I was a new patient and had the best experience there they made me feel comfortable and the staff was amazing. Went to have some work done on day 1 went back for more work a week later and going for more a few more appointments. I wasn’t judge for not seeing a dentist sooner (had bad experiences before so took me awhile to get the courage to go back) and I think I found the one I feel really comfortable with. Thank you so much future patient and more family members will follow soon. Bright Now! Dental thank you again so much.

I never thought Id be sharing a wonderful experience at the DENTIST! But here I am. I made my first appointment with a dentist in nearly 20 years. And I made the appointment with Bright Way Dental in Beaumont California. From the moment I entered the office, I was treated with the utmost in courtesy and respect. After a very brief wait, I was ushered into the x-ray room, then into the procedure room where Dr. White gave me his evaluation of my dental needs; (without the deserved lecture on my dental negligence over the past several years.) Then after a brief meeting with Dr. Whites financial assistant, (who offered me a very reasonable payment program, the costs of which were not nearly what I thought they would be), Dr. White began tending to my dental issues. At the end of a long but pain free day, Dr. White had completed more than half of the work that I honestly thought would take at least several months and that many appointments to complete. I have experienced NO residual pain or discomfort from yesterdays procedures. Unfortunately I didnt get the names of all the people in the office with whom I had contact yesterday, but I wish to thank them all for their professionalism and courtesy ...and for making what I thought would be a difficult experience into an actually pleasant day! Thank you all!

I have been looking for a new dentist since I moved to Beaumont a few months ago. I called an office in Redlands that was booked months out, so after getting a flyer for Bright Now! in the mail, I thought I would give them a try. I filled out all the paperwork before my appointment and took it with me. When I arrived I was not greeted with a hello, or a smile, or even a nod. Someone (Im honestly not sure who) just said, please go outside and come back with a mask on. I was taken aback by the abruptness of the order, but I complied. I have masks in my car, so it was not a problem. When I came right back in, I was asked in rapid-fire if I had an appointment, what time, if I brought my paperwork, that she (the receptionist) needed my ID and insurance card. I handed all that over — still no eye contact nor a hello. As she took my paperwork and laid my paperclips on the counter, she told me to fill out the form on the clipboard. It was a COVID-19 questionnaire. I filled it out and gave it to her; she took it with no thank you or acknowledgment. The lack of any personal, welcoming reception was an eyebrow-raiser to say the least.I sat down to wait. Then I remembered that I had called my previous dentists office to have them email my dental x-rays to them. I went back to the front desk to ask about them. The receptionist and another person were in an animated conversation, and I waited politely. One of them asked if I needed something, so I asked about the x-rays. The receptionist said she had nothing in my file and nothing from my previous dentist and shrugged.I guess I just had enough. I asked for my paperwork, my ID, and I left. I cant believe that this dental office keeps any clients when they treat them with such disregard. After I left, I felt like perhaps I over-reacted, so I called my previous dentists office to confirm the x-rays had been sent. They confirmed they had emailed the x-rays and the date they were emailed. If this is how an appointment STARTS and how care BEGINS, how on earth will it end? No one likes going to the dentist, but to start an appointment with a new dental office stressed out in what feels like a hostile environment makes it so much worse. The Dentists may be great. Ill never know. Two stars, the office looked pretty clean.

I went there for a last minute check up in February, a few days before I quit working, so I could still use my insurance. A nice young doctor examined my teeth and found 3 SMALL cavities. Like I said it was a last minute visit which means that I went there probably two days before I quit working. They could not do the treatment on the same day, so I had to schedule another appointment, and UNFORTUNATELY the same doctor who checked my teeth was not available until after my insurance already expired. Due to this unfortunate fact, I had to schedule with another doctor (lets call him Dr. P. so that later its easier for me to refer to him) and I didnt like him from the moment I first saw him... He seemed very neglectful and careless for the first sight, even without knowing him. I should have listened to the inner voice that told me to just stand up and go home instead of receiving the treatment from him, but unfortunately I didnt because at that time I did not know that I will actually be able to keep my health insurance for 1 more year after I quit, so I was just so focused on not having dental insurance, that I went with him anyway. He did the fillings, I wasnt satisfied with his work right there on the spot already, because while he was working on the cavities he was constantly hitting my front teeth with the tool, which was very annoying and stressful. And of course I wasnt wrong with my first impression, days passed and my teeth were still super sensitive, I could not chew on that side (I have several fillings from decades ago, and never ever I had any similar problems with any of those). So I went back. Dr. P. checked, found nothing of course, but still did some adjustments and said that it should be fine now... well, it wasnt... went back again... I asked for another dr. this time, so lets call him Dr. W. checked me. He seemed a lot more professional and precise, but still did not find anything for the first sight and just assured me that it is like a minor surgery, so it can take up to 3 months to heal (WHAT??? come on, I had so many cavities before and never had any sensitivity after they fixed it) anyway I went home and patiently waited 3 months, basically disabled from chewing on the left side of my mouth because any small pressure on those teeth caused extreme nerval pain. After the 3 months I went back and happened to bescheduled to dr. W. again, who after the first few minutes actually remembered me... He checked my teeth again and surprisingly this time he said that there are some issues that were not done properly and those need to be fixed. But according to him the solution was to do a root canal on ONE of the 3 affected teeth and put a crown. He also said that in this case he is able to fix the other 2 teeth as well. However if I only want the fixing of the current fillings, I will need to go back to Dr. P, since he did the work. I was doubtful and asked if he is sure in that, because why would I have to go back to the doctor who actually messed up my teeth initially, then checked them a few days later and found nothing wrong with them... I said, I dont want to go back to him. Well, Dr. W said, give him a few minutes and hell ask the office manager... the few minutes turned out to be over 30 minutes wait (and I was there with my 5 mo baby). Finally the manager came and this was another surprise, since she was the same lady who was the receptionist before, when I first started going there, lets call her Ms. A. SEE CONTINUATION ON THE PICTURE AS A SCREENSHOT, THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH CARACTER SPACE HERE FOR THE WHOLE THING.

I went in with an infected tooth. For the record my teeth arent in the best of condition.ination doctor said well do 2 root canals. Then he looked more and changed plan and wanted to pull 12 teeth, upper and lower dentures (which Id have to wear a temporary set for 6 months). Told them I was on Social security and couldnt afford my portion of the $32000 ($8000). I asked if there was an alternate plan and I was told NO.
