This place does such a great job! Even when it is hot they work so hard to vacuum the car out. Be aware you will need to remove and replace your own car seats. I am always pleased with the service

This used to be one of the better places to get your car washed but now that there is competition in town it is falling in the ranks. One reason is the quality of the vacuums. Depending on which stall you are in one are both of the vacuum hoses may not have very much suction. Very little suction on a vacuum - whats the point right?Still, $13 and change for a monthly unlimited wash subscription is not bad. It does give you free access to the vacuums. Youve just got to find a good one.

They do a good job and the cost is very reasonable. If you are not satisfied just say so and they will accommodate. I recommend this car wash if you don’t like vacuuming your own car.

Bay Bright is fairly priced with decent service. Instead of three stars I added a 4th because the people cleaning the cars are always very friendly, especially to my toddler. They used to be more detailed but over the years they seem to be slacking a little bit on the details. Still worth the visit, but there are better. Great people though :)

Wasnt sure what metal was tangled up in the car wash brushes, but I just hunkered down and prayed me and my car would survive..Thankfully, no damage, and I left with a detailed and shiny car this time.3 stars because its a gamble everytime, that depends on the person, and their mood. Ive left feeling like my car was showroom new again, and Ive also went home and had to completely redo what I had just paid for.But, life is a gamble, and today, I feel like I won.

For $12 you will drive away with green soap all over the back of your vehicle and broken vacuums that dont work for cleaning the inside of your car... never again.

This is for the self service car wash service only: Fairly quick service always, even on crowded days. The drive through automated car wash does everything for you, including moving your car forward; you drive up to a certain point and then put your car in neutral, and the vehicle is moved through an automated sequence. My vehicles usually come out pretty clean, though there are areas such as the car rims that need to be hand cleaned. Thats to be expected though - this isnt a hand wash.For us poorer folks, theres free self vacuuming - this is why Ive deducted a star, as a few of the vacuums really dont have much suction at all, enough so that I no longer even stop to use them. Its been steadily growing worse over the last few years....I hope they get this attended to, as there is a new car wash just a few blocks away that could be a problem for Bay Bright.

For what you pay, it should have more stuff that they do to your car.. plus they have gotten lazy when it comes to cleaning your car..

They took really great care to get my car super clean.

Will never go there again... told the guy not to open the hatch of the suv because it wouldnt be easily closed. Told him to only clean the front two rows. He went back there again and I told him again but he did it anyway. Then there goes the blame game but another worker walked up with someone car door handle in there hand. A time before they took coins out of the console but I didnt worry so much about it. Just cant ever imagine doing business with them again.

Paid for everything to be wiped down and vacuumed. They only vacuum top of mats. Didn’t wipe down anything but the windows and the seat. The place is crawling with pigeons. Hello problem. Mites. The bugs on the front of the car and mirrors were not removed. Dirt on the lower sides of the car was not removed. It was hard to find someone that could speak English to address the problems. I paid for one of the more expensive wash packages. No satisfaction after speaking with a manager. I will not return.

The ride through the final rinse could be a bit longer. My truck still had tons of soap on it but over all, I love this place and whenever possible I get my truck hand washed and hand buffed. Best detail shop on Dowlen. They really get into the nooks and crannies and you leave with that special new feel to your ride. I generally pay $75 for full detail and just to refresh the ride in a hurry, $12. Not too bad. Beats sweating your butt off in this good ole Texas heat!

The “free” vacuums stop working (can’t even pick up loose dirt) when the vacuums are almost all occupied. So, pay $5-$15 for a car wash with the intent of vacuuming your car yourself after and you can’t. The vacuums are low quality to begin with. It happens so often I’m going to have to find a new place to go to. Also, if you mention this to the staff and ask if you can have a voucher for vacuums only for the following day they will act like they don’t know what you’re talking about.

