The manager used my personal information and took out the maximum amount for an installment loan. They were able to put me on a list that basically stopped other employees from reminder calls and avoid the check to hit my bank. I was put into collections by an agency, and that is how I found out. I never ever was able to get in touch with the supervisors that gave me the run around. Finally someone called and said they had paid off my loan, which still completely unsatisfactory, because I never took a loan out and it still showed a negative reflection on my credit. You should not trust this place. The employee who helped me and told me the entire scheme, was also the whistle-blower on the operation. She is outstanding and now works at a nearby bank.

Best service ever most comfortable and fast Ive ever experienced with a check cashing place. The manager was very good

Although the staff is friendly when applying for loan.. After verifying my bank info and check stubs from my job, they actually called like the paper trail was not enough. To make matters worse, after paying double of my payment the next day, not even 24 hours after my payment is due they charge my account and created overdraft fees. Then run out the door behind me and say my account had been charged and to get a refund I would have to get a paper from my bank saying it went through. Ha ha ha.. I got the paper went to the store and now I have to call the bank on speaker so they can verify that I couldnt cancel the payment.. I dont know if they where stereotyping me but paid the long in full the same day this happened. I would not be going back n I would suggest no one else does unless its a last option.
