I would like too start with saying this is amazing company & professional staff. What a way too start the new year with all my needs which internet for professional & personal and my cameras are top knotch and my service for my new T.V. more channels and the clarity is perfect and the service I received and my billing was all very affordable and Satisfying. I truly would recommend this company not too mention speaks volumes there very established and have been around for many years.once again thank you all @ Advanced Electronics & Happy ~2021 ~ new year!!❤️🤍💙

The images online are not of the business itself, but of what, I assume, is the work they’ve done for some of their customers. Their office wasn’t the easiest to find because their name isn’t on the marquee that you can see from the street. The suites where their office is located are a little rough looking, and inside smells strongly of cigarettes. It was messy inside with papers and boxes stacked in corners, on and under desks. I’m not sure what the standard is for TV repair work, but for an approximately 55” Sharp TV, they wanted a $50 non-refundable deposit for diagnostics, $100 for labor, $100 for pick up, plus additional costs for parts, etc. I have no problem with paying for labor and parts, but the pick up price definitely seemed steep or even completely unnecessary. I was willing to transport my own TV so why wouldn’t I be willing to pick it up once I can actually use it? Why should I be charged to pick it up? People have been telling me that I could buy a new TV for the price of the cost of repairs, and I have to say that they may be right. I didn’t opt to use their services, but based on my experience with finding their office, seeing inside where they do their repairs and paperwork, and speaking with “the only TV repairman” they have, I decided to take my business elsewhere or take the loss of the TV. They may do amazing work - I wouldn’t know - but they just didn’t seem like a good fit for me.

Outstanding customer service! My home audio sounds better than going to the movies now! They also took care of my wifi and network in my new construction home. Ill definitely use them again for any of my A/V and network needs!

They were all nice when we were in the store to discuss the plan for dish, that they would be the ones to handle all service calls, they could be reached on weekend, and they could answer all questions that we might have. However, that ended after they sent someone out to install the system. The person they sent out to install the equipment had no clue what he was doing and could not answer any questions about how the system worked, not even a question about what button was we would use for doing searches, or where we would do any searches. We have had nothing but problems with the Dish system and no response from this company even thou when the contract was signed they guaranteed they were the ones to handle all service calls. When a call was placed, within a week of them installing the system they gave the impression that they could not be bothered with the call, since the call we have not received a phone back and am still waiting for over a month since I placed that phone call. This is not the way that you do business and expect to keep the business going. I have been asked more times than I can count about them since they are a local company and my response has been “ run do not pass go and do not stop at that business, you are better off calling Dish themselves. “I would not send a dog to the Flower Brothers dba as Advanced Electronics. They do not deserve their rating that they have for the Better Business Bureau.