Very disappointed! The man did not wipe the inside of my vehicle, take the floor mats out to clean or vac them. The dashboard was dusty, the car was not wiped out in the inside at all.The outside of the car was not clean in the front or the hood.I didnt notice until I got home.If was not on my way out of town, I would have come back.This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. If I come back I will make sure that person doesnt wash my vehicle.Oh, I also had to wait 45 minutes before he started on my car.This was at 10:30, VIP wash.

Great hand wash and detail!

I always come here and each time I leave my car is never completely cleaned! I always pay for a VIP clean and my cup holders are never wiped and I still have small trash under my seats! My last visit I am almost 100% positive my AirPods(which I accidentally left in my car) were stolen from my trunk when I came back a few days later to ask they said “We never open the trunk.” Which Is a huge lie I have been coming here for 2 years and every time they open my trunk!! They will never receive my business again!

Not good like they use to be

I paid $85 to have my seat covers shampooed and interior detailed. They took the seat covers off and left them in a pile in my back seat, they never even vacuumed them. The interior is still dusty, it appears they just wiped amor all on everything and called it done.

I normally enjoy this car wash, but my car still had soap coming out of the wash and it didnt seem to rinse it off very well.

I paid for an orbital wax they young lady tried to tell me it was done. I was watching the car the whole time in fact I was seated about 15 feet from the car the whole time. I showed her the ticket she still said it was done. Then went to get supervisor and she told me it was done. I told her I been seating here the whole time. Then and only then did it get done right. What if I was not seating there the whole time I would have paid for something I did not get and by the way they never did wax the roof I just gave up. First and last visit.

Only gave them one star because it doesnt allow me to put zero stars. I went to this carwash because I had a free full service coupon so I thought Id give it a try. Basically all the guy did was vacuum and clean the windows. There was still stains that werent even touched inside the doors. I still gave the guy a $10 tip because it was extremely hot that day but I wish I could get my money back. After driving away I realized two items from my car were missing. I looked all inside my car to still give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing. MY orange USB car adapter was missing as well as MY cable aux adapter. Not only do they not clean your car well but they are thieves as well!!!! DO not recommend!!

They can’t even wipe dash off good. Horrible job. They can care less. When they opened years ago they were fantastic. Really has gone downhill. They have continued to run business off. You would think the owner would figure that out by his numbers. I won’t be back. The three ladies that was in there waiting with me said the same thing. They was just using the last coupon they had left.

First of all I base my reviews on several visits or experiences, not one bad or good experience. This is one of the better car washes in Beaumont. The workers here are very efficient and the services range form full detail to just a basic drive through. The line moves quickly and depending om the day or the weather you could be in and out in less than an hour if you are getting full service. The workers hand dry and detail if the full service is purchased and there are waiting areas while your car is being finished. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

They do a fantastic job here. I forgot the name of the package I received, but they wiped down my seats/doors, did a phenomenal job vacuuming and doing the interior as a whole, and on the outside they used a luxurious soap and hand cleaned my chrome rims and shined the tires. All of this for approximately $30. I will definitely be a return customer over and over again. They offer packages from a basic wash where you stay in your car to full blown interior and exterior detailing that depend on your needs. This is definitely the best car wash in our area.

The car wash itself was good, cleaned right up but when they went to clean the inside we told them not to wipe the inside of the windows because we just got them tinted today. Told two different people, they both said okay, when we looked up the girl was wiping on the inside of the window, we went and told her to stop. When we went to leave we noticed she had caused some bubbles in the tint, we told the manager that told us to wait cause he only knew a little English, so we spoke to someone else which called someone on the phone that also spoke to the manager. When they got done, they had the nerve to tell us that the people that work there only understood please, thank you, okay, and stuff like that so they are not responsible for fixing it........So because y’all hire people that don’t speak English that makes y’all not responsible for fixing what y’all messed up when we were told ok to not wiping the inside of the window????? Where is the logic in that?

Nicely organized and customer friendly

This past Sunday we went to get our car washed when they opened and the line was super long. So i drove on the side to see why and they were out there spraying the concrete off for 20 minutes after they were supposed to be opened. That is a lack of good management i do believe. I cant wait till the new car wash opens on College Street near I-10! I will probably be taking my business there!

