The dental staff here is great and work diligently to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. Anitra the assistant was very patient friendly during my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

Pure frustration. As others have eloquently mentioned here, do NOT use Lovett Dental if you value your own time in any way. Besides spending nearly an hour to schedule any appointment (on hold, disconnected, waiting for the appropriate person), you will also arrive to find your appointment cancelled with no notice. (We actually got a confirmation email the day before and found the office CLOSED the next day with other uninformed customers standing around. Then, our intelligence was insulted by being told we WERE informed, we just didnt REMEMBER.) Foolishly, we decided to get treatment here because of our insurance. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Another son got better, cheaper treatment in Slidell, Louisiana. I think commuting for treatment would have been more efficient. That sounds like a joke, but its really not. Do yourself a favor. If you have any other option--even waiting until a new treatment option emerges--you should do that.

My daughter started seeing Lovett Dental’s Team at 6 months old! Every visit has been great, and we always enjoy our trips to the Dentist! It’s clean, a positive environment, and they always see us on time! 💗

Personally, coming to this dental office has been some of my best experiences with a dentist office. Usually they tend to be overpriced and rough to schedule appointments or the people who work there tend to be rude, which has not been my experience with lovett dental, there very helpful and have amazing helpful staff, I’ve never had any issues and they’ve even helped me get better dental care and prescriptions prices then most insurance company’s have offered to me.

Wow. If you want to be treated horribly go here. Offices are dirty. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Floors need to be cleaned. Bathrooms are dirty. Chairs in waiting room are stained. Walls are scratched up. Uniforms are nasty and the attitudes of the desk are nasty. This is healthcare. Please work on your cleanliness and attitude. Nothing worse than an employee trying to prove you wrong.

This office is the rudest office I have ever been to.. I have brought my kids here 3 times and all three times I have had issues.. My kids appointment were confirmed for one at 9:30 am and the other at 10:30 am (pictures below) The emails are literally from the day before their appointment, but we get to their appointments and I’m rudely told they will not be seen because their appointments was changed to 8:30 am.. I did not ever get a voicemail or an email saying they are changing my kids appointments hours before they are supposed to be here..

If possible do not use this business. While the staff are friendly and trying to manage what they can, the pure frustration that you are likely to go through during this process is simply not worth it.After being in braces here for 10 months (give or take) I am beyond ready to pay the fees associated with breaking my current contract with Lovett Dental and finding a more competent provider.Any orthodontist matters have to be done only on Mondays during their business hours and for any type of concerns at all outside of this time you are simply out of luck.I have had two surgeries scheduled. The first was cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of the time of the scheduled procedure. The second I was told was a surgery and was actually a consultation. I was told a different time for the second one the day before and could not receive confirmation until the day of about the official time. The amount of planning that goes into the before and after of these procedures on the patient’s side is simply too much for a person to be told things last minute or the day of.It is incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate and a direct result of poor office management. There seems to be ongoing confusion regarding appointments and miscommunication between those who are in office regarding what is actually suppose to be going on.Overall, if you have a job, school, or anything that requires you to request time off or efficient time management, Lovett Dental is not the place for you.

Do not go to this dentist. Poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 5/15/21 at 10:30 am. I received multiple appointment confirmation emails and text confirming this appointment was at 10:30 am. Upon my arrival i was told that my appointment was actually at 10 am. I let them know that all of the documentation that I received from them stated my appointment was at 10:30 am not 10 am. I was then informed that there were no dental hygienist at the office that day and I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was offered no apology or explanation for the lapse in communication. The only thing offered was an opportunity to reschedule my appointment, which I will be cancelling.

One of the worst customer service ever, my daughters appointment is at 3:30 pm and we are still at the office waiting at 5:30 pm with out being called. She is hungry when I asked for service they said I am welcome to reschedule. I wish I had -ve stars to express my disappointment in them. I am still here waiting for service at the time of writing this review.Added photo on may 6th, they just messaged me to say this..? They could have called me and asked for my reschedule. Atleast when they cancel appointment due to their issue.

