I have went to BlueWave before to wash my car. The particular BlueWave is located on College St. near IH10. The day I went to Blue Wave was to vacuum the front & backs seats & the mats &carpet under the mats. To my surprise you can vacuum your car for free 🆓.

Staff was PLEASANT despite dash saying it was 89 degrees outside. Young man was professional, courteous and played with my Maltese as we awaited our turn. The whole process went smoothly and my baby did not become alarmed as she has done at previous car washes . Will definitely return again.

For some reason they held a car for ever where you pay causing the line to back up onto a busy street. Causing a very dangerous situation.

We HIGHLY recommend BlueWave, the car wash is very efficient. Our car is always squeaky clean and super shiny! The free vacuums are fantastic and the staff is wonderful.

For the price, 15.00 a month, you cant beat that. I bring my truck into Bluwave everyday to get spiffy. You should too.

Didnt use any of there services only because the carwash manager was honest with me about the air dryer portion of the automated carwash could possibly peel more paint of the hood of my car that already has paint peeling. Thank you for your honesty it goes alot further than quality in my book.

Great staff/ employees but bad policy’s. About a week and a half ago I came into this establishment for a quick express wash. Yeah quick express to the repair shop. The equipment there broke off my driver side mirror. Please note I been there previously and my vehicle is a lifted truck. But we all know it’s illegal to drive around with no side mirrors so ticket or repair. So I chose no ticket but repair. I was wrong. You have to turn in two estimates from two different shops which I did but and out of two it has to be one of two you turned in and it was. But and I do mean but wait get the tickets from the police in a traffic stop. And let them repair it. Because they don’t pay the individual but the company that repairs it even though you already paid the company. Learn from my experience DONT USE AUTO CAR WASHING ON VEHICLES. Wash by hand less money and you don’t have to pay a machine to break your vehicle equipment just so the company can’t say we can’t pay for your repairs since you did. I recommend not to use auto express washing but original and the right way and that’s hand washing.

If you own any full sized truck/SUV then DO NOT go here. The owner has even admitted it is unsafe to use their wash.After I used my monthly service for about a week I’m stopped and told that I have to take off my trailer hitch. Ok that’s fine. But then my tow receiver stuck out too far. It’s a F-150 with a tow package from the factory. It sticks out maybe 2 inches past the bumper. So they said I would need to take off the entire tow package to be able to go through. Then someone mentioned that the stance of the tires is too wide? I’ve measured it and they stick out 1.5 inches past the fenders. Stock size tires with aftermarket MB wheels. No lift or spacers on the truck. They were just trying to find reasons to not let me through.My response to the comment by the owner:Although you claim these things are for the safety of the vehicle, that answer simply doesn’t cut it or make any sense. I appreciate that you care about the safety of my vehicle in your wash but there is no logical reason for why I was denied service. My vehicle has a factory tow package. There is no good reason for why that cannot go through your car wash. Unless of course it’s a badly designed wash system. Also the stance of my vehicle is actually more narrow than the current generation F-150. So by saying that my vehicle is too wide to go through your wash then you are also saying that it is unsafe for any thirteenth generation F-150 or larger vehicle to go through your wash. Not to mention that even the stock mirrors when folded in stick out farther than my tires do, so would I have to completely remove my mirrors too? This just doesn’t make sense.By saying it is unsafe for my vehicle to go through your car was you are admitting that it is unsafe for the majority of trucks and SUVs to use your car wash.Owners comment on 6/30/2020:Hello Mr. OSullivan, thank you for bringing this to our attention. However, with the width of the axle and the added width of the tires, this makes the vehicle wider than the average vehicle and risk getting wedged into the tunnel. Our team only wants to prevent damage to your vehicle and the vehicles behind you. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Broke both mirrors off my truck and they call and try to tell me that they were both cracked before I even pulled in. Horrible customer service. Had monthly wash but now mine and everyone I know are canceling. I have been to every car wash in beaumont and this is by far the worst.

Go anywhere, but here. It is obvious that this is a new location — no one quite knows what to do.DON’T sign up for a monthly membership. If you call the corporate office to cancel it, they fail to do so. I’ve been waiting 3 months to be refunded for being overcharged. The corporate office continually fails to answer the phone and the local manager has no authority to do anything.

Its not the carwash its self its how you have to call customer service to cancel the monthly payments.. and takes about 45 mins for someone to answer the phone and you tell them that in this time of crisis you cant afford a carwash payments and they tell you its cancled and yet its still taken out of my account I called them 2 weeks early for this to be handle and called 3 days ago to make sure it was cancel yep they said it had been and today it comes out.. one angry woman..