Cost way too much

The carwash itself doesnt get cars clean. The lady wrote the letters VIP on my window and it was still there.After I went through!The guy that was supposed to wipe the car off only did the passenger side! Now I have water spots on the drivers side. What is considered VIP exactly? My grandson and I vacuumed the car. So what did I pay for?

The car wash itself is sub par. Got bird poo on your car? You like the flair it adds to your ride? Swing on by and they will smear it all over your vehicle. Give it a nice even layered bird poo blanket.I probably could have taken a spray bottle and spread it around with a doily cloth to achieve a better result. Will never put my poor vehicle through the experience there again. If you really need to wash your car and dont want to do so by hand, Id recommend the HEB car wash on College.

Best Car Wash in Beaumont, Tx

I used to love it. I moved out of town for 2 years and couldnt get this kind of service there. I was excited to go back just to be very disappointed. I arrived with a dirty car and left with a dirty car. When I questioned why my car was still covered in bugs I was told that I didnt pay for bug removal. A service that was posted as an extra charge on a small sheet of paper in a location that made it unreadable. Had I known in advance I would have paid the extra charge. I wont go back.

Car was really dirty however was not as clean as I expected and paid for. Dirt could still be seen at the bottom of all four doors on the exterior. While I will return, I will look more closely before leaving.

I love it! They take really good care of my car. The women there are the ones Ive seen take more detail to cleaning the cars though. Now, I do suggest that they put someone in charge of redirecting the cars at the entrance because people like to cut in front of others Ive weve paid.

Full service subscription is the way to go. $39.99 to clean inside and out, as many times as you need to go, in 30 days.Really great deal when they run the same price for 45 days. This time through, they were offering 60 days, for $39.99. You cant beat that. Most of the time, the full service takes about 30 minutes. Its not as detailed as a high priced hand wash, but well worth the money.

Bay bright is incredibly convenient. The simple wash just through the machine does a good enough job and the free self vacuum is a nice touch even for those cheaper services. The $12 detail wash is the ideal wash in my opinion. You go through the machine, then someone will wipe down the inside and outside of the car and vacuum it out. The only reason this is 4 stars is because sometimes it takes a while to get to your car when its busy. Dont forget to tip the people who detail the car!

Bay Bright Car wash is a joke!!!! What a waste of gas I go early before they open to get in and out for my 3X giving them a chance once again they leave the window’s worst then when you arrive, never going back I didn’t even hesitate to speak to the Manager today!! ****No one speaks English ONLY the sweet attendants that have to translate. Who ever runs this place is doing dirty business Beaumont needs a better CW!

Car wash, they use drive through with brushes for washing. Hand detailing is done afterwards. Many different packages to choose from. Do not leave valuables in car. There are reports of items such as money, jewelry and electronics missing. They detail while you watch from a seated area.

Ive been taking my vehicle there for the last 6 months and they do a hand wash. They dont get all the bugs off the front of the hood nor the grill. They dig between my seat and console and throw away papers that are there on purpose (important papers). You call to talk to someone and get voice mail, leave a message and the call is not returned. This is the second time this has happened to me and Im pissed off big time because they wont answer or call back.

If you want good service cheap prices I recommend that you go to Bay Bright car wash they have everything. Another thing is the people they have working there they are polite. I like the fact that you can drive youre own car and either they vacuum your vehicle or you can do it youre self the prices are very good to. I like it very much thank you.

Usually quick despite the long lines. Most of my car looks great afterwards. The back of my car usually doesnt get clean, however, and neither does right behind the wheel area. Vacuum never suctions right. Prices also went up at some point, and Im not sure its worth the extra amount.

Just went through their so called car wash. I think my truck came out dirtier than it went in. It scratched my truck in several places. Chips in the paint my wheels rubbed and all they would do is say to go back through their horrible wash. I tried to get a refund and they said since I used a credit card they wouldn’t give one. All they did was said to come back and get it washed again for free. This is the worst place I have ever gotten my truck wash.