I had 7 teeth removed today at Lovett dental in Beaumont tx with doctor David Tran. I had a lot of questions and Dr Tran along with his nurses assisting him answered all my questions with no problems. They were all very respectful and willing to hear my worries. Dr Tran is soft spoken and really kind. My anxiety was bad and I asked so many questions and not once did he get aggravated having to answer my questions.I was under IV sedation. I remember worrying so much and the next thing I knew I was in my truck with my husband bringing me home. The lady in the office that I signed paper work with was very friendly and reassured me I was in good hands and I would be taken care of. She told me many times not to worry. The lady’s behind the front counter were nice, one lady sitting down acted mad at the world and like she didn’t care to be there. Happy she wasnt the surgeon! If your needing to get a dental surgery I would recommend Dr. David Tran. He is good at what he does and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Showed up at 10:30 and I was in my truck and on my way home a little after 12. I’ll update on the healing process in a few days. Thanks Lovett dental, and thanks Dr David Tran!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT GO HERE! She didnt even have a cavity! My daughter has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, as many do. Dr. Tran was extremely impatient with her and the questions I had about getting her cavity filled. He acted like we were wasting his time and it was obvious he just thought of his patients as dollar signs. The staff wasnt much better. One girl asked my daughter how old she was and when she told her, the girl scoffed and said she shouldt be scared at this age. There is no excuse to talk to a frightened child like that! We did not go back. We went to a different dentist that was happy to work with us. And the new dentist informed us my daughter didnt even have a cavity!!!

After searching for a dentist because my regular dentist no longer took my insurance, I ended up at Lovett Dentist.The doctor I was assigned was Dr.Jose Rivera-GautierBeing afraid of needles I knew this was going to be a challenge. Doctor Gautier and his assistant was so kind and professional. Their calming demeanor took my anxiety away. Getting ready for the big finale of the removal of the tooth. Doctor Gautier had already removed and stitch the gums.I would recommend him to anyone that need a good dentist.

Lovett Dental on Dowlen in Beaumont...Charged me $50 for mouth wash in order to get my teeth cleaned due to “new covid regulations” yet NO other dentist ever even heard of such thing when I called around to ask other (5 other dentist locations) Smh! Such a gimmick. Do NOT go here!

DONT GO HERE. Very unprofessional. You wait almost 2 hours before seeing dentist. Had 1 very loose tooth to be pulled. Dentist put pink anticep on and didnt wait. Shot be twice,extreme pain. Keep pushing me to pull other 4 left at same time. I have great dental ins. They dont accept secondary ins. SMH. Way over price for services. Doesnt cost 300.00 to pull one tooth. Also employee by patients not wearing a mask and com0lained to me that a lady in waiting room said shed report het,if she didnt wear her mask.

My mom, Arbab Shah, had an appointment at 2:30. She got there on time, but the staff was so unprofessional. They checked her around 4. Appointment is an agreement between the two parties to meet at a given time. What is the point of having appointments if you will behave like this. I am a businessman myself and I do not like to give bad feedback, however, I cannot stand unethical service either. You guys need to respect people’s time. If you cannot see them soon, just say it. Hopefully they will improve with time and people won’t get upset like my mom did.

