Glass Doctor replaced three double paned windows in my home that had accumulated moisture and gunk between the panes. Windows look like new! Quick turnaround on ordering glass, installation was done efficiently and clean up was excellent. Will definitely hire again!

I had a chipped windshield that needed repaired quickly. They got me into the shop quickly and were able to fix the chip without any issues. The quality of the repair is great, and their customer service was an A+. I would recommend to anyone.

Came here to get a couple windshield cracks fixed and they were fair, honest, fast, and extremely easy going. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes; the owner even ran me down what he was doing step by step. Pretty cool process to watch and learn. I highly recommend this place!

Tech showed up an hour late, took 10 minutes to get out of his truck, looked at the job and called his boss using the bluetooth from the glass truck for all the neighbors to hear. Boss said if you cant do it Ill call her and go out there today. Tech drove off without any word and the boss called shortly. Boss denied saying he would come out and left us high and dry. I left work for this shenanigans!! Very unprofessional and possibly have the lack of knowledge to replace a broken diamond shaped window.

Had a rock chip on front windshield. Took car in and Louie was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked when i asked him how it would be fixed. The part that was chipped actually had some glass come off and Louie didnt stop til he filled in all that missing glass. Its smooth as heck again and you can barely tell it was there. Ive had rock chips done by others before and they didnt come anywhere close as far as quality work. Thanks Louie! Pomona!!! Lol.

I had a cracked windshield in need of replacement. I picked the glass doctor based on a recommendation. Price on the glass was fair. They came to my home to install the windshield on my vehicle and I must say it is by far the worst experience I’ve had replacing when having a windshield. The owners son installed the windshield to low, where the vin# couldn’t be read through the glass. The trim in the edge of my window was bulging out between the glass and the body. I requested that the owner Louie to come out and look at the window after the install, he told me that he has no control over the vin# being legible because the glass is aftermarket, even though the windshield that they removed was aftermarket, he explained to me and I quote “it is what it is” when questioned about the edge bulging trim he said it’s because it’s in the sun. I explained to him that the workmanship was terrible and that I’d like to have it re-done. He told me to bring the vehicle to his shop to redo the work. My experience was so awful I called him and said I didn’t want him to redo it and that I’d just pay him and take the car to Safelite. He asked me to give him a chance to redo the work so I was fair, and gave him the opportunity. After the second install the windshield was set right and the trim looked good and the vin# was legible, but they left the car a mess with black glue all around the trim pieces on the inside of the window. He told me that the parts are $40 online and he’ll deduct that from the bill because they wouldn’t come clean. Also when we got home and went to open the garage with over head controls they wouldn’t work as well as the dome lights were out, due to a cut wire that I had to find and repair, and replace the popped fuse. This was probably caused by the barbaric saws all they use with a putty knife attachment to remove the window. They are not professionals to say the least and it shows! I wouldn’t recommend these guys if your looking for a windshield to be replaced. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Pay the extra money and use Safelite!

Louie came to our house to replace a broken sliding window. For unknown reasons, the window would not come out of the track. Louie attempted to get the window out for at least 30 minutes with no luck. He had another appt but said if we are able to get it out, to bring it by the shop and he would get it replaced for us. There we a couple more unexpected issues but Louie made completing our job a priority! We were very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Glass Doctor of Beaumont is the place to go for all your glass needs!

My front window was broken and I had to be in LA that night. Louie and his partner game over and worked till about 9 at night to repair the window. Due to the metal bars being bent in the window it would have been easier to just have bought an entirely new window. Instead, they took the time to repair the window and it looks great. Customer services and craftsmanship are important to them.
