in the shop for another 30 minutes wait.My wife has been telling me she hears wind noise from around the windshield, now I find water leaking inside the cabin. Not a happy camper. Will call in AM to see how long I have to continue soaking the inside of my Tacoma before they can get it done this time with all the rain were having now.WOW I wish I had read reviews before I took my Tacoma there.Have to keep it covered with a tarp now that I know theres a leaking windshield.

If you are looking for a glass company that will do a good job, keep their word and show up to install your mirrors, shower doors, etc. I recommend Action Glass in Beaumont for these type of jobs. They have done work for us in the pasts. Brandon installed the glass walls for the shower before shower door last week. When installing the door the measurement was off due to the wall sloping towards the left by 5/8. He called it in and put a rush order on the door. Charles told me he should get the new door next Wednesday and would schedule it for Thursday.Charles called me this morning and asked if they could install it this Thursday afternoon. Sure thing! Good Job!

They did an amazing job took my car to them oct. 20 around 11:30am they said it’ll be 4hrs before I could get it back but me and my infant just stayed there the whole time. I needed my back window completely replacedon my 14 Nissan Altima, I called Thursday right before they closed and my window was in the next day. It only took them about 30mins to clean and replace it and at about 3:30pm they said I could take it if I want. The price was very reasonable, actually the cheapest I came across in bmt even though I didn’t check all the places. But the staff was also nice, hopefully I won’t have another mistake like that. But if I do they sure will be seeing me again! Thanks a lot!!

No one follows through

Had two windshields replaced one has wind noise the other has crack from side to center. If you buy from them better hope they do it right the frist time you want see them again.

I called and spoke with a lady there who scheduled me for the morning.... Some time then passed so the day before the work was to be done (today May 5th 2015) I called back to verify AM appointment. I got a gentleman on the phone this time, he was very short and matter of fact, almost as if he didnt care what the previous person told me... he said it would be in the afternoon. I said, well I will have to find a place to drive it in... he said cars gotta sit an 4 hours like.... Gotcha! Well guess what Action... there is a place who wants my business. Its Safelite! For the record, I always shop local... If I get something like this, I go elswhere and refer everyone I know elsewhere.

Went in to have the rear window seal replaced. Somehow the front windshield now has a chip and huge crack that was not there when i dropped the truck off