Dont go to this Dentist, Staff is very unprofessional. And Filthy. The lady at the front refused to call me by name and was calling my name in her language in Spanish. I was disgusted by the filth when I got called to the back and had also made them go get new clean instruments to use in my mouth. Because the Dentist which was rude and unprofessional as well telling me that his tools were clean and I told him your not putting that in my mouth go get a new one. I have also reported them to the Dentist Board of licences and sent them the pictures of the room I was waiting in. We are in a pandemic and they arent taking it serious either. Today’s visit at the Beaumont location was UNPLEASANT!!! I called and scheduled a teeth cleaning, and it was scheduled for 3:30 on a Thursday. I paid for my visit as soon as I got there because they asked me to. After being there since 3:15, I didn’t get pulled back until 5:00 because they were behind on their work. That’s understandable, I know businesses can get busy. Since it was 5:00 when I got pulled back, they told me I wasn’t able to get my cleaning done because it was already closing time and that I had to reschedule for another day. They then told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund and had to pay again at my next visit if I wanted to proceed to get my teeth cleaned. The staff was very unprofessional. Charging me for a service I never received, even after being there hours prior to them closing. I will NEVER bring my business back to Lovett dental.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and I presented my insurance information and waited to be seen. Went back to x-ray and the lady asked what brings you in. So I tell her that I have a broken tooth that Id like to have removed and replaced. That there isnt much tooth on the outside and may require oral surgery. Get x-ray out of the way then I wait for what seemed like over an hour to have a Dr bring in the x-ray film and ask what brings you in. So I, once again, repeat myself only to have what i just relayed to the Dr relayed, almost verbatim, right back to me. She added that the procedure(s) may be expensive but that I have a few out of pocket options. I explained that I had given the receptionist my insurance information and that I did not have dental insurance per say but that I had a discount plan with a yearly allowance through my insurance policy that covered any office visit co-pay with a $2,000 yearly allowance and special pricing. I ended up paying out of pocket for the visit and the office administrator said that she would research my benefits and get back with me. FFWD 3wks and I havent heard anything from anyone. I obtained a benefits summary and emailed them not once but twice. I called to make sure they received the information and I was out on hold only to be patched in on another patients call. Im starting to wonder if I should go elsewhere. FFWD 2wks and I get a call stating that I owe them over $200 for the office visit and x-ray because you do not have dental insurance . Once again, I provide my benefits summary and phone # to reach my carrier. FFWD 2wks...I still have not heard from anyone at Lovett Dental so I call them to see if they have yet to do their job. I asked the lady who answered the phone if she could check my file to see if my balance had been resolved and she checked only to relay that I have a substantial balance . I asked her if my insurance had been billed and she asked what my insurance was because there was nothing on file....FML!!!! Id be doing better if I went to a clown college to have my dental work done!!!!

Awesome, caring staff. They were so great with making my 8 year old feel comfortable and kept him engaged with the whole process. They gave a full explanation of my out of pocket so that I can be fully prepared for what to expect. Very affordable too! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing friendly staff

I have attempted to make two different appointments for my elderly residents. I give them the insurance information the day I call and they have PLENTY of time to call insurance but instead they wait until the day of and have these elderly residents go out there just to turn around and leave. Business office SHOULD be calling before the day of.

My experience was horrible first let me start by saying when you a dentist you come in and introduce yourself to your patients that didn’t happen and the assistant didn’t even introduce herself and I still don’t know his name. While I’m getting my wisdom tooth and another tooth taking out they talking about the staff filing for unemployment while I’m nervous neither one of the comfort me. When I tell him that it was the worst experience with a dentist he states well it’s not my fault your tooth is hard to get out. Then I had to go to Houston to get the teeth taking out because the tools they had was not working properly Now mrs Abby she was great I will not be returning back.

This is the worst dentist office Ive ever used. I am amazed that they have so many good reviews. I dont have any complaints about the actual dentists but the way they run their office is ridiculous. Ive used them for the past couple of years due to it being the only place near me that my insurance would cover. They are way over booked and it takes months to get in for a cleaning. Every visit always takes several hours. My husband just had dental work that has been needed for over a year but due to having to schedule months in advance and him working out of town and never knowing exactly when hell be home they were unable to accommodate his work schedule. After telling them numerous times our insurance had changed and giving them the correct info they still filed it with the wrong insurance. Which for some reason is still active and accepted it but I still think it should be corrected because one if they catch the mistake later its going to be a big mess down the road and two Im not so sure it wouldve cost us so much out of pocket on the new insurance. They do not want to correct it and do not want to check and tell me how much we wouldve paid out of pocket with the correct one. One thing my husband had done was replacing a crown. When the new crown came in he went to have it put in and it wouldnt fit. After doing quite a bit of filing on it and trying to make it fit the dentist finally says I dont think this is his crown! My most recent visit I was scheduled for a cleaning. They did an exam anyway and after being there for over an hour I was told they couldnt do my cleaning because my 1 year old was being fussy. They didnt even tell the girl up front so she almost charged me for things related to the cleaning. Also, after sitting forever and finally getting to go to the back and see the dentist, when youre done they dont just check you out. They make you go sit and wait some more until theyre ready to check you out. I would rather cancel my insurance and pay cash than continue using this place. Its always a bad experience.

