From first speaking with the ladies in he office, the guy that did the initial inspection and then our technician, Troy, everyone has been pleasant and helpful. Our tech came out and was super nice and was very informative. He really took customer service to the next level, like he wasnt just there to do a job, but treated us like family and put my mind at ease knowing they were there to take care of our issues. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Orange, TX team. We have used them 3 times - termite bomb installation, routine house spray and flea spray. Shane Wilkerson was our inspector both times. He was SO NICE and was very honest and did more than was expected of him. For the flea inspection, Shane told us that it would be about 10 days before he could get a tech to our house due to COVID. I explained that I had a baby and we couldnt wait that long. He made a call to his scheduler (I think her name was Jennifer) and she had a tech (Jason Young) come out on a weekend (they normally only work M-F). WOW! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with their concern for us and the sense of urgency. I will never call anyone else but the Bill Clark team in Orange, TX!

Our insect problem is mostly spiders, since we live in a lake community. This is the second time the house has been treated. We are on a three month plan with Bill Clark PC. Troy is our insect specialist and he does a very thorough job. We are happy with our service.

The Bill Clark Pest Control Technicians arrived on time & introduced themselves. After explaining the exterminating procedure they began the process. Impressively, they maneuvered there equipment into place and worked very well throughout the process and completed the job in aprofessional manner. The Lead Technician, Willie Shefflette, was extremely cooperative with me each time I made an inquiry during their process of performing their treatment procedure. What is the deal with Bill Clark pest control spraying the neighborhood at 8:30PM when children are out playing at the park, people of the neighborhood are out walking their dogs, etc.? Am I the only one that is concerned about this? While, yes, Im thankful that the City of Lumberton does this to help control pests such as mosquitoes, there are more appropriate & safe times to do so and frankly I value my health, current, and future well being... I was passed 3 times in less than 15 minutes & not once did the driver bother to shut the spraying down not even while passing directly by me. I was infuriated by the 3rd pass & began motioning for him to shut the mist down while passing me & he just waved me off as if I were the nuisance, unbelievable. Ironically he wasnt willing to roll his window down & breathe in the same insecticide that he expected all of us to. If those were his own children playing at the park, I cant image that he wouldnt move them inside.I have called & made formal complaints to both Jeff Franks of Bill Clark & the City of Lumberton manger Steve Clark. Clearly, my concerns were not heard. Franks explained what a large job this is & assured me that if his drivers were to pass a civilian that they were to shut down the fogger until they passed by the individual at least, I have yet to witness this happen. I made certain the driver today saw me & he positively didnt give a rip.  Clark, City manager, told me he would try to post something in the paper warning citizens of the time frames this typically takes place, so that we can at least be informed & know when to expect this stuff to be blasted in our faces and stay inside if we dont want to inhale it directly and face side effects (whether now or in the long term). I have yet to see this article, but if anyone has noticed it, please share it online so that others are informed.On the evening of Monday, March 26th around 9:30-10PM, I was walking in the neighborhood with my dog when a single cab truck driven by Bill Clark personnel -employed by the City of Lumberton- was spraying insecticide & passed me three different times without ever turning off OR stopping to caution me OR give me the opportunity to move indoors.This same incident happened again on 07/02/2018 around 8:30PM, while I witnessed children outside playing at the park. Again, 3 passes, flagged him down, made sure he saw me, no stopping, no concern.Please review the cautions given in the material provided to me by Bill Clark, stating that this fogger may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.  Additionally the only active ingredients actually listed are the harmless oils and then the other 83% of the ingredients are unnamed, probably due to their harmful nature.Please be informed that this is supposed to be taking place on Monday evenings, keep yourself, children, and animals inside during this time if at all possible. It appears that its taking place somewhere between 8-10PM.  If I were the Mayor or City Manger of Lumberton, TX, you can bet that I would order this to be done during late hours when at least more of the citizens I have an oath to look out for are indoors sleeping.If Bill Clark is not equipped to handle the job only during sleeping hours perhaps its time the City hires a larger outfit that can. I have never lived in another city that has executed this service while its tax paying citizens are out enjoying summer weather and Ive lived in enough different cities to know.

The best investment we have made for our home!!!We tried to get rid of bugs and rats ourselves and nothing store bought worked... when they came and sprayed and installed the bait buckets it was literally refreshing. Within a few weeks there was no more rats and any bug that we found inside was dead when we found it. 100% the best call we have made.

Our representative, Ray Carder, who comes to our home, is like part of our family. He really knows my children, family, and even my dog, and is always positive and professional. He always answers any questions and meets our pest control needs. Ray even goes out of his way to accommodate us, and he never judges us on our clutter! The best pest control company in south east Texas. If you have termites I highly recommend their services. I use them for yearly termite services and quarterly pest control. Lady bugs, salamanders, spiders etc all used to find their way into my home. In the year since I hired them, I can count on 1 hand how many bugs have made their way into my home. Bill Clark is the most professional pest control service in Beaumont. They are not the cheapest, but when you have a problem with rats and mice, like I did, you want the problem solved. Justin was our tech and he explained everything, handled the problem, and even took steps to prevent it from happening again.

You pay for a service contract to have to call them 2-3 times in-between visits because what they do doesnt work. They slso tell you they will have someone call. No one does. Then after hours or weekend person doesnt have a computer to verify any of your information so you wait 2-3 days to see if they will call you. Meanwhile you have ants running rampant through your house for which you pay / paid to have taken care of after a year of service.

When we first moved into our home it was a pest nightmare. Fleas, termites, roaches, and furry critters lived and moved around freely like they paid rent. Now that we have regular service, my free loaders have moved out and stay out!

I have used Bill Clark since March 2009. We havent had any issues with pest at all (insects, rodents, etc.). Scheduling is easy and the employees are always punctual, professional, and courteous. I reccomend them to all of my family and friends.

March 2017, Bill Clark Pest Control sent out Roy Henslee to check out my home and he found termites inside a bedroom, walk in closet, under the bathtub and a place in the attic. I gladly signed the contract. An appointment was set and Gary Brown came to exterminate inside and around my house. He drilled holes and filled them with the insecticide, and in different spots on my patio and bathroom, etc. it took most the day because my home is big, but he was hardworking and very patient & understanding with all my questions. Later, another guy came out to help.Since then, I only ask to schedule my annual inspections with Gary!Recently, I found out that I possibly had a raccoon in my attic. I called Bill Clark and even though the animal expert, Troy was booked through the next two months, he came a few days later to check my attic. I have holes in my vents around the soffits of my home and he found prints the raccoon left. The girls in the office are awesome, as well. Brenda and Jana! I’ll never use any other company!

Roaches not gone after 3 tries, but on the 4th visit, Ron the service manager assured me that they would keep coming until they got rid of them. Troy has been a good tech, and once the roaches are gone, Ill sign up for the quarterly plan.

Definitely was vary happy with service first treatment killed everything! We got the start up package 2 treatments then the every 3 months treatment I definitely recommend them and they warranty there treatment 🙌 that’s what I was looking for it a pest control company.

Horribly disappointed in the termite treatment, very evident that they are less than thorough in their approach when compared to other companies such as Orkin. The insect treatment is adequate but still lacks in many areas.Do yourself a favor and compare with other companies before do anything.
