Terrible company to do business with, cant talk to anyone and when you do you get transferred to Arizona. This company sucks.

Have to call every week to get them to perform the service that I paid 3 months in advance for. After this billing cycle, I will not renew.

Horrible service. Un Profesional. Would leave my trash can on the ground fallen over. Destroyed the wooden Bay I would leave the trash out for. Worst service and will leach money in any form if you try to close your account.

Kept leaving rolling bins in the street. Went to Piney Woods. I have 3 commercial dumpsters at other location. After using 10 roll-offs after Harvey, they jacked by dumpster rates 50% . Then cut them with a 3yr contract. After 1st year, went up 25%. I cancelled and they hit me for 60 more days. Bill is due 5 days after you get it, and customer service take 2 days to get through. Use anyone but them. I went to Acadian Waste Service with a flat rate 60% less. Run from Republic!

Used them for 3 years. Started out great. Not sure what happen. Unreliable. Canceled my service about 3 months ago. Kept calling them to pick up the trash cans. They finally picked them up. And they continue to bill me. Not sure what to do. Hate to cancel my credit card.

Had a bulk pick up scheduled for today. Even called to confirm everything was in their system correctly this afternoon. Here we are at 8 pm dragging it all back into the garage because no one showed up. How hard can this really be. Terrible service and its only the second week we have had them.

I have not had a correct bill yet. The first bill was over $400 on a $35 trash can. I have only been with the company about 5 months, and never seen a bill under $170. The stopped picking up my cans bc I was overpaying, but their account (which was wrong) kept saying I was behind. I have talked to over 6 representatives, and the bill continues to be wrong. Ridiculous!

Missed 3 trash pickups in a row and did not pick up my trash two other times during one billing period, (which is 3 months) and refused to pro-rate it or even work with me about getting trash truck out to my property to grab all the trash they missed. After speaking to a lady on January 3rd about cancelling my service they supposedly cancelled my service. end of February comes around and I have an outrageous bill and they are telling me thats for picking up their trash can from my property and service cancellation fees. When I asked to speak to a supervisor i was put on hold for an hour and a half before I was hung up on.

We are mon/wed/fri/sat and the guy almost never shows on monday. This week its mon and wed. It got so bad we are having to document when he shows.

Didnt come on trash day trash fell over left it in the ditch didnt bother picking it up after expressing Our concern several times we canceled service picked up trash can still left trash in the ditch the only good reviews probably come from employees

Missed pickups for no reason at least once a month.

I have service with these people and they always miss pickup! You have to talk to someone in Arizona they have no clue whats going on!! I have been missed on pickup twice this week and still waiting