Im usually very hesitant to try out a new dentist but after moving to this area recently I needed to find a place to have my dental needs taken care of. The entire initial visit from check in to scheduling my treatment was nothing short of fantastic. The front desk girls made me feel at home and Dr. Song was fantastic. He explained to me the treatment that I needed and did not try to hard sell me on any unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Song and his team here at Lovett Dental.

Hey I went to this dentist office I paid the amount they told me The first time I went they were so nice to me They pulled 2 teeth and was suppose to add to my partial Iwaited and 5 weeks passed I did not hear from them Icalled and they lost my partial Icalled and they said they was going to do another one Every time I call it is excuses and one of the ladies was very rude to me I still dont have my partial after 2 months Icall and call the partial still not there I will not send any one to lovett dental

I have never left a negative review but I am extremely upset. I spent hours calling every ortho in Beaumont to find one that accepts our insurance. I explained I was looking for an ortho for my son who has impacted canines and yes they accept our insurance and can get us in at 8am the next morning. We get there and first wait until 8:10 for the staff to even arrive to unlock the door. Then after filling out all paperwork I’m told that we are scheduled with the wrong dept and that the next available appt is in 3 months. We drove 30 min and shuffled appts to get him in ASAP to be told that. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.

I take both of my kids here. My four year old loves going to the dentist because they have made him comfortable with the process. My daughter is 13 and has had braces for 6 months. They’re thorough with her and really care that she achieves a beautiful smile. Her teeth already look better!

Very rude staff..walked in and hispanic lady just looked at me i said hello..i started explaining to her that i think my bone graph came out..she said i doubt..then i continued to tell her i dont think the infection is moving she cut me off and said hold on sign in let me take your temperature i got other ppls paperwork in front of me..i see why they got negative reviewa and while im sitting here shew making several personal phone calls..but shes loaded with paper work

By far the worst experience ever!! There is probably a bunch of good reviews because they bribe their customers with a free whitening. The doctor pretty much rushed through my exam and the hygienist looked to be distracted the whole time. Even after my exam I probably would have even returned for the follow up. Until they had me sit in the waiting room to go over my dental plan. 30 minutes later of waiting, they told me to go home and that they would call me. I had to leave work to go to this appointment so the extra half hour of pointless sitting was irritating. 3 weeks later I still did not hear anything from these people to go over my dental plan so I call them. They told me they would email me my dental plan and now its 2 months later and I still havent received anything. In the end, they used up my annual check up covered by my insurance and Im willing to pay for a different check up somewhere else just so I dont have to see them again. I made it clear that I was in pain from a cavity and they did NOTHING!!! I never write reviews, even if the service sucks, but this place was just so terrible to deal with that Im still upset.

The pediatric dentist is awful. If I could leave zero stars I would. My son left the office with scratches on his face, blister on the back of his foot, scratches on his wrist, and traumatized. He was restrained during his extraction and caps using the papoos board. He is 4. He was terrified and fought and screamed for over an hour. Instead of telling me to reschedule and have him sedated, the dentist proceeded with the procedure. Once she started, I wasn’t allowed in the room to check on my child. I sat in the lobby crying the entire time. When I got my son from the back, he was drenched in sweat. I was assured by the assistants that he was fine during the procedure. But my child shouldn’t have left a dental office with scratches, blisters, and traumatized.

I just finished having my first dental cleaning this morning at Lovett Dental and it was a very informative, professional and pleasant experience. 5 stars all around from beginning of process until end! Thank you and see you again in 6 months!

I never ever give places bad reviews, but for this place, it is necessary. This is one of the few dentists in network for my child, but after my experiences here, I go out of network and pay more out of pocket. My child has always been great at brushing his own teeth and never had a problem with doing so. The pediatric dentist here made him sit on my lap facing me and then lay down on his lap with my childs head being on his lap. My child, of course, did not like that and wanted to get up and was squirming. The dentist then instructed me to hold him down while hes screaming to get up. This was very traumatic for a toddler. I didnt like the way this goes and have switched to Childrens Dentistry of Beaumont. That place is worth paying extra!! I will never use Lovett again.
