Fast and efficient! When all hope seemed lost for my laptop, the heroes at this shop performed a godlike miracle in such a short amount of time. My laptop is now running like it’s right of the box new and I could be any happier. If I could give them 20 stars I would!!!!!

When I went into Computer Dimensions with my “destroyed” iPhone, they were able to have it fixed within a matter of 48 hours, and notified me as soon as they had it fixed. They had great service, and knew exactly what the internal problem within the iPhone in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in Beaumont or any surrounding cities.

I recently dropped my iPhone and it cracked so I decided to take a chance and come here for a repair. I am so glad I did!! They were very knowledgeable and repaired my phone before the day was over!! The cost was reasonable too! I would have paid a lot more in other places. Overall, I recommend this place 100%!! I will be coming back if I have a problem with my phone or Macbook.

Been to these people few times over the years and they have always been knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. The last visit was a complete surprise! Went to check if battery could be replaced and times and cost etc And walked out 10 minutes later with a new battery installed. If you have questions about your Apples don’t go to places who sell you oranges LOL. Go to computer Dimensions.

An only true Apple store in Beaumont!!! They have wide range and newly released products like iPhone, Mac book, Ipad and their offered price is cheaper than even buying directly from Apple, save me costs of delivery too. Very friendly, knowledgeable owner and professional staff who helped fixing my stuff and change battery, made it perfectly ready while I shop at opposite HEB. Such a time saving and convenient locating place. I bet nowhere can beat their reasonable charge for excellent service. Highly recommended.

Jason and Tony at Computer Dimensions were SO helpful! They explained everything really well to me, they were efficient and there were able to help me with an issue that no one else could figure out. The store is super clean, laid out really well and the guys are incredibly knowledgeable.

I took an old Macbook in and Tony was able to get it up and running quickly and at a fair price. The store has a large selection of new computers and I will be returning when it is time to buy a new one. This was a much better experience than going to the Apple store. A+!

I recently had one of the best customer-service experiences in years at Computer Dimensions in Beaumont. My old MacBook Air was on the blink, so I brought it into the store. When I described the symptoms, Jason diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me a set of options. I decided to buy a new laptop then and there, and Jason said he would migrate my data from the old computer onto the new one and I could pick it up in a few hours. Great! But I later realized that Id forgotten to mention that I preferred to use a nonstandard keypad -- one that had to be specially ordered. I called the store back and explained my mistake. The whole team could not have been nicer or more professional in sorting things out, and Ill now buy the model I prefer with the special keypad. Absolutely 5-Star service from Jason and the whole team at Computer Dimensions in Beaumont!

This place is professional and doesnt have the long wait times and crowds that the Apple store has in Houston. If you think you will drive to the Galleria and get an issue handled when you walk in, you are in for a rude awakening. With this place right here in Beaumont you can walk right in and get a problem diagnosed or buy something new quick and easily. If you want to go to an Apple store and make an entire day out of saving a small amount of money while wasting hours and hours of additional time thats on you. I will always appreciate Beaumont at least having this authorized apple store over not having anything at all.

After shopping around Houston for a new laptop, I was happy to find the same model for a cheaper price here in my hometown. Shop local y’all!

Staff is really knowledgable and friendly. I was having an issue with my laptop that Apple Care could not solve and they did! They also unlocked a iPhone for $35 in 15 minutes!!! We had stressed over that all day before going to them and they fixed all of our issues in what seemed like 2 minutes.

I went in this store without a mask (due to health reasons) and the bearded guy yells at me from the counter about the mask. I had just walked in turned around and walked out. Great way to treat customers who pay money so this business can pay its bills and payroll.

They are the only Apple authorized retailer in the area so they have a monopoly and WILL overcharge you. They charged a $125 diagnostic fee for my MacBook Pro just to run a few tests and told me they will have to replace the logic board and possibly the battery and the total charge would be $972.I took it to Apple store in Houston. No diagnostic fee, and they charged me flat $575 for repairing/replacing ANYTHING they found faulty. They ended up changing the logic board and battery. See receipts for evidence.To sum it up, DO NOT go to this store. Your visit to an Apple store in Houston will be worthwhile and you will end up saving a lot of money.

While they do not have the same feel as a real Apple Store, they have a great selection and service team! The prices are typical Apple style, so dont expect bargains of the century. Very friendly staff.

I read all four previous reviews by the time Im wring this. However, we, my family has giving their repair service the highest rating, 5/5 and highly highly recommended. For the last five years or more, we have brought many Apple products such as two different imacs 27in, two or three different MacBook pro 15,one or two macbook 13 in ...for repair at Computer Dimensions, Beaumont, TX. Some we had to pay for the labor(At the time the diagnostic charge out of guaranty was like $69 and now $100.00)and parts. One of the imacs 27 in, I had to pay close to $600 few years back. Others were about more than $300.00 each. Some we paid nothing($0) even not diagnostic charge because they were still under guaranty and not our faults like water damaged, software... And those with the receipts showed replaced parts $500-$600 each easily as in the case of the logic boards replacements.They deserve the highest rating at least the repair service because:1. Staff is friendly courteous and helpful. Some even tried to quick check such as it was battery charged problem or not before officially logged in for repair2. The repair technician, Jason ( He is the only one so far fixed all our Apple products) is highly skilled,very efficient, very professional and as trustworthy as well. He always gives a brief but condensed call about the products problem, usually about 1 or 2 days after we left the product. He will tell if not under guaranty what the cost for part and labor is. Once we agree, he will proceed(to order part) and usually take one or two days to have the product back. All the products after repair do have the guaranteed cover but so far we have not brought the same product back second time. We love the way Jasons communication skills. Here was the problem of the product. Here was the solution. Here was the total charge,if not under guaranty. And if agreed, here would be the date the repaired product be ready for pick up.We have not written a review before on their behalf even we have been their customers for years. We do not hesitate to bring an Apple product for repair at their shop at all. We have even not negotiated with their out of guaranty labor and part charge because Jason has provided great quality of repair and, at least in our opinion, the charges have been fair. Especially, we are always been notified first for the charge and if we would not agree we should pay only the diagnostic fee which was collected first hand anyway.Thanks Apple not only for their wonderful products( FYI My family of five started with Windows products for many years before we tried Apple ones and we have loved them. At the start my children did not like Apple products because its high tech such as one finger touch, two finger swipe, three... as well as the commands C, O... but not before long they love them.We have more than 30 Apple products from i phones, ipads, ipads mini, ipods, imacs,Macbook pro different sizes 11,13,15,17, macbook air...not iwatch though :)) as well as having a valuable team in such the small city.Jason and his staff should be recognized not only by praises but should be also financially awarded by Apple who has trying to possess the best personnels in its keep-thriving wealthy corporation.So for readers, if you need to repair a Apple product, dont hesitate to bring it in to Jason at Computer Dimensions in Beaumont, TX You wont be disappointed.
