From a Customer Service side, MyKeesha Besant, was absolutely amazing ! As soon as I opened the door she was smiling . Helped me the entire process and was very friendly and looked like she enjoyed helping me . People like that are what drives business.

They are very helpful and care people that work at this bank.

They stole my money after closing out my account and killing my card before my direct deposits hit but they open the account to take my money but never for me to use my card to make any purchases they bank is really less than one Star., and I dont advise anyone to use this bank

Went in this morning to take care of some business but why was the main door locked at 9:20 a.m. when they open at 9:00 a.m.? I guess this is their way of making me use the new automated teller.

Went there to cash my check and was denied due to them not being familiar with the company I work with. Even though I’ve been cashing my checks with them for a few months they still denied me.

Great customer service but they never answer the phone.