This place is a rip off. I was there to do my car wash, when I came out soap was all over my car. I asked the guy to look at it and he wiped the soap with the towel and told me it is good now. Clearly My car didn’t get washed. They just put soap and I was out of the wash. I asked to talk to manager and I was told they don’t have a manager to run the place. Will never get my money again.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here and left with issues.Somehow they managed to get the wet payment receipt stuck to the window and rolled the window down, so I have paper sticking out of my window crease that I cannot get out.Additionally, after an hour wait and a complete detail I found an unacceptable amount of dirt left on the entire trunk area of the car. It also seemed like there was no attempt to get bugs off of the front grill area or mirrors.After bringing these concerns up to the employees on site, he insisted that they were done and I should be on my way.Absolutely never coming back here again.

Bottom Lin Up Front:This place is all show, no go. Not a fan.Ive been to many full service car washes all over the country, from the east cost to the west cost and this was the worst one Ive come across.I purchased the $23.95 package, which was the cheapest full service option. I have a brand new work truck with about 4K miles on it. Paint and everything is still flawless on it.I knew that simply running it through the auto wash would not get the bugs off, so I figured paying to have the whole vehicle wiped down would be worth it... Nope.They waved me down to tell me that my vehicle was finished, when I walked around the front it was simply horrible. Of course it looked a bit better than it did, but I took the rag from them, applied the slightest amount of elbow grease and was able to get more bugs off of my grill, headlights and windshield.They seriously take no pride in their work. I got frustrated with trying to point out all of the places they needed to wipe better, so I just ended up leaving. Oh and one other thing, the actual automatic wash was not very effective at all. Just going through that wash alone it didnt get my vehicle clean at all. I echo other peoples statements when they say that it wasnt even worth $1. I could have spent $2 at a manual wash and pressure washed all of the bugs away without even using a brush and would have been happier...Hopefully there is a way that I can upload pictures because I would like to share a few of their shoddy work...

I took my van there to get a complete inside detail and my wait time of 2 hours turned into 3 1/2 and when it was done we left and everything electrical in my steering column stopped working. Took it to the mechanic and they saturated my steering wheel so much that they fried everything in it. They are horrible about returning phone calls, are not dealing with this professionally, and have horrible communication skills.

Mixed experiences. Sometimes I get a good carwash in a reasonable amount of time and other times its waiting for over 1 hour for a partially washed truck.

It can take a long time to get through this carwash. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry. I have set 1/2 an hour on more than one occasion waiting my turn. Once you get under the covered part you cant change your mind.

Terrible quality service! Ive been going there the last few times none of the full services have been up to my standards. Then I thought I try a hand wash and a wax today to see if they would do better if I chose a better service. I was wrong! It was the worst service they gave me yet. I wasted $65 for there staff to do a terrible job to my car. No I would not recommend anyone to this carwash. I would rather wash and vacuum my car for the quality they did today. I will not be returning anytime in the future.

Honestly this was the first time I went there and had the hand wash. It was way better than any time Ive ever brought a vehicle there. Before they would miss things, was never 100%satisfied for what I paid. This time they went above and beyond. Maybe just a really good day for them. It took 2 hours but my truck was very detailed.

They were very rude. They did NOT clean the car very good either. They did not even get all the bugs off the grill. I will never go back there ever again. They were also waiting to get a tip but they didn’t get one because they were not giving enough effort to the car.

Paid 12$ for a car wash that didnt even dry my car, left water spots all over, and was supposed to be the highest quality wash. Vacuums were alright and at least they were free.

I will NOT be bringing my vehicle back to this car wash. After buying the $9 wash (top one for the drive thru) me and my wife had high expectations and they were not even close to met, I wouldnt have paid a $1 for it. There was soap left ALL over my vehicle, and the blowers didnt even dry it. Now instead of being able to go home with a clean truck and enjoying the rest of my only day off this week I get to spend the rest of my day REWASHING it due to all the water spots and soap stains.
