Weve had a great experience with GuardTech. Weve used several different pest management companies in the past but have been with GuardTech for several years now and plan to stay with them. Their prices are fair and their services provide excellent value. They are always on time and give you a call when theyre a few minutes away to let you know theyre close. I really appreciate that. We had a unique situation with a squirrel that kept entering and exiting our attic and GuardTech solved the problem. Fred Turner and his team installed a mosquito misting system that has provided a great solution to the mosquito problem outside in SETX--at least in our yard. The misting system was an excellent value and Fred did a great job with it, and has provided great follow-up adjustments to the timing of the misting and coordinating it with our sprinkler system to maximize the benefit to killing those dang mosquitos. Now we can enjoy being outside without having to worry about mosquito bites. Its really cool. All in all, Id say give GuardTech a try. Theyre the best pest management company our area has to offer, and the misting system is an investment worth exploring.

We had our termite inspection/treatment & regular quarterly pest control services completed on the same day. The pest control technicians arrived on time, verified services to be provided and took time to cover all areas. They were very thorough in their inspection as well as treatments. Excellent customer service!

I have been with this service company for quite some years, they handle our business, our homes, our parents homes, and other properties. They have such a great team- Tara is wonderful, we love Jessica as well. We had Mr. Lester for the longest time, and he was so trustworthy and kind that we felt we could leave him with our mothers and know that he was going to treat them with the utmost respect. Not only that, but WE DONT HAVE BUGS!! And in Southeast Texas, that says a lot! We do the quarterly service, sometimes it takes a bit of footwork to get scheduled because we have a lot to do, but they always work with us to accommodate our schedules. We had one property that we stopped doing quarterly while it was leased and we ended up with a bug problem, so now we just do them all and no more issues. Thank you for being so wonderful for us!

These guys went above and beyond for us on a complicated commercial building in downtown Beaumont. Fred and Jared worked hard and knocked out a heavy infestation that was eating away our building in just a few hours. They were kind, patient and explained all of the details on how the termites work, how best to treat them and what to expect. The pricing was very reasonable and the service impeccable. I got a quote quickly, they showed up exactly when requested and when I dropped the ball and forgot to have them come out before construction began, they came that next day because they cared that much. Well done guys. Absolutely well done!!

I used another pest company before and they really didnt care about concerns.... My mom has a lot of problems with chemicals, I own rental properties and have a lady who really does not like bugs. Trey was the one who came out and he really asked and answered both ladies questions about their bugs, about their concerns, talked to them about the chemicals and how to get the most out of the treatment. He spent a little extra time and made them feel great. Also - just know - when they give you a time window - they are on time! It was not please be home between 8am and 2pm no - they give you a time and I really appreciated it. Also the girl who schedules things, really sweet - makes the difference. I will only use this company for my home and rental properties.

We recently purchased a home that had an enormous fire ant infestation. We have had Eric and Fred out twice. We have iniated contact with Eric each time a problem rose and he arranged for someone to come out and we appreciated the urgency they put on our problem. Most recently, Fred came out a 2nd time, and did some investgative work and discovered a mound under our bathtub and took care of it for us. Thank you Guard Tech!

Extremely unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed. When I finally got an inspection report (they apparently came by without consent), they said almost $1,000 dollars of treatment was needed. So I called in a second opinion. There were no termites and I even walked around with the guy, pointing out the termite locations. They were ants.
